So a few friends told me about this place bc of the cheap prices! I always give a place a few chances before making a determination. First visit in sum was ok. There was a 30 min wait, the place is not fancy very basic and thrown together, veryyy busy, veryyy loud, I felt rushed, my nails weren’t even, and some were fatter than others. My pedi was AMAZING but very hard to relax. My second visit was not good. They were so rude, I was shocked. Never have I ever received poor service like I did. They had attitudes, when doing my nails yanked my arm, hand and fingers multiple times. The only thing I was ok with was my pedi. If your on a budget and don’t care about service or a perfect job then this is your place but I will spend the extra to have good service, good workmanship and a more relaxing environment. Horrible customer service! I was in the middle of my petty and they came to ask for my money he said you pay now and I think that's rude! Then my pedi was rushed so I didn't even get to enjoy it! Have been going here since the first owners. Was always a wonderful place until the new owners. I have watched them and noticed that when other ethnic backgrounds come and ask how long for a service. They say a hour. But 10 min later another race will come in and they say take a seat, we will be with you in a min. I will not spend my money w people like that. Read Less

I'd actually give this place a 1.5 star review if I could but I'm giving it two stars since the services provided were satisfactory.I'm funny about who touches my body so I typically frequent the same nail salons. You can't always trust that all salons value cleanliness and safety so I'm cautious about where I go.The other day I found myself with some time to kill so I stopped in for a pedicure with my mom. The sign in the window said the pedicure would be $15 which made the prospect of having our nails done even more enticing. I typically pay $25+ in downtown Chicago. We walked in and a gentleman seated close to the entrance greeted us immediately. He told us to select the colors we wanted and went to tell the nail techs in the rear of the business to expect us.  Two women did our pedicures. One was young and the other was older. The older woman had short red hair and glasses. She did my pedicure. She was ROUGH. I'd never experienced pain before while having a pedicure but she was extremely heavy handed. She pressed down hard when she was using the varies instruments. When I talked to my mom afterwards she said the younger tech was rough as well. The women worked like robots. No talking or pleasantries were exchanged between us. They worked like it was almost a bother to have us there. You could sense that they just wanted to complete our pedicures and get us out of there. For this reason we opted to skip receiving manicures which we were initially thinking about. We chose the basic manicure with the $5 spa treatment addition. I thought it was a rip off but my mom wanted to do it so I went with it. The biggest thing I noticed was that they did apply a base coat or a top coat. They put the polish on (2 coats) and that was it. I've never been to a nail salon that skips the base/top coat. That was BS in the highest order but what do you expect for $20? As they say, you get what you pay for...We tipped the ladies $3 each instead of the $5 they would have received if the service was above average. One of the women (younger) came up for tip and simply walked away. No thank you or anything. It was beyond rude and disconcerting. Skip this place. Surely there are better salons in the area more worthy of your hard earned money. Read Less

my best friend and I went in on a Wednesday night we we're seated in no time except they couldn't do my friends nails the way she wanted cause I guess they were powdered in the picture she had but it's okay. I just wish they had gone deeper on my nails cause my nails grow fast. But other than that I was happy with my results. Read Less

Horrible.  I left feeling like I had just been assaulted.  I get pedicures every 4-6 weeks, my feet and toes were not in bad shape or had been neglected.  The roughness, pain and rudeness directed to me and my feet was unwarranted.  I usually pay almost $30 for a pedicure somewhere else, but I decided to give them a try for the $15.   Wow, you get what you pay for.   I love getting a pedi after working a long 12 hr night shift as nurse.  Always so relaxing.   But at this place it was pain and extremely rough handling and half-assed. The woman that did it never made eye contact or even acknowledged me or spoke a word even when I would flinch and say "ouch" and "be careful".   I felt like a piece of meat and that she actually hated me for some reason.  The other patrons in the shop and their nail technicians did not seem to be having the same torturous experience as I.  (the woman I had, had short hair and was older than the others in the shop)    I wish I had just walked out mid-pedicure.  Against my better judgement, I did pay the $15... why i gave 20.00 and left after this experience I can only chalk up to shock. These people are the absolute worst people I ever met. They are rude and laugh at their customers. I came in at 6 o'clock and asked for a refill which takes 20 min and they close at 7 they all looked at each other and started laughing at me and the guy goes "it's too late but go sit there" mind you they were still laughing at me. DO NOT GO HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau. Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! My daughter made 3 appointments for Sunday 2-4-18 we arrived well before they closed and the doors were locked and they were closed. Wow horrible business. Why do you have hours posted on the door if you don't want to be open??? Seriously take your business elsewhere they don't deserve to be in business . Read Less

My friend and I went to get our nails and the lady said it would only be 30 dollars for a fill, which is a bit pricy but then took my 40 and didn't give me any change and they cut several of my friends fingers, very sad! Would not recommend! Read Less

Le did my nails and he did a phenomenal job! He really took his time and listened to how I wanted my nails done then executed them beautifully! I walked in and waa seated as soon as I picked out my color. I only came for the pedicure because I saw it was only $15. The pedicure was done very thorough, gentle and the polish was done very well. Nice lengthy foot and leg massage. Dead skin was removed, I would have had to pay extra elsewhere but it was included here in the basic price. My pedicure was 40 mins long and well done! I went in there to have my no chip polish taken off that was done at a different salon, and then a new no chip polish put on as well as a manicure. The lady that did my nails did not know how to take off my no chip polish she questioned if it was even no chip polish that I had put on. And after getting my no chip polish and manicure done I noticed that they felt different than what they normally do feel like. My nails were flimsy and not as strong feeling as they do after I get a no chip manicure. About two hours later the polish started to peel off. I always get a no chip manicure because I am a mom and my hands are always in water doing dishes , bathing kids etc. no chips are supposed to last at least two weeks not two hours. I'm disappointed in my visit today. The salon was very busy upon my arrival and when the young man took me back to do my pedicure he was very rough and distracted. He cut my cuticles very short and at one point I had to tell him it hurt, the same when he was scrubbing my feet for callouses. I give this place five stars on price. On customer service I give them one star. You cannot make an appointment, they do not do appointments. It is always jam packed, you can wait up to a hour, before you are seated. The only person I trust doing my nails is Tina. She is great, but does not understand English at all. I had a pedicure done here, this probably is my sixth or seventh time here. I am on my feet all day every day at work and my feet get grossly calloused. They do an excellent job restoring my feet. Every time I have come here I have been treated well despite the language barrier. So what if they can't ask you in English to lift your foot up, a light tap on your leg works too.... Read Less

After being turned away from my usual salon due to time I discovered this salon by total coincidence ! The location is hidden in a corner of mason square plaza . The outside is very discreet so I had to walk to the door and look inside. I decided to walk in after seeing there were people being serviced. My first impression was that the salon was clean! They have spa chairs for pedicures and a large variety of nail polish colors (gel as well) to choose from. I was greeted and serviced within 5 minutes of walking in. I came in to have a gel manicure($25) which is a great deal imo. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes.  Overall my service was good, quick and satisfactory.
