I had a 60 minute massage and a facial. My masseuse, Jeff, was awesome! I like a lot of pressure and he APPLIED it. He got all of he kinks out. B did my facial and she was awesome too. I always have a wonderful experience when going to this spa. Everyone is welcoming and very professional. The therapists are experts in pain relief and deep tissue massage. I have had the pleasure of trying several massage therapists, and I have a hard time choosing one. I have a hectic schedule, and sometimes call at a moment's notice to book a massage, and every time they are able to fit me into their schedule. The spa is very serene with a warm relaxing environment. I recommend Ultimate Massage Spa to anyone that needs a pain relief massage , or just a soothing relaxing massage. This place is everything you want in a massage spa experience. Upon my initial phone call to reserve my appointment to my arrival, it was great customer service by everyone I spoke with to confirm. My masseuse, Jeff, was wonderful. He hit all my pressure points and had very calm hands. The steam spa was soooo nice, and the place offered nice soft towels, lotion and amenities for you to use after your shower. This place was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. They had me scheduled on the WRONG day. Dan lied and said he would never schedule a Groupon customer on a Saturday. My friend who also had a Groupon was already getting her massage. After I called him out on lying. He started reading names from his planner asking me who my friend was. Him and an Asian lady never apologized for the inconvenience. Instead Dan said I already received 50% by purchasing through Groupon. The woman approved for me to go ahead with my massage by rudely saying, "give it to her" as she walked away. The massage was HORRIBLE. They only have me 60 minutes and that was torture. Just left this establishment and already compelled to leave this review. Sigh. Story below, of course.I called on 6/16/17 to get an appointment for a couples massage, I read about a "champagne special" online that stated you receive a massage for 2 and enjoy a bottle of champagne for 150. A man named Dan answered the phone. He wasn't rude, but very short. I tried to get more details on our massage and what to expect, considering I've never done this before, but dan did not seem interested in explaining. However he was very quick to take down my card information and remind me that I will be charged FULL FEE of the appointment if I cancel in less than 24 hours. Harsh!! (Not a great way to get someone to make an appointment again, god forbid you need to cancel due to an emergency!) he did get me in the next day for an appointment though, so 1 star for that. 6/17/17 we come in for our appointment. We were seen on time. The room was clean, our bottle of champagne was on the table but we were unable to drink it before our massage because "they didn't want to rush us." Our massage therapists were nice and seemed knowledgeable in their field, so there's the other star. However our massages were 45 minutes, not the hour that we paid for. Yes I timed them. Maybe this is normal? Like, they calculate the time we take to get undressed and redressed in it? Idk. Still disappointing. At the end of the appointment they left the room and told us to relax and enjoy our bottle of champagne. We cracked open the bottle, it was a cheap sugary moscato but I didn't expect much more. 20 minutes into us enjoying our champagne, we get a knock on the door from an Asian woman asking "are you guys done?? We need to use this room!" Exact words. I was appalled. We had 20 minutes to drink our champagne on what was supposed to be a romantic date night. I feel we paid a decent amount of money and should have been given a little more time. Now we are at checkout. The same Asian lady is checking us out, and asks me if I'm tipping on my card or in cash. Wtf!!! Mind you, I'm a very firm believer in tipping, and had every intention on tipping our therapists. (And I did leave them a decent tip!) But to ask a customer for a tip is so unprofessional and uncomfortable! Shame on this establishment for making people uncomfortable in a place where relaxation is advertised. Other things I noticed: they advertised complimentary steam showers before/after your massage. DAN is the worst professional I have ever had an experience with. I had a certificate to this establishment and decided to use it for severe back pain I've been having. They were unable to take me as a walk in so the lady quickly scheduled me for the next day. Unfortunately about an hour before the massage I had a family emergency and called to reschedule. DAN answered my call and told me it was unacceptable and I am 100% responsible for payment of the service. Since I have an aunt who has been a massage therapist for years I knew this was completely ridiculous. I explained how upset I was with this and he actually YELLED AT ME. He referred to me first as "mam" and then said " KYLIE , you need to understand that you are responsible for the time slot . I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY". I have been going to Ultimate Spa for quite a long time now, and this review is really overdue.  For my purposes the spa is more utilitarian.  I have a chronic disease and have been helped immensely by two massage therapists in particular .  When I first arrived to Ultimate I was dealing with daily chronic low back pain and severe muscles spasms with a real loss in flexibility, despite the fact that I practiced yoga daily. EJ was the first therapist who helped me.  She does a phenomenal trigger point massage, and after a few sessions, I began to feel much better.  EJ is busy, and I didn't always call far enough in advance to get her, so the owner, Dan suggested Anahee.  She is the second key to my success with this debilitating pain.  Anahee always assess my needs and tailors a massage to address my particular problems that week.  She's informative and always offers ideas for me to maintain flexibility, and reduce pain.It is clean, quiet, and comfortable, spa. After a busy holiday season, I was finally able to embrace my b-day relaxation gift certificate to Ultimate Massage.  It is a cozy spa with Zen-like sensibilities in a strip mall next to a pizzeria.  The parking is ample and the staff is super courteous.  The only reason I didn't award a five star rating was due to the missed opportunity with the steam shower.  After a relaxing 70 minute massage (certificate said 80 minutes but who's counting anyway) i decided to enjoy a shower before my drive home.  I didn't notice until after the shower that guests are not provided any lotions or moisturizing goodies.  So needless to say, I am spoiled and prefer to be pampered from beginning to end on my spa day!  Overall, Ultimate is fine for a mid-week pick-me-up, not really an escape-quality destination. I purchased a Groupon for a massage here and buried in the fine print is a clause that basically says if you have ever visited the salon and used a Groupon, then you can't ever come back using a Groupon. This was buried in the "Fine Print". When I called to use the Groupon I was told by the person who answered the phone that Groupons were designed to bring people in but not to bring them back. He then went on to tell me that I needed to give the voucher away cause I would not be able to use it. If you are looking to for a therapeutic massage, E.J. and Alex are wonderful. I have suffered with back and neck pain for a long time, the chiropractors, a few of which I tried did not help, mostly because my pain was muscle and not spine related, I started coming here weekly and have no more upper back pain, I can turn my head with no neck pain.  I am so happy to have found this place, they are very professional and know what they are doing. I had a terrible experience here. My mother and I were a few minutes late for our pedicure due to traffic, I called to inform them we were stuck but on our way. He asked me where I was and then told me that "he knew where that is and you should be here within ten minutes." Which I thought was rude. We arrived and were really rushed. I didn't even feel like I could take a minute to browse through the color to pick one. Once in the chair and filling out the paper work (just for a pedicure)- she was take my nail polish off and starting to cut my nails. She got to my right big toe and started to cut and half of my nail broke off!! I was absolutely shocked! She immediately jumped back and questioned me in an un necessarily rude manner "how long has your toe been like that" like I had done it on purpose. Proceeded to tell me I had fungus and acted like she didn't even want to touch me again. I was so embarrassed. I immediately started crying and cried through the rest of the pedicure. The second I left I called and made an appointment with a Dr and after waiting a week freaking out, I find out- THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TOES. She made me feel like a pariah. It was awful. massages really do depend on the person..so i'm giving this place the best rating b/c my masseuse (aaron) was terrific.  The ambience is not necessarily the most glamorous spa environment but you are in a quiet, clean, low lit room, with the warmed sheets /cover on the table..that's all i really need..If you really want the high end environment, you might not be as impressed.I had a groupon deal for an aromatherapy shower and 80 min massage..i skipped the shower and just wanted the massage. I received a gift from my wife for sweetest day for an 80 minute massage. I have visited several other notable massage places and this was my first time here. The thing about my massages is not necessarily the place but WHO is doing the massage. I had a great therapist at another massage place and was very disappointed when i went to get another massage to find out she was no longer there. Well I was very very happy to find out she is now at Ultimate Massage Spa...Eun also known as EJ is about the best you can get. She was at another place just off of 159th in Orland previously and she truly knows the massage craft. Ultimate Massage has complimentary steam showers and an abundance of other spa activities. very nice, the inside is beautiful they offer steam showers complementary although I didn't use it. they do couples massages with champagne and they have essential oils but I believe those are extra i had a groupon for an 80 minute massage but they give u 5-10 minutes to get dressed each time so that kinda stinks I think 3-5 is plenty but they worked out all my knots I get migraines and they worked on my neck and shoulders more. i went with my mom and they give u the option to be together or apart.would go back only think is I wish they use the fullminutes for massage and not to get dressed Read Less

Looking through Groupon I saw a deal that was going on for The Ultimate Massage Spa. They have great customer service here. When I arrived at the spa I presented my Groupon that I bought for $59. Unaware that Groupon has poor communication skills and had a different deal then was described for $65. E.J. my masseuse was wonderful, I would highly recommend her. She used various techniques to relieve my tension. We had the aromatherapy and steam shower included, only after paying $12 because of Groupon's miscommunication. The bathrooms are very clean and look like they are routinely maintained. The spa accommodates for the customers needs. I saw the "little things" that included que-tips, lotion, hair gel, extra towels. It was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend going and relieving your stress. Read Less
