Bad service. She didn’t even let me wash my hands I guess she was concerned I would run out or something. She was so busy rushing that the nails are awful, so I went someplace else and had them fixed. There customer service is absolute shit, this place will close if they treat there customers this way. I purchased a $75 gift certificate for my mother for her birthday at this location and they would not honor the gift certificate, no it wasn't out of date, and yes I even had a receipt for it. What kind of place doesn't honor a credit that a customer purchased what shit is this. They where going to call the police on her and they refused to give the gift certificate back. The owner said how is she going to pay her employees with a gift certificate????? Sounds like they are running some illegal shit at this location. This is the first and last time I come here. Sign on window says $20 pedicures and $28 no chip manicure. That's exactly what I got (after the lady rushed through both and screwed up and missed painting a whole section on one nail) and they tell me my total is $53. Huh? 20+28=48. She said they gave me $6 off the no chip mani and basic pedicures are $35. That's not what the sign says on the window and even then the math still doesn't add up...but I just said whatever. Not to mention when I got there I asked for no chip for both my mani and pedi and she did a basic pedi and after said 'oh I'll just add a layer on top for no chip' ....No...im not getting a bootleg pedi but you'll charge me for it. Went here for mani pedi for myself and for my little one.  Very clean place.  Love my acrylic nails.  Nice job on the pedicure.   Took their time and worked on my daughter and me.  My little one felt like a Princess and loves her nails.  We were even offered water and soda.    Nail techs were gracious and accommodating.  We will be back. I went to the shop a few times to get my nails done. My nails turned out great the first two times but after that I started to break a nail within the first two three days barely doing any activity. I asked for my nails to be put on the curb I was getting an acrylic full set and she really did not put it on any thicker. I got them done one day prior to go on vacation and within two days of my vacation my nail broke by time two weeks of my vacation was up three Nails has broken on the same thing doing no dishes no laundry no no extra activity. This used to be a nice salon to go to but not anymore.  There are never enough nail people and it does not open on time.  The worst part is the recent visit I had there and my last.  The nail tech was the worst I ever had. The pedicure was painful.  He gouged big holes in the side of my toes that were bleeding. The nails were cut crookedly.  He had a bad cold and would blow his nose into his hand, no Kleenex, and then continue to work on my toes. He did not wash his hands. I was very disappointed I would never go back there again because there is no signs of how much money each thing was and I asked for a regular manicure and they end up giving me a no chip manicure it was only supposed to be 15 dollars for mine and ended up being 35 I went with niece and hers was 20$ so all together it was 55$ worst place to get your nails done!! I am sorry to read a few bad reviews about this place. I have been going here for over 5 years and at times if I did not ask for a specific tech I ended up with someone I didn't really care for but for the most part I ask for CeCe and she is wonderful. I have recommended the place many times when getting lot's of compliments on my nails and if for any reason your not happy you should say something at the time and not complain about it online afterward. Stopped in here on a whim for a pedi and left wishing I hadn't. Before the technician had even touched my feet, she was asking me whether I planned to return. Hmmm...okay. I kinda laughed it off and tried to enjoy my service. Unfortunately, that never happened. She continued with the hard sell throughout the entire pedicure. At one point, she drew attention to my callouses (I'm an avid runner) and told me she'd file them down 'next time I come in'. Um, what?!? What's wrong with doing that right now, given I'm paying you to do it and all?My callouses and I left completely unsatisfied and just feeling generally creeped out by the awkward experience. NEVER felt so uncomfortable in my life ! I went in there to take off my no chip that was peeling after two weeks of having it on and was going to get a manicure because I was in a hurry for a date with my friends. As I was sitting down the technician pushed me 4 times to get no chip again ( 20.00 more than a mani) I was so annoyed. Then she started talking about me to another technician that came up to her to talk. It was so rude because I'm sure they weren't saying the nicest things. I have been going to this pro nails for about 4 years...I used to live right around the corner from them...I have since moved about 30 minutes away...and still drive to Orland just to get my nails done here!!! I have gels and the way that they do the fill ins are awesome!!! I have been to a few other nail places closer to my house when I was desperate and couldn't make to to orland and the way that this nail salon does it ..keeps me coming back!! my nails never chip!! While my month long stay in Chicago, I needed a fill on my acrylic nails. I did not know where to go. Me and my brother's girlfriend were driving and happened to drive past Pro Nails and gave it a try. We walked in on a Monday early afternoon and it was their slow time. We both got the deluxe pedicure and I got a fill. It was bar none the best pedicure that I have ever gotten. My acrylic nail fill was just as good. They do a fabulous job with nail art also. Pro Nails is your typical nail salon, nothing fancy, but they do a good job and are reasonably priced. One important thing to know is they accept credit cards for payment, but gratuities have to be cash.Mani/pedis are $35, acrylic full sets $25, fill-ins $15, and everlast manicures $35. They charge $5 extra for French tips though. There's usually not a long wait, and it's open until 8pm most nights (7pm Saturdays and 5 on Sundays).There's a large fish tank when you walk in, several stations, and about six pedicure chairs, although I think I've only seen two or three people getting their feet done at the same time. The pedicure chairs have the automatic massage backs and are always clean. They give a brief hand/foot massage with manicures and pedicures, too. I always leave feeling relaxed after getting my nails done and would recommend it if you aren't looking for the spa treatment. Read Less
