My friend bought me a $60 gift certificate from them. I called earlier today for an appointment for a pedicure and manicure using gel polish on both. When I arrived, he acted like he didn’t know I was coming. Secondly, he left my feet in cool water for 10 minutes while he did something in the back. Then he rushed me through so fast that he completed both in one hour (if that tells you anything)! I was a cosmetologist and did nails before I became a nurse and I’ve never been so curt, rushed and/or flippy with a customer before in my life. He hurt my fingers when her filed them toward the finger up the sides and left dead skin on my feet and fingers. Should have sloughed it off and/or trimmed it. Barely put any lotion on my feet or hands. This is the second time I’ve been there and it was Just as poor service as last time if not worse. I wouldn’t have chosen them if I’d not had a gift certificate given to me. Then he tried to charge me $10 above what the certificate was for. I pointed it out and he had miscalculated. Staff is so polite and friendly. Parking lot has perfect space for a bobtail. Interior is nicely decorated and very spacious and clean. The services are priced reasonably. The staff takes their time and executes their services perfectly. No smudges or poorly polished nails. I'm very pleased with their services............ Rude and short tenpered...when you're in the business of pleasing the public that's a horrible combo..I asked grey tips with either a white or black flower on ring finger...I was basically told that's an ugly choice and if we do this an you're unhappy we will charge extra to fix...I said hello lol I came in here with what I'm asking for why would I be unhappy? ?? They finished an I can say when it comes to skills the woman is not good at flowers ...I will never go to this shop again...rude and no skills Read Less
