I would never recommend this place. There customers service is terrible. I came for a pedicure and had to tell the lady to take the dead skin off my feet. The do a half ass job at everything. Prices are good but not worth it. Got a overlay and when I tell u my nails where so damn think they looked ridiculous. I dis like everything about this place. If I had a choice they would be getting no stars..

Had some chipping of my nails two days after a no-chip manicure, not great. BUT I went back in and the same technician kindly redid the whole thing for free. Was nice about it and kind to me. I go often due to cheap prices and it’s a pretty good job for the money. I like this place! Will be back.

Very unprofessional staff. They do not speak a word of English and were talking out loud in their language all the time that I got headache. They messed up my nails and they started bleeding. They don't know the business and how to treat and talk to costumers.

They don’t honor appointments and snake you wait before telling you that and are completely unsanitary. They don’t clean the tub between pedicures and half clean the manicure items.

I have been here 5 times always got the 35.00 no chip and pedicure. My last two manicures felt rushed the last two times and 2 days later my no chip nail polish was PEELING. The first time it happened I went back and owner didn't want to redo them. She said she would redo it for 18.00. Second time I didn't go back n now I'm just never going back. Not worth it.

Giving one star, only because I can't give negative stars. I've tried this place before in the past and wasn't happy with their service, but decided to give it another try, cuz well $35 no-chip mani/reg pedi sounds like a nice deal. Aaaand that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks.I visited just before my European trip of a lifetime, only to see my nails start chipping TWO DAYS LATER. Since I'm now on the other side of the world for the next 10 days, I immediately start keeping pics of the progressive chipping for when I get back. Didn't matter, the tech was already saying no to a free redo since it'd been 2 weeks, wouldn't even look at the pics.Got the owner on the phone and tried to give him Cliff Notes without mentioning I'd been out of the country, so when I got on the line I gave him all the details. Still didn't matter - he says he'll take $5 off and to come back within a week to show him if they chip again! I told him understand people coming back after 2 weeks who were around the corner, but since I was unable AND HAVE PROOF, he should be able to do much better than throwing me a $5 bone - he still wasn't budging. So here I sit, waiting God knows how long for them to redo this mess. This week will be the last time I step foot in this place.

The first time it happened I went back and owner didn't want to redo them. She said she would redo it for 18.00. Second time I didn't go back n now I'm just never going back. Not worth it.

I've tried this place before in the past and wasn't happy with their service, but decided to give it another try, cuz well $35 no-chip mani/reg pedi sounds like a nice deal. Aaaand that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks.I visited just before my European trip of a lifetime, only to see my nails start chipping TWO DAYS LATER.
