Had my nails done here was the first time I've ever been to this nail shop and just five days after of having them on they was falling of and was discoloured went back to the shop to see If they would sort them for me she wanted to charge me more money and then was being very rude to me tryna call me a liar, by far the worst nail shop I've ever been to and will not be going again. I’ve had a few average experiences here. I gave 3 stars because my last visit was less than stellar. The gentlemen doing my pedicure very clearly was inexperienced... This place is well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. Everyone ive been to is usually pretty good but ever since new ownership the past two times ive been at this location my nail technician has had a BAD attitude. Two different techs both rude af. Seriously, I've tried so many places and keep coming back to this one. I've gotten manicures, pedicures, and waxes and have not had a complaint. I lie, I might have had one or two complaints BUT they fix it right away and that's crucial. I've come back if a nail chips and they fix it with out charging me. I was incredibly disappointed in my nails from Luxury Nails. I came in for a fill in on artificial nails I had done at a different salon. I chose gel polish and had asked about the price upfront. When it came time to pay, the nail tech charged me an additional $5, saying she had filled in my acrylics with gel powder and that was an additional cost. I was never asked if I wanted gel powder or if I would be ok with an additional charge. Also, less than a week after my appointment, my polish started chipping badly. The place looks nice. That's about it. The pedicure I received was horrible. I may have done a better job with my hands tied behind my back and a nail polish brush in my mouth, eyes closed. The first nail polish I chose was so old and sticky that it caked on my nails. I asked for a different color. The second nail polish, essie sugar daddy, was also old and caked on. I came here on a whim looking for a manicure. I originally asked for a regular mani and waited for about 5 minutes to be sat. Then another 5 minutes until a tech came. She was very nice. Asked why I didn't want no chip and I told her my nails were weak and I asked if they had dip powder. She said yes, gave me a color wheel and walked away. Another lady came who was also very nice and said she would be doing my nails since the first woman didn't know how. I sat for about another 5 minutes and then the tech came. She was rushing to get my nails done. She didn't even bother trying to get the excess off before she walked away and I had to pay.  I probably won't come back because no one wants to feel like they're a burden and that's what I felt like. When I scroll through the reviews and come across the bad ones I have to wonder if they are really talking about Luxury Nails in Oak Brook.  My sister took me here about a year ago and I haven't been to another salon since.  Some of my friends have even joined me.  I live 25 miles from the shop and pass atleast 10 shops in route to this one and I still come faithfully every two weeks.  The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very friendly.  If a client is unsatisfied for some reason Milani goes out of her way to fix it.  I would defiantly recommend Luxury Nails and will continue to come here for great service. They also have a membership where every  $300 you spend you get $15 off your service. And the good thing is if you forget how many points you have they remind you when you get to 300.  Who can beat that .  I would defiantly say give them a try for yourself and you will never go anywhere else.  I recommend Milani or Peter. Went to have my finger and toe nails done the day before my holiday, when I got back from salon I noticed my finger nails were a different colour, it was too late to go back so when I came back off my holiday I went in and pointed it out, and asked them to take it off my finger nails cos its gel based, she went over to the other workers and as usual they start having a conference in their own language ( which I think is pig ignorant ) came back and told me I should have seen it in the shop when it was 1st done, and they would charge me to take the wrong colour off. I Literally Just Walked Out Of Luxury Nail Spa In The Middle Of The Service. NEVER AGAIN! I sat waiting for about 30 minutes ok no problem. I see everyone walking around with water and cans of pop. I wasn't offered one like the others. Ok, fine. Once I got in the chair I said that I was really hot no wanting anything to drink but because IT WAS HOT. The nail technician turned on the fan and asked the guy standing in the front to get me water.. in Chinese I guess the guy told me to drink my spit because he had to say some smart remark and never brung the water..um rude ok. That's the least you can do since you're just pacing back and forth doing nothing but nvm...later when the nail technician put on my false nails I noticed not one not two but THREE nails are put on and they're crooked! Really. Then he goes to rip them off with not a care in the world. I mentioned that it was painful and he again placed the fake nail and put it on crooked AGAIN then tried to rip it off..I can't this people were rude since I walked in the door glad I walked out because they're not seeing a red penny outta me ! I usually go to the nail salon across the street angel nail spa but they closed a little earlier. I stopped here to get a quick polish change after doing some grocery shopping next door.  It ended up taking way too long because they put me with someone that didn't know what they were doing.  They had someone else take over, so my nails came out fine.  It wasn't the best service that I've ever had, but I didn't feel right not giving a tip.  When I went to give the technician a tip she barely said thanks and didn't even look up.  It was dismissive the way she acted, and I wouldn't be interested in coming back and/or getting a more expensive service.Nice decor is great but it doesn't mean anything without good service.  If my money isn't green enough I can get my nails done somewhere else. I have received a standard and deluxe pedicure at this nail salon and have been very happy both times. It is clean, there is a very large color selection, and lots of staff so the wait is never long. Prices are average for the area but service is well above average. The stone massage is a nice bonus too! Read Less

I went here for the first time 3 days ago and I wanted to write my review them but I was waiting for my replacement phone. I went in and they were not busy at all. The guy immediately acknowledged me and asked me how he could help me. I told him I wanted a no chip manicure or a pink and white which I had not decoded yet. He called a girl over and she was very pleasant. She helped me decide for the pink and white since my nails were small. The whole process no complaints until she was almost done and I asked her to file the top because it was a bit to bulky or thick or whatever you want to call it. She advised me she wasn't done so okay no problem just making sure. After she put the gel coat on top it dried and I went for a pedicure. I noticed that the gel had started to like peel or something it made a rough spot. So as I was walking out I advised her and she apologized and said it was because the gel was almost done. She used a new one and redid all of them since some nails had couple issues. I would have given 3 stars at this point BUT after I left the gel came off one of my hands. Clearly it's the quality of the gel polish. So one of my hands is shiny "gel like" and the other is matte as if she didn't finish doing my nails!! I try to not to complain a lot so I take it as it is... Bad service and don't recommend anyone to go there. Well at least not for fake nails their reviews for no chip are really good... I just can't do it.Pedicure was alright but the lady did not entirely coat the tip of my nail with polish? I expected better service especially since I spent $70.
