With a name like Nail Lab I really thought I'd be happy with the results... SMH! I waited 1 1/2 hours with only 2 customers in there. There was only one person that did fill in's and on top of that it must've been her first time filling and polishing. My nails were so lumpy, thick and polish all over my cuticles... I had to go to another shop for them to redo it all over. They weren't the friendliest either. Maybe they're only pleasant to their neighbors or old clientele. I've been going there on and off for years.  Tonight I went in at 7pm and requested my regular guy.  Apparently, another lady came in that he wanted to assist.  Instead of insisting I go to someone else, he rushed my pedicure.  He didn't even use the scrub.  When asking him about it, he had the AUDACITY  to tell me it was for the extended foot massage.  Now I was just there a few weeks ago and many MANY times prior to that.   They ALWAYS use the scrub.  In fact I've never been to one that didn't.  What made it even worse is that he did not offer the extended massage Lol!..I usually tip him 10 and didn't want to give anything this time but manage to pull a few bucks just because!!!!!!.. Needed to hit the nail shop after running around all day last Saturday and it was pretty late.  To my delight this shop was open late and actually pretty empty. I arrived around 6:45-7PM was promptly serviced by i believe the owner. For as picky as I can be I got a short acrylic set and was pleasantly pleased. I would normally give more stars to this place but after today's experience I'm going to have to give less. I've been coming to this nail salon every few weeks for the last 3 to 4 years. I normally get a pedicure and a fill in. So that's what I told them I wanted when I came in the door. They started with the pedicure like they normally do and that wasn't a problem. I saw the girl who normally does my fill-in doing a pedicure. And she had someone waiting at her station to do a fill. Once my pedicure was done the girl who did my pedicure said that I would have to wait 20 minutes for my fill because the girl who does the fills was just starting on the customer sitting at her station. I wasn't thrilled but 20 minutes isn't that big of a deal. Except it wasn't 20 minutes. I had to sit and wait 45 minutes until my fill could start. And they have the new drying station there that does a terrible job so not only did I have to wait 45 minutes after getting my pedicure done to start my fill, I had to sit at that awful new drying station for almost 30 minutes before I could leave. I was at the nail salon for over 2 hours for just a fill and a pedicure. It was pretty ridiculous. I understand that when you get your nails done sometimes you have to wait and that's not a big deal but don't tell me I'm only going to have to wait 20 minutes if I'm really going to have to wait 45 minutes. That's a huge difference. And the worst part of it was the reason the girl who does the fill-ins was doing a pedicure is because one of the guys that works there was sleeping in the waxing room. It was very obvious he had just woken up too. And while I sat waiting for 45 minutes half of the people that worked there we're playing on their phones. It's really unprofessional and I just did not appreciate that. There should be more than one person in the salon that can do a fill-in or a full set at a time. I absolutely love Lynn. She is the only person that I go to for my hands and feet. She did my wedding party and we had a blast! I recommend checking this place out and asking for Lin. I do enjoy the fact that she does speak English so she and I talk and laugh and joke around. She is super sweet. Every time I get a no chip or a gel overlay it always last me forever. I had her do my daughters eyebrows and my sister in law and daughter in law and they all loved her. I didn't even know she did eyebrows she did a really great job. Cant wait to go back Read Less

I come to them many time and the last couple of times I've come the owner has decided what she would like to give me and not what I ask. I ask for stiletto nails before she started my nails she gave me round then when she was finish shaping them and started doing something different I told her again. She has a Acrylic all over my hands and my nails are uneven. Before she gave me gel nails when I wanted acrylic, talking about I like them before(what does have to do with that I want now) I will never go there again. Read Less

However the boss lady or whoever she was shouting demands at the others, did my fill-in and was TERRIBLE, no conversation didn't ask what I wanted or anything and she dug too deeply into my cuticle regardless of my complaint! There are too many local nail shops for me to go back to this place.  Was it horrible? Not at all, but is it someplace I can say yes.. go there... no.  I guess when I go to the nail shop I have a few expectations... clean environment, professional and friendly staff.  I walked in ... there was only one client inside.  There were 6 staff sitting in the group talking... they just looked at me.  No one greeted me.  I had to just in general say to the crowd what I wanted.  I had no clue which one to tell what I was looking for. I did get serviced and it was just ok.  So if you are fine with "just ok" service go ahead to this place.My hands, cuticle, and feel still looked dry sigh... but the nails were "done" so I guess that was enough.  The spa chairs need an update as well.  The prices were reasonable though. I question the sanitation and cleanliness of this place! I was getting a pedicure the other day and I never let them use a razor to take the dead skin off the bottom of my foot! I have them use a pumice stone! But I noticed that they will use the same ones on different folks without cleaning it! I find that to be unsanitary!! Read Less

My nails are absolutely amazing & I'm extremely critical about my nails. I will definitely return! Be sure to tip though, Jennfer gets really upset and asks you about her tip or anyone else that has worked on you. I've seen it first hand. Pedicures are great too!
