Nothing but rave reviews of the staff, services and ambience. To begin with, excellent set up with day beds to lay down on while receiving services (unique from any other location visited) with sheer curtains to ensure privacy. Chairs for manicures/pedicures are comfortable and conducive to relaxation. The nail technician is outstanding in that not only does she pay attention to the finest of detail including both grooming and painting of nails, but also emanates a positive vibe that in itself is therapeutic. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The salon is so adorable and always clean, the entire staff is so friendly and great at what they do. The owner frank is incredible and goes above and beyond for his customers and always makes sure that you are satisfied with your service. I decided to get lash extensions again after taking a break; Nelly did my lashes and she did an amazing job, she worked with my eye shape, asked me what length and how much volume I wanted and delivered exactly that! She was quick and so gentle; I will definitely be coming back to her for all my future lash fills. Marina did a good job with my no chip, and she was very thorough with my cuticles! I first went because I got a Groupon, I loved the look, loved the decoration, loved the ambiance. The first person I initially went for my eyelash extensions to be put on for the first time is no longer there, so now I go with Olga. The owner Frank is very friendly and in general the service is friendly and accommodating. I have never had  any issues with my refill appointments, the opposite, they usually try to squeeze me in or find the best time to schedule me.Olga has been my go to girl for eyelash extension and I absolutely love her, she takes her time and she is very honest and careful.  I have been going there for 6 months and I highly recommend it, also for mani and pedi. Charmed Lashe has an unassuming store front, but once you walk-in you get the sense that a lot of thought was put into the details of the décor. Everything is quite..."charming"! It's a cozy space, but every square foot is used effectively. I especially love the lash / brow area. You really feel like you're getting pampered. You expect this from a big name salon, but I'm really impressed that they pull it off in a low key way. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, both staff and clientele. The prices are competitive, and Frank, the owner, takes customer loyalty seriously. I know this because I've seen the operational changes he's made because he wanted to make sure his staff members are happy and get along with each other, and that customers' feedback is taken seriously. I can say from my own experience that when I wasn't satisfied with a service, I felt comfortable telling Frank, and he was not only receptive to the feedback, but he also went above and beyond in making sure I knew I was heard through his follow-up communication and offering a complimentary service. I went here for the first time in January partly because I was dissatisfied with my original lash lady at a place close to where I live, but more so because it was convenient to where I was going to be the rest of that day. Even though I live quite a bit away, I continue to come back because Olga is nothing short of gifted with lashes. She is precise with application, and really puts thought into the artistry of making the extensions look so natural. Also, recently I finally gave into letting my eyebrows be done by sometime besides myself. I thought I had really sparse brows so I've always been too hesitant to let anyone touch them for fear of over-waxing. All of you out there who know what I'm talking about, you know you just nodded your head when you read that last sentence 😉 Anyway, Deshon is to brows as Olga is to lashes. Thorough and precise, she understands how to really frame your face. From what I've seen on other customers of the other services they offer, the staff aren't just technicians. IMO they're really artisans, reading what they do as a fine craft. It sounds hooky, but it's true. The proof is in the product! Last thing I think is 100% important to mention is that initially I thought someone else, not Frank, was the owner, and I think a lot of other customers thought the same thing. I know that several had a negative experience because of that person (who is no longer there), and I hope they eventually give this place another chance like I did. Full disclosure, I booked that person for lashes the second time I came in, and immediately knew it was as mistake. The quality and care wasn't in it, and I didn't feel like anything said would actually be heard so I decided the next time I would just book with Olga (again she is amazing!!!) and put up with the other person being around. I have no regrets about giving them a second chance. I am definitely a loyal customer because it's apparent that Frank is committed to ensuring a top notch customer experience through his decision to be present and run the business full time. He was even thoughtful enough to not disparage / trash talk that former employee when I tried to dig for some dirt. That's not something you see very often these days. I'm also impressed to see that he wants to make sure his staff all get along because he knows his their satisfaction is equally important and key to the customer experience. Came in at 9 as a walk-in for a mani- pedi and despite there being a minor issue with the AC I was seen right away by Rose. She is one of the sweetest people I've met. Rose took her time and did a great job on both my hands and feet. The owner Frank was also very nice and offered water and answered all my questions about other services they provided. Worst customer service ever at this place! They have no idea how to run a business! I felt so disrespected as a customer. It started off with an appointment I setup (specifically during my lunch break) for a lash fill. I arrived at noon and notified Frank (one of the owners) that I was there to see Melanie (lash tech/owner) Frank asked me to sit down and wait and said that Melanie would be right with me. I sat down and waited 15 minutes before I was told that Melanie was not in!!!! First off, how do you lie to your customer and allow them to show up with not so much as a phone call to notify them of their appointment cancellation!! Despite this situation, I still opted to purchase a gift certificate for a friend. I paid for the gift certificate and was told that it would be emailed to me. I made sure to stress that it was a gift I would be giving the following morning. I was assured it would be sent right away. I trusted they would send it and it was never issued to me. I made multiple calls and send several emails and nobody would get back to me. I waited 5 days and never received the gift card. I ended up having to call my bank to notify them that the charge was fraudulent. It wasn't until they were contacted by my bank about the dispute that Frank finally decided to give me a call. He "claimed" the transaction never went through, yet it was deducted from my bank account the day I purchased the gift certificate. Frank did nothing to try and keep me as a client and acted as if nothing had happened. This is the worst business practice I have ever encountered and I will NEVER step foot in that place again. My advice to anyone is to go elsewhere. This place is horrible!!! Read Less
