I used to come here regularly about 3 years ago but stopped because I started doing my own nails. I came back here today for a pedicure and it was divine! The leg/foot massage was sooooo nice! I had a little soreness in my right foot that's been bothering me for the last couple of weeks and after I left here today, my foot felt great!! I love the scrub they used on my feet & legs and I can appreciate the warm towels they use to wrap your legs up. I will definitely be coming back! Read Less

First time customer, I’ll never return. The guy doing my nails cut me twice and did not clean the tools after I clearly bled onto them. The first time he cut me he was using the drill bit under my nail and shoved it way too hard underneath my fingernail causing my nail bed to immediately bleed, it hurt like a b!tch. I grabbed my finger and applied pressure to ease the pain and he kept trying to grab my hand back, he was getting annoyed that I wouldn’t let him inspect my finger right away.. Then while working on the next finger he cut me AGAIN, this time using the cuticle cutters. He definitely apologized and it was obvious to me that he didn’t do it on purpose but it was clear that his skill set was minimal. We had a huge communication barrier, that was definitely frustrating for me. I won’t be returning and will never recommend this place to anyone. So I have been coming here for 2 years now. Sometimes even just to relax, not even get nails painted. They have GREAT pedicure options and a variety of manicure styles (gel, no chip, dip, etc). The biggest excitement is that they recently changed management (like a month or so back). Before the owner had a bit of a "too cool for school" attitude that was a turn off. He knew what he was doing but wasn't taking the time to manage the place. They repainted, changed positions of things so it looks cleaner/more organized. I miss having my lady who I always went to, but that will happen quickly here. The place has a warmer feel to it. I have been going to this nail shop for the past couple of months. Today was the first day that I had a problem with them. I walked in for an appointment and she said about 5 mins wait. I sit down and wait, another girl walked in and she asked to have her polish removed, she was told 5-10 mins. Two minutes later another lady walked in and she wanted a No Chip, she did not have an appointment so it's already 7 mins later. The last lady that walked in along with the second lady get seated before me. I said something to them about it and she said you are about to get called, but I was there before both of them and I should be seated first... What I failed to say was both of them were white women. I'm obsessed with her work I always just go in and let her have at it because she always has and KNOWS the newest latest trends and does AMAZING AT. Been visiting this place for a year and the last 4 visits have been absolutely disappointing. Whether it be a no chip manicure that chips in 2 days to the pedicures, this salon fails consistently as of late. When asked for the pedicure I would like, I request "which ever has a longer massage." Not once has any technician listened. Will not be back again. Read Less

I have been here before and usually get great service. Today was a terrible experience. I started with a polish change on my toes, and the lady didn't remove all my old polish. I pointed it out and she said she couldn't get to and handed me a cotton balls with acetone. After, I took off my own polish she quickly and poorly painted my toes. Then we moved onto the dip polish . She didn't soak my nails to loosen my cuticles. She was very rough with my hands and would force my hands into positions instead of just using her words. I stopped her right after the first dip and asked if I could get a more red color then this magenta. She claimed that it would end up red the more she layered. By the third layer she noticed it was getting red, so she went and brought a different shade of red. What was disappointing was that she didn't start over! she placed the red on top of the magenta and now I am left with Burgundy!!!!! My nails don't match! Not to mention when I asked her of she would clean up the polish that was on my skin around my nails she said she couldn't because she might get it on the nails and take away the top coat. It was beyond horrible.. last week Friday before my flight... The man doing my nails not just did my toes uneven, he cut the whole SIDE of my right foot with the scrubber, this wasn't a little gash my whole back side of my foot needs 2 large band-Aids and broke multiple layers of my skin. It was so bad in fact that during my same day flight... I was forced to take off my gym shoes, and hotel like slippers. Every day it got worse and worse... Ready for the kicker? It was going to get infected!! He manage to wipe my foot when I told him about the cut... while still trying to buff the bottom of my feet with a disgusting DIRTY towel. Will not be going back!! They're lucky I am not pressing charges with this pain!! My first ever experience was pretty bad... The nail technician had a sour attitude, was rushing me and talking another language 99% of the time. I gave her a tip and she was equally as mean. Save your money and go elsewhere! Read Less

Not impressed. There were so many things that were bad.1. Long wait for service2.Staff screaming at each other3.The guy who did my pedicure spent the whole time laughing and checking TwitterMy pedicure was awful,I really wanted to leave but I was there with a friend who wanted to pay for my pedicure.Its like I never got a pedicure at all,just 1 coat of nail polish and some lotion...O.K. The guy did give me a decent leg massage. A normal pedicure includes filing the nails,cleaning the nails,Scrubbing the heels.This place is awful and I can't recommend it to anyone.My friend received a manicure and I wasn't that impressed with his crooked nails either.
