my nails started to crack within 3 days of getting them done and I'm talking about crack in half and started gushing blood😡 And my nails underneath are wayyyyyy toooo thin... and half my nail is ripped off on all 4 of the nails that are cracked in half. I asked for a refund I paid $30 and they can't even do that but they caused my nails to be like this and I have to walk around with half of my nails off because they are in too much pain to put new ones on. This place was quite terrible. I have been to places that have been more evolved with the decor for customers, paying less than I did here. Places that don't have nail polish stains everywhere, and or a boss who just sits around all day and gets her feet done because she says so. So over priced. My manicure was 15$ and all they did was cut my nails, go real harsh on my cuticles and put lotion on my hands and then ask me to pay. The woman who did my feet did a terrible job, hurt my feet and cut them while scrubbing them. Looks like they reuse there utensils more than once. This place is just really dirty, way over priced for the ambiance, and environment, hospitality. Poor poor place. Don't go here. Read Less

Giving this place 1 star was too generous. I came in for a soak off and overlay and the lady completely destroyed my nails. She didn't know how to apply acrylic and file properly. She took the nail file and sawed all my nails down to the skin. She took my money and told me to go somewhere else or let the next guy fix it. There were no fixing to this. All my nails are gone and I can't touch my skin without scratching myself. Worst experience out of 17 years of getting my nails done. This place needs to fire her and close the doors. No one tried to come see if they can fix the problem because no one cared. I definitely wouldn't be back and I recommend no one else go either. Read Less

This used to be my go to nail salon. The staff was friendly and my nails always looked great. More recently their staff has changed and the technicians aren't as good. I also believe they are diluting their nail polishes. My no chips chip almost immediately. Read Less

This place is wonderful! I've been to this location twice in the last month, for both manicures and pedicures. They have all turned out fantastic, and the basic shellac lasted over a week before any chipping occurred. My service was excellent and I will definitely be returning in the future to get my nails done. Also prices are very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there wasn't as large of a color selection as I was used to. Read Less

I decided to stop in the salon since it was in route to a store. I was serviced by the gentleman at the door as soon as I walked in(1 star) and it is a cool/mellow ambience(2 stars). As for technique, I don't really like my overlay. The acrylic is not shaped correctly, there were lumps if you rub your finger across them(no c-curve or arch). Some nails are noticeably thicker than others. When I pointed out that the cuticle area basically looked like it was a week away from needing a fill-in, he explained it's to help it look natural? I was so happy when I found this place because it's convenience close to home. I went in earlier because one of my nails broke, the sign was lit up open. I asked for a repair and a fill in. The lady told me to wait 20 min. So I did just for them to tell me they could only fix my one nail and to come back tomorrow. Yeah... Currently getting the the least satisfying pedicure of my life. This nail tech seems incredibly disinterested in my feet, and is pretty much going through the motions of massaging my legs. The woman next to me is getting twice the service that I am. There is nothing special about this place, it stinks of chemicals to high hell, and frankly... I won't be coming back. I'm incredibly disappointed, and do not feel relaxed at all. The other reviews seem positive, and I'm sure depending on your nail tech, you may have a good experience. I, on the other hand, am hard pressed to find anything positive to say about this place other than parking wasn't that bad. Run of the mill nail salons are a dime a dozen on the Southside, and if you want to stay in the game, service needs consistent. STAY AWAY!!! Read Less
