Manicures (no chip) ok, had a pedicure today and was not pleased when we requested to let soak for a few minutes and completely ignored. Got rushed in/ out. Tried to get more of a tip from us then I wanted to give, when I asked for change back they were extremely rude and started talking to each other so we could not understand. Seems to have lost a lot of their staff. Not very friendly as they once were. Going to look elsewhere next time. Read Less

I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and I’ve never had such a bad experience. The environment was very hostile, no one was friendly, they didn’t engage at all with me and when my stepdaughter accidentally smudged her nail, the tech gave a HORRIBLE attitude. It happens ; I’ve been to other salons where the techs had no problem fixing a smudge for a KID. The culture of the salon was rude and unprofessional. I only went to this place because it’s close to my home but I’ll drive the 30 minutes to my old salon any day over this place. Their nail shaping is horrible and uneven; they made my cuticles bleed, it was just a terrible experience. Plus, I over heard this customer state she didn’t have cash, only a card, and the tech gave her an attitude because their machine will not allow tipping with a card. Most places do, so this lady immediately apologized for not knowing and not having cash, but the tech flat out ignored her and walked away as the lady was apologizing. It was uncomfortable and I felt terrible for the customer. You should leave feeling beautiful and relaxed , not with a nasty taste in your mouth, and that’s exactly what this place does to you. If ZERO stars was a choice, that's what they would get! I'm an elite yelper and RARELY give one star. It is not my experience but my friend and her child were treated miserably here! He's two and had an accident in his pants while there. While my friend was tending to his accident, one of the workers threw her purse and shoes outside, telling her she needed to leave! How ignorant could you be? You should be ashamed of yourself! It seems she's not the only one treated badly here either. Read Less

Never again. Mayb it was because they were closing, that caused them to have rude attitudes, ignore you, speak in their language while making uncomfortable facial expressions. Maybe. IDK. But they will NEVER get one red cent from me again. It is not ok to accept this behavior from any race ir reason. Ignorance is unacceptable ESPECIALLY when it comes to my hard earned dollar. This place is great, ONLY if KEVIN is your technician. I've been coming to fancy nails for years. I've pretty much gone through every nail technician. They we're average but KEVIN really takes his time and is very gentle. My mom, who is super sensitive and thus EXTREMELY picky, only will see Kevin. I had my doubts at first because of the mediocre mani and pedi's I've had here and he is just THE BEST! I never feel rushed and puts much attention to detail. I have ingrowns and the tiniest toe nails and most people get polish all over my skin, leave my nails too long, don't get the ingrowns out even make me bleed. Kevin just gets it! We were visiting from out of state and Fancy Nails was recommended to is.  Came here to get manis and pedis with 4 other girls before a wedding. The staff was able to accommodate us despite us having to reschedule our appointment last minute. Seriously one of the best manicures I've ever had! I have been coming to fancy nails for years. This is my favorite nail shop EVER. Everyone here is like family. I refer all of my family and friends here....they all love it too.
