I am so disappointed with the service I received here. I came in for an eyebrow wax. I asked her to do my lip too. I HATED that she used a razor!!! 1. It wasn't a clean razor 2. ZERO STAR: LONG WAIT, FILTHY, I WAS RUSHED My friend wanted to treat me for the Holidays with paying for my nails. We waited an hour and a half ( I know I should have left but, I didn't want to cause any trouble and jump to different locations. Also, she was getting her nails done while I was waiting). When I finally got to the manicure station is was FILTHY! Everything was covered in nail dust. I saw him use the same worn out nail file from the girl next to me on my nails. This place is so filthy and disgusting, like I had me and my friend come to this nail salon since we couldn't find another one. When I walked in, what i saw was filth. FILTH. Like I'm talking, dusty tables, there were dust everyWHERE... plus the facility was dirty , the floor was disgusting, the workers were talking smack, I know that because I speak Vietnamese. I went there once because they were closer to my house and also cheaper than my regular salon. The man that did my nails was constantly looking away and talking to other people while filing, this resulted in him running over my cuticles until they started bleeding. I was pleased when he shaped my nails because it was beautifully done, but that's the best thing I can say. The polish looked cheap and dull, took forever to dry, and he was sloppy with it. Facility is dirty.  They have bugs.  Owner can. E rude and dismissive. Today's pedicure was so sloppy it looked like a child did it. Unacceptable. I had to go back and have it redone. It was just that bad. Read Less

They operate a typical bait and switch scam, which is to say that they charged me for gel nails but they applied acrylic powder, not gel which always requires a UV  lamp to cure the product. Their pedicure cut hygienic corners which is why my bf now is battling a fungal infection. They do not do a good job applying the products and they argued about how my nails would be finished with polish and art and still didn't do things as I wanted them done even though I offered pictures and asked for examples of their work to choose from. Then they had the nerve to charge me-and overcharge me at that.***please note I asked for gel and they applied acrylic like I was stupid...the issue I have is I am a cosmetolegist...I have gone to school and worked for many years in the industry!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would not only was the wait over 35 minutes but I went in and just asked for a color change pink with white tips they put the nail polish on so thick that it literally is now wavy all over my fingers a four year old could have did a better job next time I will go back to spa and nails in oak forest and they do an excellent job ladies beware Read Less

I will never return to this place again despite the pleasant techs. The person whom seems to be running the place (Jennifer) is very rude. She sat me at the pedicure bowl and because I have eczema she walked away went to another client who just came in. She said absolutely nothing. I will not be returning. After waiting for almost an hour to be seated the service was terrible. I was cut twice, and my nails are a mess. My toes and nails are two different colors. After I was done getting my pedicure, she asked if I wanted the same color on my nails and I said yes. She then walked me to the manicurist station and walked away with my polish in her hands. Unbeknownst to me, she was distracted, and sat down my polish, and picked up another polish that was a shade or two lighter than the one on my toes. After getting home and paying closer attention I noticed the difference in colors on my hand and feet. My cuticles are a mess and it doesn't look as though I went to the salon. Read Less

OMG! Now I have a confession. I'm unable to stay faithful to just one nail tech. I know that's sad, right? Well, let me tell you about my night at Bella's. They were like 15min. closed before I pulled up, but I saw a guy standing in front of the nail salon and I said, "could you do me a fill-in"? He hesitated for a minute, but he said,"sure".YES, I know close your mouth, UN heard of right? Well he did a fantastic job and he did it in 42 min. with out ANY cuts! WOWZER for me, but the best part is I told him I was a Yelper, pulled out my phone, showed my profile, and he was giggling and saying,"THANK YOU SO MUCH AND NEXT TIME YOU COME YOU GET A DISCOUNT"!
