After paying for a pretty expensive mani pedi with gel polish, my nails are chipping only two days later. I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve never paid this much for gel and I’ve NEVER had it chip before two weeks. Won’t be returning.

I sat down in the chair and put my feet in the water, which was extremely hot, the water temperature was changed to my liking, I had gel polish on my toes and the pedicurist proceeded to take the polish off, as he’s peeling off the polish he pulls off a nail. I asked him to either soak them off or use the drill. So he uses the drill. Then he proceeds to the other foot and starts peeling off the polish, once I felt my toenail pulling off I asked for him to use the drill, he shakes his head and pulls my toenail off.
I asked for a manager and he said he would give me a $15 discount. At this point I had 4 toenails that had been ripped off. I accepted the discount and they finished my toes. When I went to pay the manager said he was only going to give me a $10 discount, when I reminded him that he said $15 and my sister vouched he said $15 he still swiped my card for only $10 off. I am active duty military visiting family from out of town. I understand professionalism, customer service, and respect. This establishment has none. I will never come back to this place, ever again!!!!!

Nice nail salon, the nail techs are polite (cant say the same for other). All the techs do not understand English very well but they try. No kid mannie chairs though.

I'm really surprised to see some of the bad reviews and pictures, as I've been coming here every two or three weeks for three years now (usually pedi + gel manicure) and have had maybe one pedi I wasn't all that thrilled with (it was someone who was new, maybe being trained?). Coming here is always one of the highlights of my week. They know me when I walk in, ask me how my teaching and studying are going, always really friendly! I usually go on weekdays around 4 or 5 and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, usually there's no wait. The pedicures...oh man. I just sink into the chair and bliss out for the next 40 minutes or so. I splurge for the "Luxury pedicure," which includes paraffin, hot stones, massage, the works. Great attention to detail every step along the way. I can't go back to any of the other places in the area I've tried -- Luxury Nails has spoiled me too much!

Tommy is definitely the best! Usually pretty quick with short wait time. I get SNS manicures, which last a very long time. Everyone is friendly. Clean salon. Would recommend.

This place is inexpensive and generally does a pretty good job. Last time my friend and I went in, though, one of our nail guys made us really uncomfortable with some super suggestive comments.

Based on my male technician I will return. I had a pedicure done and he did a great job. The massage chair doesn't work well for a 5'2" person. I don't fit it well and it wasn't relaxing for me. Maybe it was the position they set it at. There are multiple types of pedicures, so ask. I can't give it a 5 star because I went with my mother in law to treat her and the man she had, even after I told him I was there to treat her, didn't ask loud enough about the menu. Obviously my MIL wasn't going to assume so she ended up with a low end pedi even though I wanted to spoil her. My tech was more vocal and clear in seeing what I wanted.

Love this place and Tina is outstanding!I wasn't in love with my nails from the gentleman at a prior salon and gave this place a try.We removed the acrylic nails and now have the powder dip on my natural nail. So much better for the nail bed and looks outstanding!

Today I decided to treat myself to a pedicure because the pedicure I received a week and a half ago at another salon was awful. I walked in to Luxury nail salon and was immediately put in a chair which was lovely, the nail tech was very patient while I took my time deciding which pedicure I wanted, once I chose she began the pedicure, she was very conscious of my comfort and took her time caring for my nails. I would highly recommend luxury nail spa if you're looking for a salon that will take their time and do it right.

The atmosphere and people are very nice. However I did get the basic pedicure which is priced at $25, I did not get any of my dead skin scraped off my feet which is the point of me getting a pedicure in the first place. And then I did get acrylic nails. I also got gel nail polish. When I went to check out they charge me $80. My nails did not look that great. I feel like that was way too expensive I did not throw a fit I just left but I will not go back and I will tell others that they are overpriced as well.

Good quality pedi and Mani but they were more than unfriendly. We went for a bridal shower, reserved spaces ahead of time for the number of people we had... And they still worked on us in twos. It took several hours 3 for simple Mani pedis for six of us. Normally it would have taken an hour.

Ive been going to Luxury Nail Salon since it opened. I love the staff there. They always know your name, get to know what you like and are great at even offering you suggestions on trying new things. I LOVE the new powder nails...they feel so natural. They offer drinks while waiting, speak to you in English, are odor free which is so nice and have awesome massage chairs for your pedicures.I would highly recommend Luxury Nails for anyone who is looking for a nail salon that they can rely on and feel at home! Appearance is nice and clean. Pedicure equipment came out of sterilized packaging. Thats why they get two stars not one... After that:The price is not worth the quality of service but even worse is that you're not valued as a customer. One guy was going back and forth between two customers for pedicures, I don't consider that professional -- you want to be the one taken car if when you go for a pedicure, not ignored while he cuts someone else's toenails. You get a pedicure in one chair and then move to another for you paraffin wax. They only put enough wax in the bag to cover half of your foot. They then leave you in the paraffin wax chair for who knows how long while they tend to other customers. I will not be back. I encourage readers to find a nail salon that actually cares about their quality of work and the customer.

Today I decided to treat myself to a pedicure because the pedicure I received a week and a half ago at another salon was awful. I walked in to Luxury nail salon and was immediately put in a chair which was lovely, the nail tech was very patient while I took my time deciding which pedicure I wanted, once I chose she began the pedicure, she was very conscious of my comfort and took her time caring for my nails. Ive been going to Luxury Nail Salon since it opened. I love the staff there. They always know your name, get to know what you like and are great at even offering you suggestions on trying new things. I LOVE the new powder nails...they feel so natural. They offer drinks while waiting, speak to you in English, are odor free which is so nice and have awesome massage chairs for your pedicures.I would highly recommend Luxury Nails for anyone who is looking for a nail salon that they can rely on and feel at home!
