They're good with manicures. Pedicures and acrylic nails depends on who you go to. I like designs/multicolored nails and its hit or miss whether I'll get someone who can do a good job. The shop is always clean and the staff is usually really nice but depending on your expectations, you could leave disappointed.

Made an appointment for 9:30 the day prior, and arrived about fifteen minutes early. Saw there were two women already waiting in their car for the doors to open at 9:30.
When the workers got there, I opened the door and one of the women goes "really?" as if I was cutting her off. I don't like drama or arguing so it was good I made an appointment, right?
Well, no. They asked who came first. Technically, the women in the car did, but I let them know I had made an appointment yesterday.
Instead of actually checking to see if I had made an appointment, they asked, "Are you sure?" Yes. I am sure. "When did you make the appointment?" Yesterday. "We don't see your name." I then offered to show them my call log as proof. It was incredibly awkward to feel as if you're basically being accused of cutting people off and the animosity from the other women made me feel very uncomfortable as you could feel the tension.
They took me first anyway, which was good as I would have left otherwise. I've been here many times and had great results on those occasions. But this time was different. Twice during the appointment I was asked if I made a freaking appointment. Like, they wouldn't let it go. I legitimately said HERE IS MY PHONE. CHECK MY CALL LOG. I was beyond done with it. Crunching time was clearly a priority here and they rushed my nails. The shaping was horrible and crooked on almost every nail. It was so bad I ended up taking the nails off.
If you don't like drama or arguing for your turn, don't bother coming here. They can't keep track of their schedule and appointments and made me feel like a slimy line cutter for making a freaking appointment.

Very clean, professional and efficient service! The pay extra attention to ensuring a hygienic environment. Thoroughly recommend the complete pedicure 👣👣 because your feet will end up feeling Brand New! The salt and orange peel scrub leaves your skin tingling and fresh. Their returning customers attest the the Fantastic service! Recommend an appointment or if not, plan on waiting at least 10 minutes, but the wait is worth it!

I've been there twice. First time was fantastic but this past time was not. They are talented but they need to be kinder. My technician made fun of my looking like I'm 12 when I am definitely not. Then they made fun of a subtle design I got on my ring fingers. It was just two black lines. Had to pay 6 extra dollars for it too. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to improve their customer service before I come back

I loved the pizza there. I tried the Jungle pizza a.k.a supreme/specialty. The pizza has an authentic Italian taste. I don't like most pizza sauces but theirs was good. I really loved their pizza. We bought salt & pepper and garlic parmesan wings. They were big wings, I haven't tried them yet so I can't say how they taste. They make their own dipping sauces. I'm giving them👍👍👍👍👍. I gave them a 4 star rating because it's an dine-in also and it's not the coziest spot. But the food is good and service was very very personable & pleasant.

I got my nails done with a gel French tip design before traveling. Two days later my nails were yellow. I paid $33 not including the tip... very upsetting for them to turn after that. I don't use tanning products or anything that could have colored them. Only reason I didn't give the 2 stars was that the gentleman who did them was nice and they did look great as I walked out. I really hate that the look yellow tinted now. This is not the first time I've had this design done in gel but it was my first time at JJ's Spa.

THE place to go for all your nail needs in the O'Fallon area. Went in due to the best reviews in the area and they are all very well deserved. I needed a fill and my daughter wanted her nails painted and they did an amazing job on all accounts. My daughter got her nails painted "like outerspace" and the girl did an amazing job using a large silver glitter as stars and helped her not be so nervous since it was her first salon experience. They were fast, very clean and super nice. Talking and joking with all the customers made it a very comfortable environment that I will definitely be going back for. Fantastic work guys, wish you decades of success.

I have been to this nail salon twice now. The people there are wonderful. I had the deluxe pedicure today and it was heavenly. The massage on my legs felt incredible. I didn't realize how tight the muscles were! The lady who gave me my pedicure took her time with my massage and I really felt pampered. I've been to many, many nail salons and this is my 100% favorite. Most salons when you go in have a strong odor but not this place. I only smelled that particular scent a couple of times for a short bit in the 90 minutes I was there and it was BUSY. I would without hesitation recommend this place.

Upon arriving at this establishment there was little to no care for what I wanted. I felt forced to get the deluxe package when I myself didn't not want one. Proceeded with my basic pedicure; asked her not to cut my nail and she cut them anyway. Asked for a buff and I would've been better off doing it myself. I'm not happy about my service today and will not be going back.

I'm not sure if I've just gone on bad days for them but it was really a bad experience. I called a day in advance, made an appointment and STILL had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Despite being swamped with customers who already made appointments, they just kept taking person after person. Each technician was doing 2 customers at once. My technician ended up leaving a woman soaking her feet for (what she said) was over an hour of time spent waiting. Work wise, they did a decent job, I just hate the frantic, angry atmosphere, where they're rushing to get you out of the chair, manger yelling at their employees - just really not a relaxing, fun experience at all.

They're good with manicures. Pedicures and acrylic nails depends on who you go to. I like designs/multicolored nails and its hit or miss whether I'll get someone who can do a good job. The shop is always clean and the staff is usually really nice but depending on your expectations, you could leave disappointed.

Made an appointment for 9:30 the day prior, and arrived about fifteen minutes early. Saw there were two women already waiting in their car for the doors to open at 9:30.

THE place to go for all your nail needs in the O'Fallon area. Went in due to the best reviews in the area and they are all very well deserved. I needed a fill and my daughter wanted her nails painted and they did an amazing job on all accounts. My daughter got her nails painted "like outerspace" and the girl did an amazing job using a large silver glitter as stars and helped her not be so nervous since it was her first salon experience. I have been to this nail salon twice now. The people there are wonderful. I had the deluxe pedicure today and it was heavenly. The massage on my legs felt incredible. I didn't realize how tight the muscles were! The lady who gave me my pedicure took her time with my massage and I really felt pampered. I've been to many, many nail salons and this is my 100% favorite. Most salons when you go in have a strong odor but not this place.
