They recently remodeled and the place looks nicer. The pedi chairs are pretty comfortable. However, the quality of pedicure varies greatly. This past weekend my mom and I went for pedis. My guy (I don't know his name unfortunately) never ever massaged my feet during the massage portion. It was a huge disappointment. The hot stones are wonderful but again he never touched the bottom of my feet with them. Again disappointing. My mom had Linda. . . she pretty good and her massage is good. However she ONLY massages the bottom of your left foot. Never your right. It's totally strange and again kind of frustrating. Overall it's a good place and it's clean. I visited the nail shop on 4/18 for both a manicure and pedicure. Upon receiving a pedicure, I asked if the utensils had been sterilized. The nail technician replied, "Yes." However, I did not believe so because she grabbed the utensils from the same caddy where other nail items were kept. No package or wrapper removed. Utensils were sitting in the caddy loosely. I was then instructed to sit at the table to receive a manicure per a different technician. Once I sat down, I noticed the technician began to clean the utensils with Purell gel hand sanitizer. When confronted regarding such, both female technicians began to act as though they do not speak English and could not understand what was being asked. After repeating myself three times, the nail technician grabbed a new package with nail tool in it. I informed them of the risk they are placing their clients/general public at considering nail tools transmit communicable diseases. The remainder of my service was performed in silence. Oh my goodness. I went here today hoping for a relaxing pedicure and manicure before our trip to Disney. First, they refused to use the polish I brought, then they laughed at me and made rude comments the whole time they did my pedicure. When they brought out the hot towel they burnt me and I have a large red mark on the side of my leg from it. Once done with the pedicure I said that I didn't want a manicure anymore and thy laughed and said good! Horrible experience and extremely rude people.I will never go back here!!! Read Less

Went in for a full Set. The nail technician dug her finger nail into the side of my finger so hard that it drew blood. She never said a word, yet there was blood running down my finger. She then got the drill and ripped skin off another finger and drew blood again without even saying sorry. My nails look absolutely awful. DO NOT go here!!!! Read Less

I went here for my very first pedicure.  The girl hurt my toes several times with no empathy.  On top of it all, she didn't even paint the whole nails.  You can see nail exposed an all the sides of each nail. Never again. Read Less

I have been wearing acyclic nails for over 20 years. This was the worst and most painful service I have ever encountered. I had to jerk my hand back twice due to pain. Two of my cuticles bled. The tech continued to work on my nails like nothing out of the ordinary was happening. It took over two hours because the tech was trying to undue the mess. I did not observe the tec h change or attempt to sterilize the equipment after I bled on it. I will never return to this salon. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Read Less

DON'T GO HERE!!!!! I went there for a manicure/pedicure. Pedicure was average, the manicure was horrible. I had long nice natural nails and I asked for them to just be trimmed and the gentelman working with me cut them all the way off. This was done on Janurary 12,2012 and my nail still are recovering. I work in a professional work area where jazzy nails is outlawed, unfortunately. Most professional places is like this, daaaaah. My manicure I had to do the bare minnium, clear. That's it. Nothing to it. The guy said I was "PICKY" and started talking to his colleagues in their native language what I requested. I told him why, but he still talked behind my back. Everyone in that place was staring at me. Yes, including the customers too. That's a total of 20 people in the shop staring at me.
