Just walked in for the first,and last time! To do manicure I took fake nails off and my nails looked bad! Girl name Abby was doing my nails I asked her to smooth them out with machine she said it's gonna thin your nails and I said it's ok I thought she would use the smooth machine,but instead she used a very rough one! HUGE selection of No Chip colors! Great selection of regular polishes as well. The nail techs are so friendly and are ready to help you pick a color or design. Pretty Nails is a great nail salon. This is a neighborhood, get-in-and-out-quick place, not a fancy spa that pampers and coddles you for an afternoon. They do an excellent job and their prices are reasonable. If you go during the busiest times, you might have to wait, but they do take appointments and try to stick with the schedule. People always ask me where I get my nails done, so their work compares with other salons. Husband and wife team have owned and operated their business at these two locations for over 15 years with a steady flow of regular customers. I got my nails filled with no chip polish for $35 LAST NIGHT, and they were too thick. I came back in today just to have them filed down a little, and instead of going through the hundred+ colors to find the EXACT color I had from last night, I just chose another one. They waited until I was LEAVING to tell me it was $25 to change the color! $25?! Just a FILL is only $35, and it's $25 for a different COLOR!? Absurd. Very sad because I really liked the people here but I PROMISE I will NEVER return, nor will my co-workers who now know what has happened, as well. Read Less

I absolutely love this nail salon! It's a beautiful, small place. I've been coming here for years. All the nail technicians are very nice and do a wonderful job. And, if you don't like it, it doesn't hurt to ask them to fix it to your liking; I used to ask them all the time. Now that they know me too well, I don't have to say anything besides a great big "THANK YOU!" So, I don't understand why this place has a very low rating. I go to this place every 2-3 weeks to get my nails and eyebrows done. I have been going here for over a year and i love it. Whenever I walk in they say "hi meagan!" They know me by name and i feel very welcomed. Everytime I get my nails done, they take their time and make sure my nails are done just right. I never feel rushed.
