I stopped coming here because the service declined so bad and their equipment just wasn't up to date. I decided to come in today for a basic pedicure after hearing they'd done a remodel. Everything went fine until the guy took my payment. The basic is listed at $26 and he charged me $36. When I corrected him, he went "oh sorry" but didn't act one bit sorry and said there was nothing he could do to fix the credit charge. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I will never be back, there are so many other salons in the area that charge around the same and offer a better experience. Do not waste your time on this dump.

Regrettably I must say I was treated very badly there! When I got there, there was no one waiting. Another customer and myself we're together getting the same exact procedure. So tell me why did she leave an hour and a half before me? Honestly I felt like I was in the beauty shop. My technician was adjusting my nails while she performed waxing on one customer Who came in after me as well a pedicure on another customer who came in after me! Honestly it was like musical chairs without the PRIZE because I still PAID and TIPPED! The irony of it all kills me! I try so hard to be a reasonable customer but yet you're working with unreasonable people. Even when there was obvious flaws to my nail polish she kept insisting there was nothing wrong! She was working hard to get me out however not hard enough! Like I said earlier myself and another customer came in at the same time with the same exact procedure, but she had a different technician and she was out an hour and a half before me! Looking Back now I realize I should have had the courage and just left before I allowed her to do any more damage to my experience. And the worst part I believe she was the owner!

If I could give this 0- I would. Horrible customer service. Horrible manners. Nothing was sterilized. Absolutely disgusting. And then upon leaving I was told to go and get cash to pay because the credit card machine wasn't working. Are you joking?! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

Got a full set done & the service was okay. My nails look nice. Not exactly how I wanted but that's fine. My sisters nail broke within a few hours though but they fixed it for free. Also Kate was on vacation so it was dead & the phone kept ringing for when she was coming back. It's kind of sad when the client base only wants one person to do their nails.

My daughter and her two friends just got their nails done at Tammy's after a recommendation from a friend. This place is a total & complete scam . . . BEWARE! They said $43 for no-chip mani & regular pedi. When the girls went to check out, they were told $50! Seemingly as they were getting their services in broken english were asked if they wanted cuticles & hand massage -- never being told there was a $7 upcharge. Will NEVER return or recommend; about to call the Better Business Bureau!

I had gone to Tammy Nails for years, every 2 weeks for mani/pedis. The last time I was there I found that I had a fungal infection on both of my big toes. The left one was HUGE and encompassed the entire nail bed and the right one was covering half of the nail. Going every 2 weeks, why did no one notice it the time before??? If they had, perhaps it wouldn't have been so bad! Of course, this all occurred in May, with the summer months ahead of me. No great looking feet for me! The fact that Tammy didn't care enough about the health of my nails is so much of a turn off that I'll never go back! I'm going to A & O nails and they are so much better!

I go to a younger woman by the name of Kate and no one else! She does an amazing job! Her customer service is great! The man I didn't care for. His service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either....
I go to a younger woman by the name of Kate and no one else! She does an amazing job! Her customer service is great! The man I didn't care for. His service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. I haven't had my nails done by Tammy. Judging by her reviews I don't plan on it.

I used to go to Tammys faithfully in high school for full-set/fills and pedis.When I returned to the area I started going back again. Tammy has an attitude problem and has very poor customer service....

Tammy has an attitude problem and has very poor customer service. even to people who have been going their for 10+years!The last time I got a pedi some guy did it and cut my cuticles up! They were bleeding for DAYS!Fu the young girl is very nice and does a great job.There's no way I'm putting any more money into this place unless I'm looking for a cheap knock off purse that they sale at the front counter.

I have been going to Tammy Nails for years. I have also gone in to 2 other local nail shops and have not received the same great results as with Tammy Nails. At one place, I ended up with a toe infection! At another, a new guy did my nails and the No-Chip did chip off within 4 days. Never have that problem here. In addition, I live close to this shop which makes it easy to drop in! Plus, they have price deals Mon-Wed.

I looked online and saw they advertise eyebrow threading. I was really disappointed when I went in and found out they don't do threading at all. Waste of a trip.

I went here 3x for no-chip manicures. The first two times a young girl did it and the result was beautiful. The 3rd time Tammy did it, and I was blown away by how horrible the whole experience was. She did a sloppy job. The polish didn't go all the way to the edges of the nail, and she left my hands under the UV lamps so long that they *literally* freckled and burned. Also, she charged me more than the younger girl had the previous two times.I will never go back. I had the botched job done here on my birthday and it was really disappointing.

I stopped coming here because the service declined so bad and their equipment just wasn't up to date. I decided to come in today for a basic pedicure after hearing they'd done a remodel. Everything went fine until the guy took my payment. The basic is listed at $26 and he charged me $36. Regrettably I must say I was treated very badly there! When I got there, there was no one waiting. Another customer and myself we're together getting the same exact procedure. So tell me why did she leave an hour and a half before me? Honestly I felt like I was in the beauty shop. The left one was HUGE and encompassed the entire nail bed and the right one was covering half of the nail. Going every 2 weeks, why did no one notice it the time before??? If they had, perhaps it wouldn't have been so bad! Of course, this all occurred in May, with the summer months ahead of me. No great looking feet for me! At one place, I ended up with a toe infection! At another, a new guy did my nails and the No-Chip did chip off within 4 days. Never have that problem here.
