Let me first say, LAN did a great job on my nails. What she failed to do, was be polite, friendly, personable, or professional. I was visiting my family in the area and decided to get a long needed fill. LAN did not introduce herself and when she saw two of my nails needed to be changed bc it was a different powder she began visibly rolling her eyes until I was bold enough to ask her if she was OK because she was making a lot of facial expression. I know my tone was polite it was definitely firm at that point Due to me having enough of her blatant attitude. Continue to be rude grabbing my hand roughly and pointing rudely to the nail dryer for me to put my hands in, it was as if she did not want to help me. I could see if I was one of those clients who made a big deal about having to pay for extra but I could care less my nails is a treat to myself however what I don't pay for his disrespect and I still tipped her because of how much I like my nails so I would come back but I absolutely would not have her unless she's in a better mood. I have been here twice. The ambiance and aesthetic look of this place is an A+! The first time I had a gift card, which was why I came here instead of my usual spot. They did a fabulous time on both occasions. The first visit I came in with a friend before my 10 year anniversary trip. We were very indecisive with our color choices (I wanted it to be perfect for the occasion) but they were very patient and didn't rush us at all! I was also happy to see a few familiar faces as well! I really hate to do this because I work in customer service myself and I know that some experiences are just one offs but in this case I have to. I went in on a Thursday for a no chip with no appointment and had no wait (plus). My technician was good in the beginning but then seemed to rush towards the end. Flash forward to the next day when one of my nails tore off. I went back immediately to get it fixed since I only had them for not even 24 hours at this time. The girl looked and stated that they were not dried completely (I had a no chip remember) and they would fix it. They fixed the one that chipped along with 3 other nails that were messed up along with the top coat. Then today not even a week after getting my no chip done 2 more nails chipped off. I do office work, I'm not doing any physical strenuous labor during the work day. If I wanted to spend $35 + on a no chip to not even last a week I would have just got a regular manicure... Beautiful salon and my pedicure looked great afterwards. However, I gave this 4 stars because I asked the nail tech not to cut my cuticles. Well she ended up using the clipper and cut all my cuticles and cut the sides of each toenail. Which I did not want.I am not sure if I would go back because of that.... Read Less

First time visiting this salon, my reg salon didn't open early enough and I needed to get my nails done that morning. I must say, I was impressed. From the second I walked in I was in awe, beautiful place. Receptionist greeted me and took care if me right away. I sat down and had Soup, that is the nail tech's name, and he was truly the best. Great salon! Very clean and friendly staff. This is my third time and I've had great service each time. Wide selection of services and polish colors to choose from.  Competitively priced for this area. It was a nice surprise to be offered a mimosa on a Saturday morning pedicure. This review is very late! Give credit where credit is due, and this salon is professional, CLEAN, and talented. I can't say enough about the quality of work! Everyone is very sweet. I have to of course give a huge thanks to **Tina**as she has been my nail tech for over 3 years! I can't say enough about her work and my nails are always a fantastic result. I get stopped almost weekly from random people about my nails. I tell her all the time she belongs in Hollywood doing celebrity nails but then again I need her here for me haha!! The few times that I've been there I really enjoyed the experience. They not only have some serious talent but the decor is amazing! Although there are some people there that I would never want to service me again. And it's said, "one rotten apple does not spoil the whole barrel" and that expression is the truth when it comes to this business. I went to the spa for the first time last week and was very pleased with the way it looks like. The place is huge and has soo many stations and clean. Service was friendly and the ladies did a great job with my nails and special design for my upcoming trip. I even learned a few things about new techniques nail techs now use. I've had consistently great experiences here specifically for pedicures and most recently a mani/pedi. My first time in, the girl doing my nails left immediately after and I didn't like the color but didn't want to be a pain. Another girl offered to redo my color for me. I told her I wanted raspberry and she went and found exactly the color I was thinking and took off the old color and reapplied the new. It was so nice to see someone really go above and beyond!I most recently got a mani pedi done and the girl doing my nails was super friendly, nice, and helped me pick out some colors I really loved! She was also nice to chat with which is great.The salon is gorgeous and huge inside. Check out the photos. Despite all the good, I do feel they're on the pricey side. They don't offer $5 off if you get a pedicure and no chip manicure like most salons. Also, they charged me $5 extra for putting a glitter nail polish on top of my regular polish, which other salons I've visited wouldn't count as a design and therefore wouldn't charge. Several of the gals have been in the industry a long time.  Make sure you get one of them.  The last time I had a pedi the gal was not very strong and just did an average job.  It's really nice to have an upscale salon in the area.  Hope tjey offer more specials as it can get pricey but worth it. This nail salon is new, and so beautiful! I just switched from another salon to this one. Very hygienic, great service, and beautiful (relaxing) decor! It's big, but not overwhelming or cold. Great atmosphere! Would be great to host a girls night out or a bridal party! My favorite technicians are Anne and May. They are awesome! Followed them from the previous salon.
