I had the worse 1st time experience at Lucky Nails yesterday. Inexperience and no sense of pride in their work but very nice people to deal with so its very hard for me to give them low marks. Fantastic service. They really pay attention to detail, and my manicure lasts over a week. Large variety of colors for no chip and regular. Convenient location on the corner of Milwaukee and oakton with plenty of parking. This is the only place I found that puts on gloves for no chip to protect your skin which I love! I especially love it, due to the fact, that their newly renovated shop, is right next door to United Hair Lines, where I get my hair cut!! Yesterday, before I got my haircut, I stopped in and had my eyebrows waxed, and a pedicure!! Then went into the hair salon in my cute pink flip-flops!! 2 no chip manicures done with different colors and both instantly chipped. The only redeeming factor was that they easily agreed to fix the nails. Despite that they chipped again and the whole coat of polish fell off on multiple nails. Read Less

Great customer service! Kathy, Katie, and Sandy all do excellent work! They all pay attention to detail. David, the owner makes you feel at home. He always makes sure you are happy with your nails. This is a great place to get your nails and pedicures done ladies (and gentlemen). Everyone including the owner is very friendly and welcoming and are very good at what they do. Katie does my nails and let me say, she gives great detail to each job she does, including the pedicure messages. She almost puts me to sleep!! She never hurries like other places do. THEY TAKE WALKINS- I'm new to the area and found this place after calling about 10 other salons looking for a child chair and they did have one! When my mini me and I arrived it was evident they had an excellent rapport with all of their clients. They are great with designs, it was the 3rd of July and my daughter had some stars and stripes very well-done and all they did was with great attention to detail.
