I am writing this while sitting & waiting for my nails to dry. This is my second time here and I am blown away by the great customer service I have received. Miracle was my nail tech and now only was she attentive about the water temps & colors etc she kept a great conversation going the entire time and even engaged with my sister and mom who were working with other nail techs. This place is very nice looking and what not but I just had to complain! After being talked into spending $45 for no chip and a special poilsh I have to say I am very disappointed, after looking at my nails when I got home I seen how much of a sloppy job was done the nail polish isn’t only caked on my nails but the under coating was horribly visible as well as the acrylic on some of my nails it looked like I had my nails done for a week or two it wasn’t near my nail bed at all... I even left a tip which I NEVER do! Which I shouldn’t had done either I left a $2 tip which is more than she should’ve gotten for this mess of a job I didn’t have time to come back and I feel like my $45 was basically thrown away...especially bc I because was on a budget I’ll stick to the shops in Joliet the paint jobs are better and they give you a nice hand massage (: very disappointing... ): Read Less

WARNING!!!!!!STAY AWAY. This I the most HORRIBLE place you can go to for manicure. I took my wife here today and not only was this lady rude but she refused to do my wifes nails the way my wife was asking to have them done and started to argue with my wife. She then maliciously proceeded to apply some chemical that now has my wifes nails ruined. After my wife ask what she was doing she proceeded to tell my wife she does not know what she was doing. Horrible, did my nails completely wrong and acted like it wasn't their fault when I told them my nails looked nothing like the example they had showed me. I called a day later and they told me they would not refund or fix my nails at all , and told me I should take my business elsewhere. The boss was very rude on the phone and not understanding at all. This place is amazing. Have yet to have a bad experience I have been going for about a little over a year now.  I have neuropathy in my legs and this is the first place in years that has not treated me like a  I have a disease.  I have no feeling in my right foot and my right leg is red and from no circulation. I am only 37. I have had several different techs and none of them make me feel uncomfortable! I have now had my sisters go there who go more often then I do.  They remember about you. Every time I come here I am treated like a queen.  This is the cleanest nail salon I've been to in the area.  Each member of the team takes special care of their clients. They offer a variety of services and have a full menu of specialized pedicures to fit every budget and indulgence.  If you're getting a pedicure, ask for Dan.  He takes the time and pays attention to details.  And he gives a GREAT foot massage! This place is horrible. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I came in and the person at the desk asked me what I was getting. I responded saying a full set. I sat and watched 2 people come in and get serviced before me.  I went back to the guy and said did he know how much longer I would have to wait. His response was what are you getting again...didn't even know what I was getting, so I probably would have been waiting a lot longer if I didn't say anything. So then finally a woman starts working on my hands. After putting on every 2 nails she would go do something else; running other people's foot baths, etc. So finally after she got all 10 nails on she placed out the acrylic. I was like i want them cut down, I didn't want the length of the entire fake nail they put on at first. She replied I always put the acrylic on and then cut down. I thought that was weird because I think it would be harder to cut once the nail got hard. I let her do it her way. All while she is doing MY nails she is talking to EVERYONE else worried about what they need and want. So after she put the acrylic on she cut the first nail down to the nub. Every shop I went to never puts the acrylic on first and also they cut a little and ask do you want it shorter. She probably wasn't paying attention to my nail when she was cutting. I was like hey that's super short. She said you wanted them short. I wanted them cut down from the original length of the full nail. I kid you not with her cutting this nail it was shorter than my actual real nail. So of course since she put the acrylic on the nails were already hard. I was so upset and frustrated that I just let her finish and said I would never come back. All my nails are now shorter than my real nails and these are supposed to be fake acrylic nails. If I wanted that I could have just got an overlay on my real nails. If she paid more attention to my nails and what I was telling her maybe they would have turned out better. I have never done a review on here but after this experience I had to. I don't want ANYONE to have to deal with this. I understand they run a business but I'm a paying customer just like everyone else and she really was not focusing on my nails at all. Read Less

I really love this location! I've been here 4-5 times and have always left feeling satisfied with my service. The nail technicians are attentive and super sweet. They do a great job with both my hands and feet and take their TIME. The part that I appreciate the most is that if something is wrong, I've never had their technicians give me attitude about redoing a nail or going back to fix something. This is my go-to spot! I have yet to find a nail place that I have loved in this area, but this location had to be the worst of them all. I originally thought that maybe my nail tech was having an off day, but when my friend also received the same horrible service I knew something was off. To begin, we had 2 mani appointments set for 6 pm. I arrived a little bit earlier, and even after stating multiple times I wanted to wait for my friend they were persistent about me starting before she arrived because they were going to get busy. I was able to stall for the most part but got a roll of the eyes from the tech as well as a huff and she walked to the back while saying something and pulled out her phone. When my friend arrived and we were ready to start, the tech looked at me angrily like I was bugging her and said "oh you're ready now?"I had my nails perfectly filed and ready to go, they just needed a quick cuticle clean up and no-chip polish. In the 16 years I have gotten manicures I have never been cut so badly to the point of bleeding, which she didn't care. The final total came to $35 to have my cuticles cut, no-chip polish and a dab of lotion on my hands. I asked why I wasn't being charged the $25 for just the polish because that is basically what I received. When I think of having a manicure I assume that they massage with lotion or oil your hands and arms, but nope not this place. Chicago prices for hole in the wall work. I highly recommend not coming to this location as this was just my experience, my friend had similar with a different technician. They wouldn't even give me a discount for cutting almost every one of my cuticles and making me bleed. FYI, they didn't get busy! 1 person walked in as she was finishing me up and they didn't have to wait at all! Read Less

Horrible. Awful. There are no words for what happened to me here. Their equipment is unclean and they do not listen to a word you say when you tell them you do not want your ingrown toenails cut down so that they become even more painful and grow infected. I still have issues with a toenail that fell out -- yes FELL OUT -- after it got infected at this place. Stay away!! Read Less
