Moved to New Lenox about a year ago but still traveled to 25 minutes to Orland Park to go to my beloved nail salon well today decided to try Luxe Nail Lounge ... 5 minutes away ... glad I did. Walked in was warmly greeted) I did not have an appointment was taken within 5 minutes for an eyebrow wax - Karina did a great job. Tim gave me an awesome no chip manicure. They always do a great job no matter who I have and the place is clean and professional.   I have been to a lot of dirty nail salons - where you should be afraid to get a pedicure - not here.  The owner is great and when I have had her do my nails, they have been fabulous (I forget her name, but I know she is the owner!) I have been here several times now and each time I have gotten great service and my nails came out looking great! I have gotten pedicures with no chip, manicures with no chip, acrylics, and dipping powder. I have found I personally prefer the dipping powder as it seems to last the longest for me while keeping my nails underneath very healthy still. I have gone a couple times and had to wait 20-25 mins but it was very busy. Even with that being said, the technicians who did my nails on those days took their time and did a great job. I am very happy with luxe nails and will continue going there. It isn't cheap, but you pay for the quality you are getting. You can probably find a less expensive nail salon, but you are probably risking issues like poor quality or unsanitary conditions. All the work that has been done for me the technicians have always gotten brand new sterilized still in packaging tools to use on me. I have never seen the salon dirty and see the employees there cleaning all of the time to keep it near even during busy times. I also like that they have baked goods, coffee, and water to enjoy while you wait. I definitely recommend luxe nails! Read Less

The manager, Emilie, is dedicated, passionate, and driven to ensuring every customer has the best experience.  I am in love with the atmosphere, the exceptional quality of work, the customer service, and most of all- their amazing nail tech team.  I highly recommend this salon. When this place first opened it was great - but the past two times I've gone, if they even get slightly busy they just rush you through it all. The nail tech barely painted the sides of my nails and they all chipped within three days.  My friend was with me and asked for a no chip and was told a manicure would 'be quicker'. If I'm paying to get my nails done, I expect someone to care enough to do it right. Read Less

It cost me more to have my own nails painted than it did the lady next to me to have a full set of nails put on!! And it wasn't very good job at that, she left fuzz from the cotton on my nail then just painted over it! NEVER AGAIN!Read Less

I could possibly see giving this location more stars after my next visit. It was very clean the staff was nice, the young lady that did my pedicure I will request her again.  My only issue was with the lady that did my no chip. I requested a fill in and what she provided was a completely different service but even with that I will give them one more try. Read Less

This place is really hit or miss . It all depends on who you get as a nail tech . The place is clean and decorated nicely . Unfortunately this last time was a real miss. If I could give 0 stars I would.  I was getting a fill and no chip polish.  When I was done I pointed out how rough the underside of my nails were and asked for them to be filed.  The guy I had was extremely RUDE.  He did file them but they were still rough.  I have never had to ask twice for the underside of my nails to be filed.  Also one nail has a bubble in it and another not enough polish I can see through it.  This I didn't notice until I went outside.  I was to annoyed to go back in.  A waste of $35.  I will NEVER go back there and will tell everyone I know not to go there. With this place the name says it all...Luxe. This is not your average "walk-in" pedicure place.  They take their time and do it right, they actually massage your feet and for quite awhile. They're not just trying to rush you out the door so the next butt can sit in the seat. The ambiance is serene. This is by far my favorite place to go to for a pedi. Not to forget the salon is beautiful and immaculate and the staff is always friendly. Next time you need a break, just want to treat yourself, or really just need a pedi check this place out! You won't be sorry. Prices aren't bad either they are in line with other area nail salons. I personally think it's a bargain for what you get. Read Less

I love it here, I drive 30 minutes to get my dipping powder manicure because I haven't found anywhere else I love as much. The staff is friendly it's a very clean & polished atmosphere, with complimentary snacks, coffee, water, tea even hot chocolate! I usually make an appointment and I've never had to wait. I've had a few different nail techs and my nails last a minimum of 2 weeks, but a couple times I've only gone in because the grow out was getting too bad; my nails were still pristine after over 4 weeks.Read Less

I decided to try Luxe for the first time, so I made an appointment for my 6 year old niece and I to get our nails done. I arrived at 5:58 for a 6pm appointment and was told to pick colors at it would be just a couple minutes. At 6:10 I asked how long it would be and was told 15-20 additional minutes. I tried to explain that I had made an appointment so that I didn't have to make a 6 year old sit for 30 minutes in a nail salon. Unfortunately, that made no difference to the staff and so we went elsewhere where we hand a great experience. Had I actually been told from the beginning they were delayed and I would have to wait, I may not have been so frustrated. The fact I was told a couple minutes and then left to wait, is what is most frustrating. If I hadn't kept asking, I would have been left to sit with no communication for 30 minutes. I will not be back to Lux as it is clear they don't respect their clients time and believe in adhering to the appointments they set. Read Less

Luxe Nail Lounge exceeds all my expectations on what a nail lounge should be all about. The moment you walk in you're transported into a luxurious like spa, for nails! The high end decor and relaxing ambience is great. You can tell they really cater to their's customers needs by creating a warm and inviting environment.  Love that they play a mixture of different music. There's not a single TV in the salon, so it truly feels like a day at the spa. There is also complimentary water, coffee and cookies for customers. How awesome is that! Love Love Love how they have a palette of sample nails with gel polish on it at the front counter. You don't have to play the guessing game on what the color is for the gel polish. For those looking to do regular polish, they  also have a full wall of polish. They have every color imaginable. What I most appreciated and love the most is that Luxe Nail Lounge carries the mood changing aka ombré aka temperature color changing gel polish. I thought this only existed in California! Not ever going back to one color gel polish :) The staff at Luxe Nail Lounge are super nice and friendly. You won't be disappointed! They also offer a range of other services such as waxing and more. I'm glad I tried this place! I came on for a gel full set, which I have never tried before. They look amazing! While I've discovered the fake nails are not really my thing, I'm glad I tried them out. Such an amazing experience!Luxe is a gorgeous new salon with a chic modern vibe! The entire time I kept thinking I was in an upscale hotel spa! Everything about this salon is perfection!
