My tween daughter was apprehensive about cutting her long, lovely hair - but she was getting lost behind it all.  Within moments of meeting Kayleigh, she was put at ease and they talked about what she does in her life and how she likes to wear her hair.  Kayleigh kindly included me in the conversation and asked about convenience and daily styling.  Kayleigh, sensing that my kiddo was nervous about too much coming off, offered to wash and dry her hair and then cut it - that way, there wouldn't be any post-cut shrinkage after it dries.  Now my daughter was excited and ready to go.  After lopping off several inches and gently layering it, my daughter hugged Kayleigh and thanked her for her new 'do.  She looks positively grown up and yet, still sweet.   A huge shout out to our new stylist Kayleigh for showing my girl that a little cut goes a long way! This is not just the best hair salon in Naperville, but quite possibly the world. It is the only place in the world where someone like me, with hair virtually uncuttable, can find someone to tame my mane. My wife, sister, other sister, Aunt, cool neighbor and my younger brother have all started going here over the years. Additionally, in the lobby of the building by the elevator there is a bitcoin machine. Not only have I gotten amazing haircuts the past few years, but buying bitcoin has really paid off. I was going at the Ogden one for 10+ years. Everything was great until my stylist just up and left with no notice. They called me the day of my appt to tell me. I think for a client like myself who was there for a very long time should have been shown more respect than that. My mother in law was also going there for 20+ years! They did the same thing to her.
