I don’t like to post negative reviews. However, I am in the beauty industry and I came here last minute to have a full set put on. I left before my no chip was applied seeing as I still have acrylic on my skin around my nail, and glue under- and on my finger tips. I expressed that my skin was repeatedly being filed since the glue and acrylic were applied on to my actual nail along with the skin around my nail. The man doing my nails seemed to be irritated by my saying this and made an animated-mock-like gesture, insinuating that I did not know what was going on and indeed he “wasn’t” filing my skin. His thumb nails were very long and digging ever so firmly into my hands as I sat there wanting to run for the door. I also still had remaining acrylic on my thumb from the previous fill I had done 3 weeks prior. I was told that it was all off and a nail was applied on top of it regardless. He even went as far as to ask the nail tech next to him and she said it was all off as she was painting her clients nails-not to have even looked over at my nail. At this point Im thinking to myself-whyyyyyyy Last but not least........ I jerked about 5 times while my thumb was being worked on in fear that my knuckle was going to come out of its socket.
Drum roll now please..........I was charged $30 for this. Um no. Boy bye.

I went about 1 year ago and did not have the best experience. However I went back to get a full set of acrylics for Christmas. I had Kim and she did a wonderful job, they looked super natural! I recently got a fill for that same set, and decided to get a non chip holo polish and I'm in love!

Extremely disappointed in this place because their professionalism was very poor. I came in today to receive my fill in and the owner was mad because I was 15 minutes late and said caused them to be backed up with other customers . he then proceeded to do my last design but didn't do it right , he started working on another customer and has another employee do it but she was very rude and told me that the sound of my voice is giving her a headache . And the owner told her she could stop working on my last design . I told him she needed to clean it up and both him and her got mad . I told him in a calm manner that he needs to watch who's he's talking to and he's acting unprofessional . He said I was stressing him out and got mad because they couldn't do a design that they had on their Ig page . Ultimately I won't be coming back very unprofessional and low staff .

I work down the street, and the first time I came in was on my lunch break a few months ago. I got a full acrylic set done. Not only did they finish with time to spare in my lunch break, but they did a FANTASTIC, flawless job! I have been going back ever since, and their work continues to impress me. They are professional, kind, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend coming here for all of your beauty needs. :)

I finally found my "Go To" for nails. The service is always awesome and everyone in this place is really nice. I am always satisfied after getting my toes and fingernails done here. They are gentle when massaging my legs, and they are precise with painting. There's rarely ever a mistake after being served by the people here. My hands still look good even after 3weeks of not getting my nails done. There's no peeling or no chip on the sides of my fingers. I do like having my hands done by Sonny as his work is always perfect. I don't think I'll get my nails done by any other nail place. I suggest coming here for yours.

I love T2 Nails! They do a very professional job. My no chip on top of acrylics lasted more than a month. I brought my daughter and son's girlfriend there for a Christmas gift mani/pedi. My daughter had artwork done on her nails and it was outstanding! After going to a different salon for years, I am so happy to have made the switch to T2!

This place is THE ABSOLUTE WORST nail salon I've ever patronized. I had a no chip polish change, a service that I've had at least 20 times before. The polish looks uneven, there was polish left on my skin, and the operator made a ton of excuses for doing a lousy job instead of taking responsibility for his shoddy work. This place was convenient to pop into on a lunch break but I'll NEVER go back and would encourage others to stay away too!!

I found this place online (might be Korean no offence) want to do gel nails after work. Called and scheduled appointment for 6pm. Before going there I did a little research on gel/acrylic nails since nail tech before damaged my nails many times (in similar salons) and it took me 6 months to get them looking healthy again. I read that an electric file can be damaging to your natural nails. That's what nail tech wanted to do first on my nails after I sat in a chair. I said no thank you. She throws a fit in front of me and I had to wait for another person who was willing to file my nails properly. But the story didn't end there. So after about 30-40 min, he started to work on my nails. He applied a liquid monomer and a powder polymer to create a hard protective layer over my natural nails. Then he put a coat of gel finish and said that my gel nails were done. I was charged for gel nails $45 plus tip but got acrylic nails at the end. He lied to me, I will never go there again. Hope this review will help other people don't get foolish.

I'm upset to see some bad reviews- they always make their clients happy so unless you had a bad day and took it out on them, I'm not sure if you could have a bad experience in the high energy place. Check them out, I guarantee you'll have a good experience.

This was my first time here for a no-chip. I was there on a Monday morning and had a chip on Thursday. It's about a week later and 4 nails have chips, they look like garbage. What was the point of paying extra for a no-chip when my nails look like this? I've never had chips with the other manicures I've gotten at different places, across the 11 states I cover for work. I'm quite disappointed as this place is right around the corner of my house. Siiiiigh.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I went there because of all the great ratings. The lady there did my nails and screwed it up even before I left. I told her I would come back to fix it. It was no chip and I came back in 3 days (weekdays). I could not come back earlier because of work and other personal stuff. Anyway, no chip should not have come off as bad as it had in three days. I showed the owner my nails and asked for a refund out a redo at a different time as I had to be at the airport in 2 hours because of my personal stuff. He argued with me for 20 minutes before finally agreeing. I came back they re did my nails and it peeled again in 3 days. I have had no chip/gel/shellac manicures before and they stay on my finger just fine. I think I might have some pictures of my nails from that incident, I will post them if I find them.

Kim is very nice but her husband (I think it's Sonny) is terrible at doing nails, my nails were so thick and looked fanned out .. Like he didn't file them enough on the sides.. I almost cried when I was walking out.. Kim tried to fix them because she knew I was so upset but he just walked away .. worst nails I've EVER had done, he is extremely pompous, not sure what that's all about but anyway I ain't sticking around here to spend any more money. I go to another place and they are the best, my nails are awesome!! I get compliments all the time now.

The staff was very friendly, the place is extremely clean and pleanty of work stations. When it's time for my next one, this is the place I'll go to.

It's priced well enough that I can definitely afford to skip home pedicures. The facility is clean and bright, but pretty basic, which is fine for me. It was pretty busy on Saturday afternoon, but I called ahead and didn't have to wait. I'm happy to see a business doing so well despite the terrible construction on 59.Make sure you bring cash for a tip! They will let you tip on your card if you forget, but there are signs up requesting cash tips.

Made my first visit today on a whim, as a walk in for a pedicure. I had to wait a few minutes which wasn't a problem as I picked out my polish. A gentlemen working on a pedicure for another client got me set up at the pedicure station, he then preceded to get on the phone and have an aggressive with what sounded like a co-worker. Not appropriate in front of clients in my opinion. Nikki did my deluxe pedicure. I liked the parafin treatment and hot towel wraps, just watch the temp. Slightly disappointed in the polish job. I only received one coat of polish and some of my toes were smudge and had polish around the edges. The salon was clean and Nikki wore gloves per my request, through most of the pedicure. Overall, good experience. I will try them again.

My friend and I made last minute appointments here for pedicures after reading the great reviews here on Yelp. When we got there we decided to also get manicures - which they were very flexible about. They sat us next to each other so we could chat the whole time and were very friendly and did a wonderful job.I was very impressed with the amount of time and pressure they applied when doing the foot and hand massage. It was wonderful! They also took the extra time to add another coat of nail polish to make the color really pop and sprayed our toes and placed our feet in bags in our shoes and socks so we didn't mess up the paint. Everyone here was very friendly, personable, and fun. You also cannot beat the price! $25 for a pedicure, $35 for both - you cannot go wrong! I will definitely be coming back here!

I read the reviews posted on here and after having a bad experience at another place in the area decided to try it out. I have to say that this was 100%the best no chip I have ever gotten. Cathy did several layers and squared my nails perfectly. She really took her time with everything and was extremely sweet to talk to for the hour. I won't ever go anywhere else from now on. Amazing experience!

I also got a no chip french pedicure.The guy who did the pedicure did not talk to me at all... the result was nice, but it started chipping a few days afterwards.The part owner, Sonny, did my nails. He was super friendly and kept talking to me. He also offered me a drink. My only complaint was he didn't file everything perfectly evenly, but you wouldn't notice unless I told you. My nails looked gorgeous afterwards! I also got two tips. My total was $65 + tip.I came in with my girlfriend and she was only getting a manicure. We sat on opposite ends or at least really far away from each other where we would have to scream to hear each other... I thought they could've waited to do her nails after I got my pedi done so we could at least talk to each other without everyone else in the room hearing our conversation.The place is nice and clean too.

T2 nails is very well priced, which as a college student is one of my top factors in choosing a nail salon. I get acrylic fills & sets here regularly and am always happy! They accept tips by credit card too which is AMAZING!!! I'm one of those people who rarely have cash so it's great to not have to leave, go to the bank, and come back to get my nails pretty. The only thing I would want is for them to offer complimentary drinks. I've been to a few places that offer lemonade, iced tea, and even beer for free! :) I'd recommend (and have) this place to my friends.

I've been going to this place for a while and used to get no-chip manicures but stopped because my nails got ruined. They don't take the time to soak off the polish and just scrape away. It actually hurts and three months later you can see a ridge in my nails from the damaged outgrowth.I started going back for just pedis recently and a new girl did an okay job but cut my cuticle. I thought it was because she was new and let it go. I had someone to watch my baby yesterday for a while and thought I'd try one more time for a mani/pedi. Big mistake. Same girl sliced my fingernail cuticle and it's now red and possibly infected. Then the guy sanded the side of my toe and I'm missing skin there too. So much for a relaxing hour plus they still charged me full $. Needless to say I'm never going back.

This place is THE ABSOLUTE WORST nail salon I've ever patronized. I had a no chip polish change, a service that I've had at least 20 times before. The polish looks uneven, there was polish left on my skin, and the operator made a ton of excuses for doing a lousy job instead of taking responsibility for his shoddy work. This place was convenient to pop into on a lunch break but I'll NEVER go back and would encourage others to stay away too!!

I found this place online (might be Korean no offence) want to do gel nails after work. Called and scheduled appointment for 6pm. Before going there I did a little research on gel/acrylic nails since nail tech before damaged my nails many times (in similar salons) and it took me 6 months to get them looking healthy again. I read that an electric file can be damaging to your natural nails. That's what nail tech wanted to do first on my nails after I sat in a chair. I said no thank you. She throws a fit in front of me and I had to wait for another person who was willing to file my nails properly. But the story didn't end there. So after about 30-40 min, he started to work on my nails. He applied a liquid monomer and a powder polymer to create a hard protective layer over my natural nails. Then he put a coat of gel finish and said that my gel nails were done. I was charged for gel nails $45 plus tip but got acrylic nails at the end. He lied to me, I will never go there again. Hope this review will help other people don't get foolish.

I'm upset to see some bad reviews- they always make their clients happy so unless you had a bad day and took it out on them, I'm not sure if you could have a bad experience in the high energy place. Check them out, I guarantee you'll have a good experience.

I also don't understand the positive reviews on here... perhaps my technician was the problem? I've gotten no-chip manicures every 3 weeks for the past 2 years. This was my first time here for a no-chip. I was there on a Monday morning and had a chip on Thursday. It's about a week later and 4 nails have chips, they look like garbage. What was the point of paying extra for a no-chip when my nails look like this? I've never had chips with the other manicures I've gotten at different places, across the 11 states I cover for work. I'm quite disappointed as this place is right around the corner of my house. Siiiiigh.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I went there because of all the great ratings. The lady there did my nails and screwed it up even before I left. I told her I would come back to fix it. It was no chip and I came back in 3 days (weekdays). I could not come back earlier because of work and other personal stuff. Anyway, no chip should not have come off as bad as it had in three days. I showed the owner my nails and asked for a refund out a redo at a different time as I had to be at the airport in 2 hours because of my personal stuff. He argued with me for 20 minutes before finally agreeing. I came back they re did my nails and it peeled again in 3 days. I have had no chip/gel/shellac manicures before and they stay on my finger just fine. I think I might have some pictures of my nails from that incident, I will post them if I find them.

I do not understand the good reviews here, I did come here a couple times but the last time was the worst. Kim is very nice but her husband (I think it's Sonny) is terrible at doing nails, my nails were so thick and looked fanned out .. Like he didn't file them enough on the sides.. I almost cried when I was walking out.. Kim tried to fix them because she knew I was so upset but he just walked away .. worst nails I've EVER had done, he is extremely pompous, not sure what that's all about but anyway I ain't sticking around here to spend any more money. I go to another place and they are the best, my nails are awesome!! I get compliments all the time now.

The staff was very friendly, the place is extremely clean and pleanty of work stations. When it's time for my next one, this is the place I'll go to.

It's priced well enough that I can definitely afford to skip home pedicures. The facility is clean and bright, but pretty basic, which is fine for me. It was pretty busy on Saturday afternoon, but I called ahead and didn't have to wait. I'm happy to see a business doing so well despite the terrible construction on 59.Make sure you bring cash for a tip! They will let you tip on your card if you forget, but there are signs up requesting cash tips.

Made my first visit today on a whim, as a walk in for a pedicure. I had to wait a few minutes which wasn't a problem as I picked out my polish. A gentlemen working on a pedicure for another client got me set up at the pedicure station, he then preceded to get on the phone and have an aggressive with what sounded like a co-worker. Not appropriate in front of clients in my opinion. Nikki did my deluxe pedicure. I liked the parafin treatment and hot towel wraps, just watch the temp. Slightly disappointed in the polish job. I only received one coat of polish and some of my toes were smudge and had polish around the edges. The salon was clean and Nikki wore gloves per my request, through most of the pedicure. Overall, good experience. I will try them again.

My friend and I made last minute appointments here for pedicures after reading the great reviews here on Yelp. When we got there we decided to also get manicures - which they were very flexible about. They sat us next to each other so we could chat the whole time and were very friendly and did a wonderful job.I was very impressed with the amount of time and pressure they applied when doing the foot and hand massage. It was wonderful! They also took the extra time to add another coat of nail polish to make the color really pop and sprayed our toes and placed our feet in bags in our shoes and socks so we didn't mess up the paint. Everyone here was very friendly, personable, and fun. You also cannot beat the price! $25 for a pedicure, $35 for both - you cannot go wrong! I will definitely be coming back here!

I came here for a no chip manicure ($30) with Cathy before Christmas for the first time. I read the reviews posted on here and after having a bad experience at another place in the area decided to try it out. I have to say that this was 100%the best no chip I have ever gotten. Cathy did several layers and squared my nails perfectly. She really took her time with everything and was extremely sweet to talk to for the hour. I won't ever go anywhere else from now on. Amazing experience!

I also got a no chip french pedicure.The guy who did the pedicure did not talk to me at all... the result was nice, but it started chipping a few days afterwards.The part owner, Sonny, did my nails. He was super friendly and kept talking to me. He also offered me a drink. My only complaint was he didn't file everything perfectly evenly, but you wouldn't notice unless I told you. My nails looked gorgeous afterwards! I also got two tips. My total was $65 + tip.I came in with my girlfriend and she was only getting a manicure. We sat on opposite ends or at least really far away from each other where we would have to scream to hear each other... I thought they could've waited to do her nails after I got my pedi done so we could at least talk to each other without everyone else in the room hearing our conversation.The place is nice and clean too.

Absolutely my favorite nail place!!! Sonny & Kim are the best. They're so nice, friendly, and do a great job. T2 nails is very well priced, which as a college student is one of my top factors in choosing a nail salon. I get acrylic fills & sets here regularly and am always happy! They accept tips by credit card too which is AMAZING!!! I'm one of those people who rarely have cash so it's great to not have to leave, go to the bank, and come back to get my nails pretty. The only thing I would want is for them to offer complimentary drinks. I've been to a few places that offer lemonade, iced tea, and even beer for free! :) I'd recommend (and have) this place to my friends.

I've been going to this place for a while and used to get no-chip manicures but stopped because my nails got ruined. They don't take the time to soak off the polish and just scrape away. It actually hurts and three months later you can see a ridge in my nails from the damaged outgrowth.I started going back for just pedis recently and a new girl did an okay job but cut my cuticle. I thought it was because she was new and let it go. I had someone to watch my baby yesterday for a while and thought I'd try one more time for a mani/pedi. Big mistake. Same girl sliced my fingernail cuticle and it's now red and possibly infected. Then the guy sanded the side of my toe and I'm missing skin there too. So much for a relaxing hour plus they still charged me full $. Needless to say I'm never going back.
