After reading a number of reviews and SIS's own website, I made an appointment for a no-chip (gel) manicure and pedicure. According to their website, the price for this combination was $66. I expected to be charged $76 due to an additional $5 fee for removing old polish and a $5 fee for repairing one broken nail. However, at the end of my appointment the next day (January 3, 2018), I was charged $91. Because I was almost late to another appointment, I chose to simply pay the bill and leave as I did not have time to argue over $15. I was not happy about it, though, so on January 4th I sent a polite email to the email address indicated on their website. I explained what had happened, asked why I had been overcharged, and asked how they intended to make it right. I also said that if I did not get a response by January 9th I would post a negative review. I sent a second reminder email on January 8th. It is now 9:40 PM on January 9th, and I haven't had any kind of reply yet - no phone call, no response via email, nothing. To make matters worse, my "no-chip" manicure started chipping two days ago. Went here on a whim while visiting a friend in town. We walked in without an appointment and they were able to fit us in a half hour later (just enough time to hit the chocolate place nextdoor), they even moved us next to each other  (part of the way through my nail shaping) as space opened up. I had never actually had a manicure, but Zaya (hope I'm getting that right!) was very patient with shaping my short nails, cleaning up the skin around them that I tend to pick at, and otherwise walking me through the unfamiliar process. First visit to this nail salon and even with appointment had to wait. While I appreciate getting a no chip in a timely manner, this girl was ripping through my manicure so fast it was stressful. Not very spa like. There was red nail polish on my skin when finished.  No chip lasted less than a week before a chip. Will not be back. Read Less

This place is great at doing nails but that's where it ends.. The customer service is not the friendliest. I had some girlfriends in town that I hadn't seen in years. We made appointments to get our nails done thinking it would be a great way to sit, gab, catch up, and have fun. They sat us apart. My nail tech  snapped at me several times for moving. While waiting for one of our friends to finish her manicure, I had to sit  on the floor because they didn't  bother to offer a seat (even though there  were several available). Then my friend was shushed and reprimanded for having a conversation with us - like a child. Some people go to salons to get fabulous nails and some go to have a girl's day. (News flash: it is possible to do both.) If you are part of the latter group, maybe try another place. Read Less

I stopped in here recently for the first time.I was able to get in quickly , that was nice.The salon was nicely decorated and clean.The service was just ok, nothing special.However, my manicure was less than perfect!I had huge bubbles in 3 of 5 nail!Never had this happen b4! Read Less

Horrible place.. they did my nails and not even an hour they start to peel off. I had a gift certificate and they didn't want to return my money after the bad job.... i almost fight with the lady at front (who is really rude by the way) to have my money back.Read Less

Had a nice experience here at the salon. Called in the morning to make a pedicure appointment for my friend and I in the afternoon, no problem. First time here, nice atmosphere. Movie playing on two large tvs, and lucky to have the nice live piano music and singer. They offered us water to drink and the manicure was nice and relaxing. I usually try to have smaller cash bills on hand, but had no problem getting change for a tip. Looking to go back to try their no chip mani. Read Less

Better customer service than most nail salons. Comfy leather chairs make it more stylish/pampered feeling. They do quality work and don't rush. Love that they have gel polish for only $4 extra, which most don't. Mine manicure is just starting to chip after 10 days. Best of all, they have a punch card!Read Less

Went here for the first time for Mom/Daughter mani time - absolutely great service. Minon was friendly, conversational, gentle and shaped my nails better than any manicurist I've been to in years. A week later, my mani (and my college-aged daughter's too) STILL looks new, hasn't chipped at all (and it's a regular mani, not a no-chip!), and was complimented just today (7 days after!). I live in Wheaton, and will be making the 15 min trip even though there is a place 5 mins from my home. This will be my only mani/pedi stop going forward.Seriously great service and product... This is the best place in town to get your nails done!! The atmosphere is very relaxing, good music and they do a great job with the nails. The foot massages are awesome. They take care of you from start to finish. I saw them take care of the little kids, and made sure they were comfortable, happy and excited! Great place!! Read Less

The nail techs are awesome, knowledgeable and honest. My nails are always great every time I leave. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Call ahead of time because it can get pretty busy. They take walk ins but you have a better chance of getting served faster if they are expecting you.Read Less

Came as a walk in on a Thurs. The salon is big and roomy and everyone who helped me was real nice. They have a good selection of polish. I got a real cute fall design on my big toe with my pedi. All in all with a no chip mani, pedi w/design, I spent about $70. The massages that came with the mani and pedi were great too! Seems like you guys have a service problem as I was just about to write feedback and I saw someone else with the same complaint. Whilst I had a pleasurable and relaxing experience today at your spa and most staff were friendly, one particular staff member who checked us out spoilt the whole experience by questioning how much my friend and I was tipping. I have never been made to feel this uncomfortable when offering a tip and having my good nature questioned. This is a real shame but I will be taking my money and tips elsewhere!!!! Read Less

I give this nail place 5 star for their service, their cleanliness, and their ambiance.  I made an appointment.  As soon as came in they asked me if I wanted something to drink.   I loved this place because is not your ordinary nail place where it is dirty and smelly.   I like the way my nails were made.  Not your typical air brush French manicure pedicure.  The lady took her time and made French nails hand style.  I also admired that they did not take more appointments because they are greedy.  They turned a late comer that was nice.  No rush to the work.The only thing I did not is they speak a different language over the customers and you do not know what is going on.   They lack being more courteous to the customers.I think this place is over and extremely over priced.  They do not do nothing out of their comfort zone to charge HIGH prices.They do have the most shades of nail polishes I had ever seen. I love this place! As soon as you walk in, the girls there will always greet you with a big smile and they are very welcoming. This salon is very sanitary and I know I am always in good hands. I have never been to a salon where all employees are super accommodating and also very good at what they do! (And I've been to many all over the world) I WILL BE BACK! Read Less
