After reading a number of reviews and SIS's own website, I made an appointment for a no-chip (gel) manicure and pedicure. According to their website, the price for this combination was $66. I expected to be charged $76 due to an additional $5 fee for removing old polish and a $5 fee for repairing one broken nail. However, at the end of my appointment the next day (January 3, 2018), I was charged $91. Because I was almost late to another appointment, I chose to simply pay the bill and leave as I did not have time to argue over $15. I was not happy about it, though, so on January 4th I sent a polite email to the email address indicated on their website. I explained what had happened, asked why I had been overcharged, and asked how they intended to make it right. I also said that if I did not get a response by January 9th I would post a negative review. I sent a second reminder email on January 8th. It is now 9:40 PM on January 9th, and I haven't had any kind of reply yet - no phone call, no response via email, nothing. To make matters worse, my "no-chip" manicure started chipping two days ago. I will never take my business to SIS Nails & Spa again, and I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone else. Read Less
