I was a walk in customer for a Gel fill in. I showed the technician multiple pictures of the shape I wanted which, wasn't even close to how they turned out nor was the color I picked either. While working on my nails, multiple bees were flying in due to the fact they had the door open. Which, I am highly allergic to. Asking repeatedly for the door to be closed was just disregarded every time. One of the bees was killed and left on the floor. Meanwhile the technician working on my nails thought she'd be funny and mock me which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Which turned what was suppose to be a relaxing experience into a nightmare. Now let's talk about the extreme pain my fingers are in. Almost every single cuticle is swollen, red and infected. During my experience, I was cut and bleeding on almost every single finger while I consistently told the lady she's hurting and cutting me she says oh sorry you'll be fine. Overall, I would give 0 stars if possible. Keep in mind I work at the Tanning Salon next door and being in the customer service industry a bad experience gets out faster than a good one. Not very friendly at all. I felt rushed the whole time and my technician was very rough with me. I walked out with my toenail bleeding because she wasn't doing my nails carefully or gently nor was she paying attention, just talking to other technicians. Wow what a great surprise! I am not from this area, just happen to pass by and thought "I   could really use a pedi." I am so glad I decided to stop at Paris Nails.  The price was great but the pedicure I received was the best I have had since the Penninsula in Chicago.  Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the girl who did my pedi, but she paid extra attention to making my feet look and feel great.I will be back again when I am in the neighborhood. Bad experience don't everGoOn aFridayOr Saturday.  Had a terrible manicure. The girl that helped me acted like she could not give me dollars as change. I was not giving a $5 tip for a bad manicure. Place catered to 5-6 people there for a wedding. They should be aware Friday's and Saturdays are like this and adjust staffing instead of rushing you through. Would not return. Read Less

Let me start off by saying if I could give this place 3.5 stars I would. I have been there three times now and have had three different technicians. My first two experiences were wonderful. And as soon as you sit down you are offered  water or a beverage. The massages the first two times and overall experience was good. However today I had a younger girl that couldn't possibly have been to nail school or had any proper training. And she barely buffed the soles of my feet,  and the massage was very light almost a tickle with no attention to detail whatsoever. She talked to the other technician and customer next to me the entire time and and was watching television too. My nails were the last thing on her mind and it was obvious. Found this Salon on Yelp.  Called ahead and a very friendly man said they could fit me and my daughter in right away.  I got the "no-chip" and my daughter got acrylic nails.  Both look amazing!  My daughter found a pic on Instagram of the manicure she wanted & the technician duplicated it perfectly!  The salon was small but appeared very clean.  The nail techs were very friendly and did such good jobs on both of us.  The prices were fair, too, considering we were in Naperville.  I wish this place was closer to my home! I have been going to Paris Nails since I was in high school. Since then I have graduated from college and started graduate school. I can say no matter where in the country I go, I always find time to cone see my family over at Paris. I don't trust my nails with anyone else. I was so sick of looking at my ugly man hands, so I went in for an old school full acrylic wrap. I was greeted warmly and promptly and accommodated immediately with no appointment. Though I did arrive not long after open and they filled up steadily, so I think I'll make an appointment before my next visit, just in case. Lee (I think) took such good care of me. He was funny and engaging and I was beyond impressed with how much attention he gave to my manicure. And his wife was very sweet, as well. She engaged me even though I wasn't her client. Lee made sure I approved of the length and shape of the tips before moving forward. Every time I thought my nails were perfect, he would refine them just a little more. He filled, drilled and buffed until he was satisfied and his standards were even higher than mine!. He even listened to my complaint of man hands and filed my tips just a LITTLE narrow, to give the illusion of smaller hands. And it worked! He made sure every bit of acrylic was off my hands and every little bump was smooth. My cuticles were in very poor condition and he even buffed all the little hangnails away. My sister and I decided to try a new nail salon for pedicures on the busy Friday before Memorial Day. We walked in and were told it was a few minute wait so we could sit together, which was not a problem at all, it is a busy weekend and we expected to wait. Despite the fact that they were busy and there was a wait, my technician took her time and was very detail oriented, I was very impressed with the service and quality of my pedicure, I will be returning here! When I walked it I got a strong urine smell in the place. Wasn't expecting that. I got a clear gel fill and the tech drilled into my nail so much that 5 out of the 10 fingers have a purple line visible under the fill. I went to Paris Nails a month ago (June 26th) for a French mani/pedi before my sister's wedding. They were wonderful! I agree that they had amazing attention to detail. The chipless mani is still intact after a month. If it weren't for the fact that my nails have grown out, I could keep it on far longer. My toenails just started to chip a few days ago. The massage chairs there are awesome. The owners were very friendly and knew me by name by the time I left. I will definitely go back! Read Less

I have been getting my nails done for years ... I went to Paris Nails for the first time with a friend just about two months ago ... since then, my life has been misery.  First off, the salon appears clean ... if you don't look to closely!  While getting pedicures little gnats from their vine plant were flying around (disgusting!).  But that's not the real reason for my review ... my review is about what happened AFTER I left the salon.As I mentioned, I've been getting my nails done for years, always without a problem.  However, after having an acrylic overlay at Paris nails, I found that my hands would burn.  I'd be forced to soak them in ice water and then clutch an icepack to get relief. Next came the hives.  If I would scratch lightly at an area of my skin, next thing you'd know the area would bloom with angry white raised streaks and the unmarred area around it would turn the brightest red. Both were incredibly painful; the burning and the hives. I thought maybe I was developing a food allergy until my dermatologist asked about my nails.  I removed them and painted an base coat over them until I could make it to another salon to fix up the raw nail ... and the hives stopped ... IMMEDIATELY stopped.  So did the burning.  I went to another salon to remove the last of the acrylic and the nail tech found that SHE COULDN'T!  My nails were ground down so thin that the acrylic, in places, is all that remains of the nails!  When my manicure wore off, the hives returned as the raw nails were again exposed.  Now I'm forced to keep SOMETHING on my nails at all times or I suffer every time my nails touch my skin.  I keep hoping once my nails grow out completely I'll be freed of what this salon did to me ... until then, I'm considering buying stock in Benadryl!  RUN DON'T WALK FROM PARIS NAILS!!
