What can I say....I employees were really nice but the quality of nail service is horrible...The younger gentlemen that sits closest to the door to the left applied my gel horribly (I didn't know at the time because it looked fine to me)...but the very next day most of my gel application lifted and my nails looked awful...I will never go back again!!! I love this place. I've had many services done here, everything from eyebrow waxes to full set acrylics. Kelly, Tony, and Tracy are wonderful people who are very customer service oriented. I've been coming here for almost ten years and though I don't get to come in as often as I would like, I've always been happy with the services I've had. This is my mom's go-to nail salon so I've been a few times with her when I'm in the area. The staff is very friendly and since they know my mom they are extra welcoming to us. There are certain techs who are best for certain things it seems. Tony gives the best foot massages for instance and I know my mom always goes with Kelly for waxing and pink-and-whites. Overall it's your typical nail shop and they give a relaxing, good service. They have a rewards card program which gets you money off every 5 or so visits which is a nice touch. Literally the worst no chip manicure I have ever gotten, and I get them a lot. I had it done at around 6 pm at night and the next morning the polish on my thumb had already chipped. The next day the polish on my forefinger came clear off. It was Christmastime and I couldn't get back in to have it fixed so walked around on Christmas with eight and a half nails painted red. One of the worst experiences I have ever had getting my nails done. I have had gel nails for close to 2 decades. As this was up there with the worst of the worst.I cannot judge any other service they have but I would never come here for my nails again.My regular tech closes a little earlier than this place. I had a nail break and knew I was due for a full but had a crazy week and couldn't get time for an appointment. This is near where I tan so I thought why not? Well I went in and said I need a fill for pink only. That I had to be somewhere in 2 hours so I would be done within an hour right? I asked this to make sure since they had other customers getting pedis. I was told yes, no problem. A nail tech took my right away with no wait. Great! I thought.An hour and a half later she wasn't even done trying to shape the amount of sloppily applied dripping off my fingers powder she had put on!!!! Horrible. I was out of time and my nails looked like something out of a scary movie. I was made to pay for the worm that was done since I explained I HAD to leave. I was going to be late for where I needed to be. I am not a confrontational person and so I did pay for half of the job since that is what was done but they tried to get me to pay for a finished fill in and asked me to come back when I had more time so the tech could finish. Seriously!I should not have had to pay for this mess.I had to squeeze an appointment with my regular tech into the next day and he said "what do you want me to do with that mess!"In an hour and a half of wasted time the tech her made a mess. I went here instead of my usual nail salon because it was recommended to me by so many friends. I was very disappointed. It was extremely unsanitary, using the same nail equipment on different people without any sort if cleaning first. The service was VERY nice but did not seem to be as skilled as other nail salons. The people here were very friendly and sweet but the guy who did my pedicure clipped the cuticle on my big toe and did not even apologize for it.  I went back the next day to get a polish chip fixed and told them that my toe was sore and they didn't even offer to do anything about it.  It was my first visit there and I will not be going back EVER... I go to this Nail Salon about every 2-3 months, so I'm not a frequent patron but they are great, very nice staff, good color choices, clean environment and very affordable ($12 manicure, $25 pedicure, $35 mani/pedi).  They do a very good job with the mani/pedi's, they offer a lot more but that's all I've ever gotten.  I've always just walked it and never had to wait, though they always seem busy.  It's not a fancy place, very simple, small but I'll definitely keep going. ***BEST NAIL SALON EVER! ***I am actually quite alarmed about the previous review. I have been coming to this nail salon for 8 years and so have my mom, sister, and grandma. Every time I go my nails look great and the staff there are wonderful. I love that they remember their customers right when they walk in the door, the quality of work exceeds, and that they don't speak a different language to each other while they are working. STAY AWAY...unless you want your nails to look like a 5 year old painted them! I couldn't get into the nail salon I normally go to by my house 25 miles away and I've been working late so I called this place and scheduled an appointment for a pedicure and OPI no chip manicure. they tried to use Shellac instead of OPI which I don't care for. The pedicure was ok...nothing to write home about but, wasn't terrible. It got bad when the manicure started. He was shaping and filing my nails with some of the old polish still on. After painting the first coat, I was looking at them because there was polish all over and uneven, he told me not to worry, it'll even out with the 2nd but it didn't. There was polish all over my nail beds, the sides of my fingers, two of them actually had stripes of polish down the side of them, some of the nail on the side didn't even have polish on it. I asked him once to fix it, he attempted to, I asked him again and told him I didn't like it and he attempted but didn't. When it came time to massage my hands, he literately slapped some lotion on them and didn't even rub it in. I was obviously upset as he escorted me to the counter and checked me out. I paid the $50 (which really isn't much for what I was asking to have done) and he actually attempted to hand me a loyalty card offering a $5 discount after said amount of visits, I told him no thank you, you can keep the card. I certainly will not be going back! I have a small business of my own and make sure I've done all I can to prevent a customer from leaving my facility unhappy!In response to other reviews...I was not in a bad mood until I went to this salon! It was actually my 10th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful evening planned so I thought I'd squeeze in a nail appointment, I should have just gone natural, it would have looked better.
