The front desk is very welcoming and super polite. I love Rochelle, she always does an amazing job with eyebrow waxing. I used to come here for haircuts, but the hair stylist I would go with left. And a different girl cut my hair and didn't listen when I wanted to get my bangs cut. She said I couldn't get bangs because I had a cowlick? Although I've had them in the past. Worst haircut experience ever. And I have been to hair salons all over the world: Europe, Asia, South America, to mention a few. I have never met a hairstylist lacking professionalism as the one who cut my hair today. Not only I did not get what I asked for, when I told the hairstylist that what she had just done with my hair wasn't what I had asked, she rudely replied: Listen, this is what I do for a living. And instead of trying to fix it to my liking, she started trying to persuade me that what I really want is what she had just done. I am a person who is not used to being treated like an idiot. I will never go back to this place, and I recommend you don't go there either. I actually regret being a decent person at sometimes, because to avoid more cumbersomeness I just paid and left.
