If I could give Magic Nails and Jana a 10 instead of just a 5 I would!!!! I'm a nail technician myself and am very particular about my nails. Jana is perfection! She's so talented and cares so much about her customers....she's like family. I live pretty far away from the salon but I would never consider going anywhere else! It's well worth the trip!!!! I was almost assaulted by the store manager. I called 911 and was able to get out of the store in time but I want to warn everyone about the terrifying experience that I had here. My mother and I came for pedicures. We have been coming here for years. The man doing my pedicure cut my nails too short and I was displeased with the service. In the middle of the service, the man saw that I had a large callus and informed me that they had increased the price of the pedicure so that it was an extra charge to remove it. I was not happy with this, and called the manager over to complain about the service and the extra charge. She was a fat woman who had the worst attitude and told the man to stop the service as I was being "too rude". I let it go and waited for my mom to finish. Later, my mom called the manager over to speak about the situation. The manager started to become incredibly rude and told us flatly, "we don't want you to come back here." We went to the front to pay and my mother dried her toenails. At this point, she noticed that the lady doing her nails had screwed up the job. She called the manager over, and the manager blamed it on my mother. She refused to help us fix the nails and became increasingly rude. At this point, I jumped in to defend my mother, as she was insulting my mother and telling her that the store often had problems with my mother, which is not true. I told her to shut up, and she proceeded to get in my face and yelled "Shut up, shut up, shut up", almost like a crazy person. My mother had to jump in to keep her from hitting me. I was harassed by the store manager, and called the police as the manager followed us out of the store and told me to "get back in the store" so she could beat me up. Save yourself and do not visit this store as I am afraid that you will be assaulted if you come to this store as well. Good luck. Read Less

Me and my sister went one day very last min for no chip manis and pedis and they took us both in and even though they were closing they still stayed 30mins after close and took there time with our nails. they also put like 4 or 5 coats on our no chip manis we were very happy walking out. 😆 Read Less

Just walk in for a regular Pedi medi 45$. The staffs are very friendly & they have many color. They helped me a lot to find out the one that's good for me. Pedi tubs are clean with the linen, all the tools are one time use only & have sealed. The nail tech do pedi she's so nice, they clean my feets with clean water before massage with warm lotion, very relaxing. The medi have good massage,too. Eventhough i came there late they still take times with me, no rush, always smile. Love this place, will come back with my family! Read Less

I took my elderly mother for her very first pedicure. I explicitly told them that her feet are fragile and to be very light. But they very having a pretty heated argument with each other, AND THEY BROKE HER TOE!!!!!!! They have it on video and only said they would return the $80 they charged her. No apologies, no money yet either. Don't pay extra for nail art. My 5 year old grand daughter paints better flowers. Read Less

First time at Magic Nails was very nice!! Their nail polish and No chip selection is so organized with plenty of colors to choose from!! I came in for a full set of nails and a pedicure and it was very relaxing! Not to mention the hot rock massage during the pedicures which is just divine! Absolutely loved it!! Of course this salon is pricey in comparison to other salons, but I don't consider this an average salon considering the amazing customer service and relaxed atmosphere!
