I have been going to this salon since they opened. I go almost every other week consistently. They are the best! Their prices are middle of the road compared to like a Mario Tricocci and their product and services are high quality. They do not fill their polishes with thinner like most of the other places do and as a result, the polish lasts longer. I don't know who these other people are talking about when they talk about rudeness coming from this salon but in my opinion they could not be nicer or more professional. Highly recommend! Reader be warned, this is written by someone who never pays $45 for a mani / pedi. I am more in the 30 - 35 range, but my friend wanted to go here. Pro: very pretty inside, clean and lots of different polishes to choose from. And the brands were definitely high end -- essie, OPI, and others. It was extremely WELL organized and lots of staff to handle the multitude of customers. Con: I didn't see any major difference in actual service than a place I frequent that charges $29, other than there was less of a language barrier here. I had read all the reviews about the great massages so was EXTREMELY disappointed during my leg massage when she basically just rubbed my skin and looked forward to the neck/shoulder massage post manicure. That was a joke. It was 30 seconds and she patted me lightly -- not a massage at all. I told her then, "feel free to push harder" (as I know sometimes they don't push because some ppl don't like a lot of pressure) to which she replied, "ok," and then stopped and WALKED AWAY. I guess I was done. $45 + tip put me well over $50 and personally, I don't think any mani/pedi is worth this price unless they are outstanding in some aspect -- and other than the large staff and definite better organization, I couldn't justify the price point. I've been coming here for pedicures for about 3 years. I have always had great service. The shop is very clean. The music is nice and relaxing. And my favorite part is the little massage afterwards as you begin to dry! All of the ladies keep a super clean station. I have met most of them and they are all very good. Read Less

My mother and I have been here many times because it's a middle-range price and for the most part, the service has been decent. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back. Once again, we had a nail tech who was very rude. She was rushing through the pedicure - cutting nails crooked, filing unevenly, barely giving the calf massage that is included in the pedicure price. I can totally understand a so-so experience every once and awhile, but this has been becoming the norm. Furthermore, the service is this poor on a Tuesday afternoon - not even a busy weekend. For the price they charge - and they recently raised their prices - we are better off spending our money at a place that truly lets us relax! Read Less
