Went in for an acrylic nail fill, file and no chip repaint. Was very pretty, very nice but they charged me 2x what the board said the price was. One day later, 4 nails chipped and when I went in to ask for a repaint the lady was rude and told me she wouldn’t do it unless I paid $20 extra when she originally told me they were guaranteed to not chip for a week. we arrived at this location at 6:05 p.m. today Saturday May 27th. I had received a $45 gift certificate for mother's day that I planned on using on my mother who was leaving town tomorrow early morning. We walked in and a man who we did not believe worked there turned us down stating that they closed at 6. When I showed him that Google showed 8 p.m. and this very facebook page showed 7pm . He stated that the "old" owner has not updated any of the information online yet. When... I asked him what the owner's name was and when they'd be back in again him and his wife or girlfriend said they never stop in. When i asked for a name i got MY NYGUEN as they pointed to lady on the google pictures. Keep in mind it was myself, my 60 old mother and my 6 year old daughter present. As we were walking out clearly not happy with our experience and the nonsense we were given, this gentleman in a white SUV started tormenting us on our way to our car shouting, "wah wah wah, cry cry ,cry!" My mom shocked at this juvenile behavior asked if that is what she heard and he once again chanted "wah, wah, wah cry cry cry." My 6 year d daughter was left in tears not understanding what was even going on. All I am asking for is for a refund on my gift certificates. That is all that I am asking. I have legit certificates that I would like a refund on due to this terrible, humiliating experience. My mom is from out of state and was completely flabbergasted on what took place and I had to comfort my daughter who was terrified by it all. It's new management and they're so great omg. They actually open on time, Mai always opened late and they open sundays now too. Lily and Helen are funny. I got a full set with gel and i only had to do a fill, didn't break or chip. They're cheaper than most places. This was the first time I've been here. It's was a random place close to my moms house. We arrived around 12:30 pm. It was not busy and only two employees were there. One I think was the owner who had the blue tooth piece. I got an fill. This was the fasted fill I've ever had and my nails look awful. First they do not have a wide variety of color, I wanted black. When she was drilling my nails she was rough and went on my skin. She painted on my skin and on one nail she missed paint. It was terrible. Finally when I left my nails looked like a navy blue. Avoid this place! The woman who did my gel fill, who stated she was the owner did a terrible job! She was on her blue tooth the entire time,  and every time I complained about what she was doing I was chastised.  I have no tips and just have an overlay. She kept trying to educate me on cuticle removal and proceeded to use the drill to remove nothing but my skin and caused cuts. My nails were chunky and looked as if I went to the dollar store across the street, bought some press ons and glued them on. If it was not for the threat of the police being called because my refusal to pay I wouldn't have! I am currently having my credit card company reverse the charges to this god awful establishment.  They have no business being in business!!! Yesterday, I went to my usual technician (she was booked on Friday and I had chopped off a huge section on two nails) on Saturday March 12th to have them redone. My daughter and I went for several services. My daughter and my niece went for eyebrow waxing and they did them very well. I went for a pedicure. The result was disappointing. The nails turned out pretty but my feet are not smooth. I am used to getting the soles very smooth for the same price at the mall. The soles of my feet didn't seem much better then what I could do at home. It wasn't relaxing or really even enjoyable. He didn't recline or turn on the massage chair. He didn't put a towel under my foot to prop it up he just held it high. He cut the calluses off my feet but didn't run the pumice stone over them after to smooth them out.  My daughter got French tips. They lasted one day. She has her nails done often at the mall and they typically last three weeks. The only service I will go back for is the eyebrows. She did a wonderful job with those, was fast, and efficient but only with the brows. Read Less

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Terrible service. Rude as hell and my nails were rushed. Went home and re did them myself they were so god awful. They have no color selection and what they do have is old, thick, and clumpy or almost empty. Dont waste your money here. This is the 2nd time ive had a terrible experience there, figured id give them another shot and i regret it. She totally reshaped my eyebrows made them thin and she took a chunk of hair from the middle of my eyebrow!!!!! She tried to say it was already like that. I was soooooo pist!!! If I could do zero stars, or subtract stars, I would. The only reason I went to this place is that it was open on Labor Day. It shouldn't have been. My nails looked HORRIBLE as soon as I walked out of the place. It took the nail "technician" all of 30 minutes to finish a fill, which LOOKED like she rushed through it. They're all lifting and bumpy. I highly doubt she really knew what she was doing. I recommend you avoid this terrible place like the plague...unless you like wasting your money! Seriously! Read Less

ZERO STARS! I brought my daughter here to get her nails filled. They closed at 7 and we arrived at 6. I figured an hour to do a fill was plenty of time. A man started working on my daughter's nails filing them down and removing the old polish, ok fine. He was polite the whole time he was working on her. He then sent her over to a woman that was working at a different table. Let me just say RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND AN OUT RIGHT NASTY ATTITUDE. She started off my scolding my daughter for the type of nail polish she had on her nails, scolding her and telling her it would take over an hour to remove the polish. After sanding down the nails she continued to treat my 15 year old like dirt. To the point that it brought her to tears. Oh and did I mention that she was having a conversation on her blue tooth headset the entire time in a different language?? I seriously can not believe what I sat there and had to watch today. It took every ounce of strength in me to bite my tongue and be the bigger person. I will never ever come back here nor let my daughter. Also when my daughter wanted to use 2 different colors on alternating nails the woman yelled at her and said the we were making her do to much work. Great experience getting pedicures with my mom. We walked in with no appointment and got seated right away. The nail technician was entertaining, we both felt comfortable, and it was a nice, clean establishment. We got designs on our toes but the first design she did was a bit much for me. My mom and I had an appointment at opening and only one person was there. The other people showed up about half an hour later so one girl was working on both of us. They didn't remove all of my blue nail polish for my French tip no chip manicure and after mentioning it three times I gave up. (I had a groupon so I brushed it off as a small loss). It's been two days and it's already coming off (no chip lasts three to four weeks). The guy doing my nails went a little far with his humor, making remarks on the color my mom chose, "what are you, 21?!" The woman doing our nails was a little rude as well mentioning that the groupon I had was wrong on their part (2 no chip manicures and two pedicures for $55). I had used the first visit and was given a business card with a date and signature to use as my 2nd visit voucher. She said she did not recognize the signature and had an employee validate it. Simply the WORST nail salon. Regular prices, terrible terrible work done. Went in here before traveling for a work trip and needed a nice, short manicure and pedicure. The guy who did my nails had horrible personal hygiene, was trying to make conversation awkwardly, and make 3 of my nails bleed while cutting them. He would get up to smoke. One of my big toes was cut way past the quick--I had to wrap it to wear shoes for a few days. My friend was left to soak in a dish for 15 minutes while his technician went to a new customer. My nails were completely sideways, if that's the best way to describe it. He tried to file them square but they were just laughably slanted. He abandoned me after 2 nails were painted and I told him I wanted my nails evened out; I waited 10 more minutes and another woman can to even them out but by the time they looked OK, they were so short it hurt.The paint was applied worse than a two year old could paint nails, and it chipped for both of us within an hour.SO so so bad.
