They did a great job on my nails for what they actually did but they wouldn't do the design I asked for. Unfortunately I was leaving for a trip shortly after so I didn't have time to push it or leave and try to find another place. The nails held up very well, which is impressive because I work with my hand and really put gel Manis to the test. But holy cow was it a challenge to get that stuff off. I soaked and soaked and soaked and still have spots on. The pedi I got was great, the lady did a fantastic job but I was not impressed with the room set up. As soon as you walk in there is a row of chairs right there for a waiting area but that also serves as the location where you go to sit and dry after your pedi. They have these little dryers they pull out from under the chairs right there front and center from where people walk in. Since it's by the front door it's freezing and when it's the middle of a Midwest winter, it's really not enjoyable. Read Less

Love this place! I had a young man do my nails and toes last week (the young man with the half ponytail) and he did an exceptionally wonderful job! Super friendly offered me a drink more than once and made sure my toes were dry before I left. Never had a bad experience! Read Less

I am so sad..Vicky is the gal I want, called on 3 different occasions to get an appointment with her, even over a week in advance, and every day, every time, I was told she was too busy, I love this salon, and want Vicky to do my nails, but I just can't get in, no matter when I call or how far in advance. Probably will not be back. Called and mad an appointment for 11 they said they had an opening so I took it. I get there and they wrap my nails then I wait 25 minuets for someone to do my nails. Instead of telling me they don’t have time at 11 making me late to where I needed to be. Which if they truly had an opening at 11 like they said I wouldn’t have been. Read Less

Easily the best pedicure I've ever had in my life. I went in on a Saturday at about 4:15. They closed at 5 but the woman I had did not rush at all she took her time and made sure my pedicure and polish were perfect. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Came in from out of town and found this salon. One of the better pedicures I've had in a really long time. Foot and leg massage went on forever. Was super relaxing. And you can't beat the price!  If I'm ever in the Quad Cities area again I'll be back for sure. Read Less

I hate to give this fabulous establishment 5*'s simply because it's so busy almost all the time ...I'd hate for someone to take my appointment time! :) Seriously, it is meticulously clean, the staff is wonderful and my nails and toes have never ever looked better! Absolutely loved them! I was referred by a friend to go there. I went on a Saturday about noon. Wrong time to go. Even though sign said they take Walk-ins, they were too busy to help me. I was disappointed, but made an appointment for Monday after work. Grant it, I could have gone to 100 other nail salons on Saturday, but I really wanted to try them out. So happy I did. The salon is beautiful. The equipment is top notch. Music was great and above all....they offer "beverages" to drink while getting your salon service. They always do a great job on my nails!  They are really great at doing any design you ask for.   I would suggest making an appointment in advance though.  They don't have many people working and they are always busy!  This is by far my favorite place to get my nails done. Read Less

I really didn't enjoy it they wasted all my time. They were rude and inconsiderate and bashful. I don't think He liked the fact that I was of a another lifestyle. The guy was very pretentious and told me what I needed to do with my nails instead of asking me what I wanted. mind you he's not getting his nails done I was getting my nails done and I was paying for my nails to get done not he. It took him two and a half hours to do it they did three coats 1 top coat which to...ok forever and ever to dry and then it didn't even dry so therefore caused smudging all over my nails. They Wanted me to come back but they were way out of my way and I had to go somewhere else. So I asked the owner if she could discount me like maybe 10 percent the next time I came and she said no that it wasn't their fault it was my fault and blamed it on the nude nail polish. very uncompassionate disheartening and manipulative of her client's which is Us don't lie and blame it on nail polish just admit the fact that you guys messed up. It was suggested by a friend. I walked in today and was taken care of right away, as there were only 2 ladies getting nails done. They were very friendly, attentive, and respectful about the clients that were being taken care if and waiting. The phone rang multiple times while I was there, and they didn't try to set many appts as they were busy. They did have to turn some away. I really thought this was good service due to not making people wait. Other salons are infamous for this, even if you have an appt. I will be definitely returning there and recommending to friends!!!
