I'm always happy getting my nails done here. I always try other places but always seem to come back.  Their dip mani color selection is fabulous and last up to 3 weeks without chipping! Their prices are much higher, but i guess that's why. It's worth every penny. Read Less

I just move to new Lenox and try a few place to had my nails done , after trying couple place around my house didn’t like it I had prefer by someone at hair place about the lee nails! Wow this place is difference from any nails salon around beautiful inside design like a bar and atmosphere was nice I can’t smell a thing, usually when I come to a nails salon I could smell liquid and acetone but not this place very clean and well maintained the most informants is I love my nails , it’s been 2 week and my nails still great! Ivy is the best lash tech I've found! Being in the beauty industry, I've been to countless numbers of lash technicians and I have never found someone as meticulous, reliable, and great as ivy. She never ceases to amaze me, I get compliments on my lashes at least once a day. If you're considering getting lashes, don't think twice. Ivy will change your life!! I'm so happy to have found her. I also see Michæl for my fill ins and no chip, he's the best I have found as well. Hes so creative and always has new ideas for me. He's so quick and efficient and the staff is so kinda and accommodating. The salon is so clean and I always feel at ease. I wouldn't even give this place a 1 Star. Worst nail salon in the area. Ivy did my eyelash extensions a couple of times, she tried to overcharge me numerous times. I had to pull up my bank account online to prove I came in every 2 weeks. Every time I got the "no clip" two days later my nails chipped off. The nail techs are rude. This place is not worth it!! Definitely bigger on the inside than what you see from the outside. Appears like a nice place, looks like they have a nail "bar" which was neat. Unfortunately, I walked in to this business with no acknowledgement of my presence as a customer whatsoever- no greeting at all, no inquiry of what service I wanted and no status of technician availability - nothing.  I did see technicians and they saw me but they didn't look happy. I wasn't going to keep standing there and I feel it reflects poor service anyways of what would be if I got my nails done there. Not going back and I don't recommend. Read Less

I receive great service and like going to the same manicurist for my Nail Dipping. It is very clean and updated colors to choose and relaxing chairs for pedicures. I have been going there since they opened in Mokena and do recommend it to friends. Read Less

Everything was nice enough and I liked that there were little chairs for my daughter. However, I asked for a basic pedicure for myself and the princess pedicure for my daughter. He said my daughters would be $22. Then, without asking me, the gal painted my daughter's fingernails too. I assumed she was just doing so to be nice. Nope, charged me $11 extra for simply painting her nails while she was sitting in the pedicure chair. When I questioned it, she just played dumb like she had no idea what I was bothered by. I stopped here randomly before my monthly massage at Massage Envy and have been coming back ever since! The technitions are always courteous and do a great job. My no chip manicure always lasts at least 3 weeks. The atmosphere is tranquil and very relaxing and they give really good leg and hand massages. Superior place to visit for any service. I have a standing appointment with Ivy and she never fails to "wow" me. The place is beautiful, clean, and quiet. Quiet music and TVs with captions.  All the employees are polite and go out of their way to make the visit a pleasure. Walk ins are accommodated, but because they are so good and so popular, an appointment might be advisable. I've seen the work done by several of the operators, male and female. They always aim to please the customer and everyone I've seen walk out of there have had lovely results. Regarding nails, selection is massive in terms of colors and styles. TERRIBLE! I came here Tuesday March 14 for a no chip fill. Ivy was the tech.  I found it very odd that after she was done with the fill she did not buff my nails but instead roughed them up again before she started to apply the color. She told me this way the color will "stick better" and would last 3-4 weeks. She never applied a clear base coat . My nails started chipping the next morning. Here it is a week later and 5 of my nails have broken because she filed them down so thin. The shape( square/round) is all uneven. I have been getting my nails done for close to 20 years so I am not a newbie at this. The only reason I stopped here is because I was at JC Penny and they are right next door. You can't tip on your card and they do not give change. If I could give them less than zero stars I would. Don't waste your money. $43.00 for a fill that lasts less than 12 hours! Read Less

I really liked this place. I haven't found my "nail place" but this place is a definite contender. I've been to several in the area but this time I actually felt like a valued customer. The prices are a little higher than another place I went to- but for the customer service I got its absolutely worth it. And my nails and toes are still beautiful over a week later. The salon is very pretty and well kept. There is even a separate pedicure room if you are having a private party. They offer you mini bottled water as well, and they do a very good job on your nails. The prices are reasonable considering the kind of service you are getting along with the clean atmosphere. The only reason I could not give a full 5 stars is because of their tipping policy. They do not allow you to tip on cards, which they have the right to do so, but it is pretty inconvenient. Unfortunately, some of their employees are probably being stiffed on tips because many people don't carry cash anymore. Also, they "don't give change." If I only had a $20.00 bill, they would not break it for me to give a reasonable tip. Again - sorry, but I'm not going to give a $20.00 tip because you can't break the bill and you can't put a tip on my card. Read Less

I'm giving this salon 3 stars for lack of experience.  My mom and I came together for a pedicure and I got a shellac. We were greeted and told to pick out a color, we both proceeded to the back room to relax and were approached by the manager carrying a Timer  Our pedicures were literally timed,  ticking away. I have been a service provider for 9 years, you never allow the customer to feel rushed. This was not relaxing, there should be no concept of time for the customer.  Very rude to do. Beautiful, clean, brand new nail salon! I was a customer at a different salon since 2003. I needed to find a new regular place and I tried almost all of the Frankfort/Mokena area options before I walked in to Lee Nails. The people are friendly. Ivy usually does my nails but I have also used Peter. I was VERY happy with both of them. I hate when a nail tech leaves my nails too thick. They have been perfect every time I had them done here. I finally found a nail tech who knows what she is doing! Angela was so sweet and funny! She really took her time doing my nails, making sure she wasn't hurting me. I've switch in between several different nail shops in the past two years because of the consistency in excellent service. Found Lee Nails about 6 months ago and I've never been to another shop since, I've recommend all my friends, I love it here and they do as well!!! They have a wide variety of regular polish and no chip polish which is an instant plus for me. They always take their time & when I may have any minor issues they are always quick to assist and fix anything for me. I have been searching for a nail tech that is flexible in scheduling, professional, can master the stiletto nail and knows the latest trends. I found all that and more in Ivy at this location. I drive 45 minutes just to get my nails done by her. My nails will last up to 4 weeks without needing a fill in. For the most amazing pedicure ask for Peter and get the Royal Pedicure it's awesome! After spending over 120$ in less than a month I needed my no chip nails off for an internship at a hospital where we cannot have nails and because I was not spending 60$ they completely ignored me, sending everyone else back after being there 30 minutes and watching 15 people get their nails done whom came in after me I left. The first time I came here, I got a no chip. Nails had not been done in months and figured why not. The guy who took care of me was nice, although he had really bad teeth. Nails turned out perfect and I went on my way. 2 weeks later I came back. the experience was just the opposite. I asked for a pedicure and a no chip. I sat down in the pedicure chair and the lady asked me which one I wanted. I was a little confused because it was very hard to understand her but I caught the word "milk" and thought ok there gonna put it in the water.... WRONG! She started my pedicure and next thing I know she is  wrapping my feet in hot wax. I asked her what she was doing and she kept telling me to relax. Kind of upset that no one would answer me I brushed it off. Next comes the no chip... DISASTER. Not only did she leave me with my fingers burning and basically bleeding she actually used teh GRINDER machine they use for acrylics and such on my perfectly healthy nails! I kept telling her no and she would hold my hand. I was livid. When I told her my fingers were burning from her grinding not only my nail but my skin she finally stopped and wiped it off. BUT THEN she took lotion and started to rub it in, needless to say it had peppermint in it and made my fingers 10x worse. She grabbed a towel and I wiped my hands and wouldnt let her touch them anymore, She grabbed a spray bottle which I thought had water in and sprayed my fingers... READY FOR IT??? It was ALCOHOL! Once again I was screaming. I got up and asked to pay and leave and was told my total was $85! I almost blew steam from my head... apparently she tricked me into an expensive pedicure. SHOCKING considering she wouldn't listen to me. Another lady came over and tried helping, she was very nice, and also knew that the lady was wrong. By this time i just wanted to leave. I asked for my change but no one had the key to the cash register. The manager came over and tried to help me but I was so mad I was in tears and just walked out. I got my nails done here yesterday. The guy who did my nails was horrible! I did not appreciate the roll of his eyes when I asked for my nails to be filed square, or the fact that when I asked what he was rolling his eyes about he ignored me.  He was also very rude to the girl who worked the front desk right in front of me, i felt very bad for her. He looked at his iphone almost the hole time. He rushed through my manicure and it showed.My thumb nail was not painted well at all- I asked him to fix it and he just added another coat(this made it look worse of course). I left the nail place at 7 and my nails were still smudging by 9:30. The file job looks bad. Today they are already chipping on the sides.When I get my nails done I expect them to look like a professional did them, I could of done this polish job myself.Maybe if he wouldn't of rushed through it I could of got my moneys worth. I wish I spoke up, but i did not have time to sit there longer. I am now about to leave on my vacation with plain nails and I wasted my money.The best part was he said ''see you next time'' ..... I told him ''ya right'' and walked out pissed. If you value your time you will go across the street to LA Nails. It is a more PROFESSIONAL environment. Quick efficient clean! I saw Tiffany for a walk in pedicure appointment . Then, I went two days later and got a non chip pedicure and saw her again. She was professional , adept, and did a great job.
