I've been going to this salon for a couple of years and always made appointments with Annie. I arrive 5-10 minutes prior to my appointments and have had to wait 15-20 minutes because she has taken a walk ins. This has happened about 5 times and today I arrived at 4:50 for a 5:00 appointment waited until 5:15 and she was just finishing putting the gel on someone's nails so I left. What absolutely horrible people and customer service. Not that nail shops are known for that, but they refused to let me have what I asked for, spoke badly about me, overcharged me on purpose, nails on one hand are way longer than the other. I've been here plenty of times with my sister. But last night I went and got a full set no chip and polish change ... when I went to pay she gave me an outrageous price that equaled to my last visit when I got a pedicure full set and no chip longer nails. I asked why was it soo much they yelled and attacked me. She charged me for long nails after I told her short I assumed they were the length of SHORT NAILs to there qualified standard. She also charged me for shape when my shape is square nothing fancy and the shape is not even consistent. Then was charged extra 35 which is a manicure no chip price but never got a manicure so I paid 80 dollars when it should've been a 50 dollar vist if even that. Especially on The weekend of Mother's Day. Then they proceeded to attack me because I questioned the price. I will never come back here .. Again after periodically coming here with my sister for years they won't get my money. Read Less

I have been getting my nails done at Asia Nails since I was in Junior High.  I have had great nails done for dances, holidays and just because.  When I lived in Champaign, I once came home just to get my nails done here, true story.  But I can top it, I am home from teaching in Spain and haven't gotten my nails done since I left.  Guess what Christmas present I am giving myself?  A mani/pedi at Asia Nails.Quality job and very reasonable prices, you cannot beat it.
