Sorry but if you are a business that has hours posted to be open on Sunday until 5 then I would expect you to be open at 3:15 on a Sunday, not walking out the back door as I am walking up. My daughter and I both wanted are nails done and were very unhappy with the out come. We walked in showed them a picture and asked if they could do it and said oh yes no problem turns out they can't and it looks terrible plus they cut me when using the filing block. Couple things.  There were 4 other people in here on a Saturday at around 12:30..... All I wanted was a pedicure and eyebrow wax.  I was in there for a little over 2 hours.  Guy is giving me a pedicure...customer walks in.  Customer he clearly knows, quite possibly on a personal level.  She looks annoyed that he is busy and can't jump right up to do her nails, so he gives me a completely half-ass pedicure in order to appease this other young woman.... then he proceeds to tell me it's 5 extra dollars to use the razor on my feet.  5 extra F*cking Dollars to do what should be included????? Are you f8cking kidding me? NOPE.  Nah, I'm good.  Piss on your 5 dollars.  Will definitely not be returning.  Only reason I went here was because I had a gift certificate.   Go to Royal Nails next to Dunkin Donuts! The owner Ron cheated me. He told me he gave me a gel nail job on my toes and gel french manicure and charged me for them. i was told  to dry my nails by with the gel dryer. I was very unhappy with the Frenach manicure as it started to peal within  a week. So i chose to go elsewhere to have my nail repainted for another occasion. The nail technician at the new salon removed my old pedi with acitone. Only the tips of the French Mani were gel and they were peeling. My wife has gone here for years in the past. They have gone way down hill. They do a terrible job and don't care. They rush and are rude now. Especially the owner. I used to buy countless gift cards for my wife and daughter. No more. They won't even use them. The completion is so much better. Read Less

Love this place! I have never had a problem here, they are very clean, they just got new chairs & new tables in. Their is never a wait, & they offer you a drink when you are sitting. You also get a nice massage, & a hot lavender wrap with your pedicure. Everyone has been nice so far, been th.ere 15+ times. Read Less

I tried this salon twice, and both times left it very disappointed.  I would never come back here again.  The first time I had a pedicure, but the water was lukewarm at best and the woman rushed through it. The second time I had a manicure that ended up looking very sloppy.  My biggest complaint with this business, however, is how rude the employees are.  They talk to each other constantly in another language, sometimes looking at the clients and laughing. I would always come to this nail salon because the location was convenient and at the time I would only go to get my nails done for dances and such, but oh boy was I wasting my money. Magic nails will no longer have my business due to their rude/disrespectful staff, and for butchering my $25 manicures. If you choose to open and run a business you should treat every paying customer with the same respect. Despite age, ethnicity, or what car they pull up in. I also found the wait to be ridiculously long, unless the place was close to empty. The staff was usually being unprofessional and lounging around on their phones. I've always enjoyed coming to this salon, however I've had two bad experiences in one week. I came in to have a polish change and grabbed a polish that had a quarter left in the bottle. I should've known that the polish would be gooey. I hadn't noticed until after they were closed that my toes were not smooth, and in fact were very gooey. I came in the next day to have them redone and even offered to pay bc I didn't want them to think I was trying to cheat them out of a service. Three women came over to look at my toes and they all spoke to each other in their language. This is incredibly rude. The lady who fixed my nails kept comparing the new polish I picked out to the old. I clearly grabbed a full bottle of new polish to avoid this problem again. It was obvious they were talking about me. They didn't charge me to fix them which I greatly appreciate, but next time, keep the conversation to the back room and not in front of the client. I used to come here quite a bit, the service has just gotten worse and worse. They rush through your pedicure, no matter how many times you ask them to get the right temp its either freezing cold or spiking hot, and I love it hot it's too hot for me. I've officially given up on these guys. They way over charged my MIL for just a clear coat manicure, (with pedicure $5, they charged her 25$). It's not what it used to be. Read Less

I have given this business 3 chances. First visit I was with 2 other friends. We were all seated at the same time but I had to wait 10 minutes before I was taken care. That didn't bother me, what I didn't like is that my pedi was completed first. My one friend did have the razor used (at no additional cost) the other didn't so what was I not given. 10 minutes is a long time, I felt my server just rush through it. Second visit I was  alone and this time asked for the razor to be used. I was charged an additional $5 which I questioned (remember my girlfriend didn't pay extra) and was told "no you need to pay $5 more." I believe this server just wanted an extra tip and pocketed the money. So on to visit #3, I know shame on me for going a third time. Just me and 1 other friend. Seated at the same time, I have to wait around 10 minutes again and again I'm done first. My friend had the razor used and her server says "no additional charge."  Oh and I never did have the little toe dividers used for me although everyone in the place seemed to have them.
