I really enjoy the service at Queen Nails. The employees are friendly and welcoming. They don't appear to be prejudice. However, they don't have any employees that reflect the clientele they service.

I went to this salon on 5/4/2018. I was extremely excited to have my services done here seeing I use to come to this shop a while ago, and to my surprise “Kevin” remembered me. So I waited on him for ...
I went to this salon on 5/4/2018. I was extremely excited to have my services done here seeing I use to come to this shop a while ago, and to my surprise “Kevin” remembered me. So I waited on him for an hour and a half for him to start a service on my feet and then he passes me off to to another nail tech so he could speedily complete more clients wasn’t right nor fair! He never opened up hid mouth to say anything. I would have left, but I needed the service. To top it off my nails are HORRILBLE, it’s the next day (SAT) I would go to another salon but I have to be somewhere and I am pressed for time, I will be in a different salon on SUNDAY! This was a waste of MY TIME and my money- and it would not have been fair to NOT pay when the young lady really put her best effort into my service. To top it all off the place was NO WHERE AS CLEAN and SANITIZED AS IT USE TO BE!!!! Kevin, CLEAN-UP and sanitize your shop and learn to treat ALL clients fair!!!! I’ll NEVER return!!!!

They do not greet you, however once David started my service, he made me feel comfortable he was very welcoming. He did an amazing job on my nails ** design wise** but four nails broke within 2 days...
They do not greet you, however once David started my service, he made me feel comfortable he was very welcoming. He did an amazing job on my nails ** design wise** but four nails broke within 2 days and I do not do any hard labor work. I found them all through my house. I was highly upset. A big waste of money. I felt like Gina when she was on the Fresh Prince show ** Here, Here, Here 😒

I walk in the door, no acknowledgement what so ever. No "hello", "how may I help you?". None of that. Then a lady walks in says she has an appointment, they tell her that the lady who she has an appoi...
I walk in the door, no acknowledgement what so ever. No "hello", "how may I help you?". None of that. Then a lady walks in says she has an appointment, they tell her that the lady who she has an appointment with is not here, she asks them to call her and they flat out tell her no, and just let's her leave. So this was about 10 minutes ago, I'm still sitting here, still haven't been acknowledged. These people really need to take some customer service courses.
