If I could give this place zero stars I would, I’m a licensed cosmetologist and the amount of unsanitary things in this salon is appalling. One of their nail techs was sitting in a pedicure station with his feet in the pedicure bowl without shoes on the entire time I was here. That is so unprofessional and unsanitary. Their towels had stuff on them and the nail files and buffers had been used on other people and not sanitized at all. I could see no sign of anyone’s nail tech/ cosmetology licenses posted anywhere in their salon. All my nails are crooked and I had to have him fix some but they are still crooked. He didn’t even take the polish off the sides of my fingers afterwards. No thank you or goodbye when I left. Avoid this place!!! Read Less

Ive had my nails done here several times and the last 4 times have been a huge disappointment. Yet i still keep giving them another chance...my bad. Went in yesterday to have my nails done with a full gel set. The owner did them....ugh. the tip end is completely tapered in and i complained about it right away, he made an excuse while filing away. super disappointed. We got there 15 early for our appointment. Instead of taking us (friend and I) right away, they took a trio of friends that walked in after us.... about 45 min later... 30 min after our APPT, we get up to leave and suddenly they were ready to start on us, i had to stand there awkwardly while they rushed the last customer out of the chair. What is the point of making an appointment ? I had Mario Andretti as a pedicurist and even though I started 10min after my friend, I was in the mani chair before she even had the first coat of toe nail polish on. So if you like making appointments only to be treated like a walk in, herded like cattle and rushed, this is the place for you... I wont even go into the service itself... not worth the $$. I had long eyebrows until today and im not a hairy person. Im so upset and I cant stop crying...you took half my eyebrows off??? They don't even go half way across my eyes now. I cant believe you would think they looked good and charged me for it. You just lost a customer and Im going tell everyone I know not to go there for a wax. I've felt worry about my bad manis and found this place! & Got a little pampering done. For the deluxe you get tea in the water to make your feet smell good. The man who did my nails was as quiet as a button. The only conversation was "hello, how are you" nothing else. He also made my cuticles bleed twice without doing a single thing about it. My nails are throbbing after he put on a full set, and he didn't even cover the entire nail with polish, it was terrible. Other customers were being rude, and I felt bad because he was really busy, but if you are already working on something, take the time to do it properly. Great place where I get my no chip color, fill in and pedicures. They know you by name at this place. Great conversation and very detailed. Came in on a whim and a last minute full set the day before an event. I came in at 7pm and they close at 8pm. Yelp says 7:30, but their door says 8pm. They were able to get me in to get a full set. The guy that did mine was amazing. Took his time and didn't rush. When it came to put the clear coat on he took his time and made sure there wasn't a spot unpolished. Best full set I've had. I've been getting them on and off for the last 5 years. This was by far the best job. The only thing preventing a full 5 stars was the fact that you can't tip on your card. Then a women comes up and says that it is ugly also and told me to let him do his own design on my nails. I said no but they kept insisting and telling me. I felt so disrespected. Used to be my go to nail salon until all the staff that used to be there disappeared. Decided to go there and try them out....big mistake. Majority of all my toes were missing polish, he cut my toe nails so short I had a hang nail and my pedicure was seriously 20 minutes long. Rushed through the entire thing. This place is inexpensive and relatively quick.  It's certainly not the nicest place, but you get what you pay for.  The owner does a great job with cuticles - most of the others are average.  If you want a luxurious experience, this is not the place.  If you want to relax for a while and get nice looking nails for a low cost, this is your place to go.  The quality is decent, if a bit inconsistent.  The gel nail polish lasts a while, which you should expect.  You get the typical variety of polishes, too.   For regular maintenance, this place is convenient and reasonable. Absolutely horrible!!!! Went there because I wanted a certain shaped tip and the gentlemen that did my nails there before did a phenomenal job so I went in to see him and to my dismay he is no longer there, so I show the lady what I want and she says oh yes I can do that, yay perfect!  Does the first nail, it looks good then the rest she files way to short and files my acrylic nail on an angle to wear it's filed past my nail bed. I explain that this isn't what I asked for and show her the pictures once again. She continues to argue with me "every nail different" "u nail bed is too big" "your finger to big for that" wow totally offended I say I don't wanna argue but I don't know what to do because this isn't what I asked for, so she send me to the older women whom is supposedly an owner. She is very short with me continues to tell me how fat my fingers are and how she is somehow going to fix it, I explain the only way It can be fixed is by completely taking the set off and putting a new one of and of course she doesn't want to redo the set and insists she can fix it after arguing I state how I just don't want them anymore then she tells me how she is willing to redo them (keep in mind at this point I am filling heated, to the point I was fuming I wouldn't be suprised if there was actually smoke coming out of my ears) i tell ger ill pay he4 for yhe acrylic but i just want to go because at this point i need to get my daughter and the last thing i want jd this lady grabbing violently at my hands again, she then cuts one of the nails I get very upset because I am being grabbed at and talked down to I offer to pay for the acrylic and she wants to now cut all the nails off so I just walk out, (apparently they consider that stealing, now keep in mind my nails are not finished the acrylics isn't filed finished and there was no polish) the man bucks up at me to stop me from going out the door and tells me he is calling the police I say ok, the older women is now pulling on my arms squeezing it till it hurts and digging her hands in my handbag. (What I have in my bag has nothing to do with this salon, the only product I got was a partial set of acrylic) so needless to say the cops side with the business and I pay $25 bucks to have my nail ripped off at the quick. Never going back I am definitely filing am lawsuit and I will stand my ground. On a side note does anyone know where the guy that used to work on the 4th table on the left side went? I need him in my nail fashion life? Oh and a big f&$! The worst experience of my life! I get my nails done once a month and thought I would try this place out. For a gel mani it took them over an hour and a half because they had 5 clients in the building. Instead of finishing mine and going on to the next person, they just kept going back and forth. He trimmed my nails.. Not one nail is the same length. My gel nail polish is uneven, not even covering all my nails and one feather I got is darker than the other. For an hour and a half service, my nails should have at least been perfect! Read Less

I'm pretty sure the old man doing my toes is the owner. He is everywhere but at the station working on my feet. I had to remind him that he hasn't done my other foots cuticles. It will be hit or miss. I went here for years, sometimes my nails came out awesome other times they came out awful. Sometimes I was rushed and other times it took 2 hours for a fill. Very inconsistent. Some of the employees do a fabulous job while other are very rude and simply do not care at all about how good your nails will turn it out.Unless you make an appointment with a certain people, you may get a bad experience.
