Miss Jackie and Mai are the funniest most down to earth nail techs I've ever met. They keep it real with you and are always great company! I'm rough on my hands and my SNS dip is still pretty solid after two weeks! Extremely RUDE and quality below average. A woman named Jackie, after claiming there is no such thing as pink acrylic powder (she said "trust me, i've been doing this for 30 years") gave me a fill. No courtesy, just shoves your hand while giving impatient looks. During polishing she hit my nail (my fingers had not moved) and she said "you messed up your nail." I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this was by far the worst personality I have ever dealt with. Nails were not worth going back for even without the attitude. I been a few times since they opened Jackie the Mgr. seems friendly.  I had a Guy do my mani-fill-pedi (not friendly) seem to be acting like he had back issues when doing Pedi in "stretching his Back" felt like he didn't want to be doing it!  When doing the "fill" he seemed anxious to get it done....plus he was trying to say something about my nails and told him I could not HEAR him due to the TV being so LOUD!  Also noticed Jackie filing her nails and the employees more interested in watching the TV then attentive to customers in Laughing at the TV program.  I noticed in most of these Nail places the TV is a Distraction to the employees and I personally would prefer music.  I understand when they are not busy it is Entertainment for the Employees but Sorry when there are Customers (turn it down to a minimal!)  The reason I gave it 3 Stars is the place is "Clean" and I liked the look of my Nails and Pedicure when I left.  At this time not planning on going back IF I do would ask for someone else due to the "rudeness" of this Guy! Got an acrylic set with just regular polish. And a pedi. I'm pretty sure I got the manager Jackie (the older woman not to sure that's her name). She spend the first 10 minutes filing her own nails saying how she needs a manicure....same girl same. Then half way through she put a nail on crooked and when I said I think that's crooked she didn't even look at it and said "not crooked it's your vision"....ok. Then she proceeds to take a 15 minute phone call in the middle of my set being done. At one point I was told to "relax and just watch tv". I came out with all my nails being uneven, on crooked and my thumb nails 2 different sizes. Bought a file at Sally's to fix them because she "couldn't see the problem. It's just your vision"....I have 20/20 eye sight. My pedicurist was lovely and did a beautiful job on my toes. She's the only reason this place is getting any stars. Read Less

Got charged $40 for a gel fill, also was charged $5 for shape and length, even though they didn't add any length to my nails and my nails were already the coffin shape? The tech did very little to the shape and the polish came out lumpy on some nails, and the polish on one nail chipped after not even 12 hours.  Not coming back here. Read Less

First time there. Sydney did a beautiful job not not very friendly. She was filing my nails and I tried reaching for something in my purse and she stopped what she was doing and when I looked at her she was rolling her eyes. Moved my purse and tried reaching again and she did the same thing. She wasn't painting just filing and I barely moved. Never made effort to try to talk.  Vice nice, clean place. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money. I've heard similar experiences from other people. The man that did my nails does not speak English and was ANGRY at me when I did not understand him. I was very polite when I told him I did not know what he was saying. Furthermore, he demanded I pay him a larger tip in order to use my debit card. I declined and told him several times I would use a different payment method. The man marched out of the salon before I even sat down to dry my nails. This is my second times going here, giving benefit of the doubt, thought I'd give it a second chance. First time I had a pedicure, it was ok not really impressed.Second time I went I had a manicure... I've had manicures at other places but this was the worse experience ever!!! I should've known when a customer did not leave a tip and the employees yelled after she left that the lady left no tip to the man that I would now have.....The man working on my nails seemed as if I was a bother to him as he kept huffing. He was doing my cuticles and it hurt and he knicked my skin and it started to bleed when I said ok just stop... I was done and he said i fix, I fix.... So he put super glue on the area and while it still bled he painted my nails anyway and it was disgusting that he would reinsert the nail brush in and out of the bottle contaminating it.He was rude, seemed as a womanizer... I tried this place when the wait for my usual place was too long on a Saturday. I could tell that the young lady who was doing my nails was inexperienced when it took her way too long to get my existing no chip off. Then after filing my nails most were uneven, which I had to point out to her so she could fix them. I asked for them to be as short as she could get them, didn't listen. Not even a few days after I had nails with cracks in the polish and then a couple days after that one of my nails the polish was chipping so bad that had to take it off.  This was due to her not getting off the existing polish properly. The people in the salon are not friendly. The owner was very outspoken, discussing politics very loudly in the salon with a customer.  I will never go here again. so other then yesterday I've never had a bad experience here but they let a women who was in training do my nails, first off she wasn't doing it right at all and I was there for about an hour and a half. I only get an acrylic fill so I know all the steps from the 6 years I've had them. I got a fill and I had a broken one so one to fix and when she was done and asked me to wash my hands they were so bumpy and I had to keep reminding her what to do, normally I'm not one to complain so I was helping her through it. she was just about to paint it and she swiped my card for $20but then the manager came over and asked to see my nails and she took one look at my nails and took me over to her seat. she tried to fix them but they ended up being thin and she seems so aggravated that she had to fix them. and she told me I have to be charged an additional $5 because my nails shape (stiletto) was an inconvenience and that's why she messed up and because of my nail shape and I had to give them more money. even though I've never been charged extra. and as soon as I got home I went to change and my entire nail that she just put on, popped off. Great experience! This was my first experience and I was very pleased. Got a no chip French manicure and now, 8 days later, it's still perfect. Talked to the owner quite a bit during the mani and she referred to herself as "ocd". The store was clean and the manicure involved autoclaved or disposable tools and a mid-process hand washing, so I felt I was safe from any infections (yay!). AND, little did I know, but in addition to the complimentary water/soda, you can BYOB! The owner said they had just fine a pre-wedding party with appetizers (provided by the clients) and everything. Super fun. Price felt a little high at the time, but cleanliness and 8-days-and-counting-perfection seems worth it. Not sure what their no chip removal process is (there are the recommended nail-conserving methods and then there are potentially damaging methods). Would definitely go back! I'm pleased with my service from here. I tried it on a whim last Sunday because I was in the area. The salon had no wait and I sat right down. The decor is modern and new, and was clean. They didn't have much selection as far as light colors go for a regular manicure but I found a color I ended up liking. The woman who did my nails was efficient. I had to soak off my no-chip and she did it quickly and didn't waste much time. I requested just a light cuticle trim because it hurts me and she did that without making me bleed. Both my thumb nails had broken off to nubs. She trimmed my nails short as requested and somehow made my thumbs look better too. She asked about my nail shape and did a great job shaping them as I requested. The hand massage could have been a little more firm. I also liked that she had me wash and scrub my nails before she polished them. She noticed the polish didn't cover even and gave me a third coat without me having to request it. My nails have lasted 5 days so far without any chips and no little fringes from filing. This is the primary reason for my 5 stars. I only dryed them for 5 minutes and am constantly washing my hands so I'm happy with finish of the polish. Read Less

Walked right in and sat down for a very nice pedicure. Super clean and the staff were super friendly! The staff spoke English with each other and even engaged the clients in their conversations, like you were one of the regulars! The massage chairs were perfect and they even offered me a beverage.They give you the kit they used on you to take with you and dispose of, very hygienic! I believe the eldest woman was the owner and you can tell she takes pride in her work and her spa! My mom and I went today for mani/pedis and had a wonderful experience. I heard great thing regarding this salon over facebook and what got my attention was that you got wine when you got your nails done. Upon arriving I was offered soda or water. I found out that you had to bring your own alcohol,  but there is a liquor store a few doors down. The women who helped us were very nice and professional.  I loved the atmosphere and how staff was very friendly.  I will definitely be coming back in the future! Read Less

BIGGEST RIPP OFF EVER!! I went in there 3 week ago got a regular fill with no chip polish and Jackie ( the owner ) charged me $35. Well a gel fill with no chip polish is the same price. The lady that was next to me said that's not right. she said they were the same. So I called other solons in the area and they charge $15 for a regular fill $22 with no chip polish. So I called her today and asked her to explain and break it down. She told me $ 16.00 reg. fill, $ 35.00 with no chip polish$ 25.00 gel fill $ 35.00 with no chip polishSO DO THE MATHSo it 19.00 extra for no chip polish on reg fill& $10 extra on the gel nailsBut she claims the gel nails are more expensive. I am VERY picky with my pedicures. Dan is the man. I like more of an aggressive pedicure. The salon was clean, no clutter, offered a drink, no chatting amongst employees, utensils to take home and bring next time and most importantly it was a full hour long. This was my second visit, first visit was good had pedi and fill. Was asked if I wanted a glass of wine was liking that. Went today for a fill Jackie was very rude, just started taking off nails without asking what I wanted, using the drill very rough on my nails, asked if she could be more careful, I was nicked and bleeding a bit. Made an appointment for 6pm I was told they were short staffed so it would be a 15 minute wait, then proceeded to wait for 25 minutes. The owner Jackie- very unprofessional and overwhelming. Made a pedi appointment for 6pm. Arrived at 5:55 and was told it would be a 20 minute wait since they were shortstaffed- no big deal. 20 minutes later they led me to a chair and filled the tub with water.  I sat for another 40 minutes with no interaction from anyone before deciding to leave. When I left, the woman at the front said, "you have to leave? I'm so sorry."
