This salon had my review deleted. The owner overcharged me on the entire bill. When the prices in their website and on their card said one price, her prices for me were different. Emily is THE best , I spent 5 hours at the salon today doing a total transformation and holy cow did she NAIL it ! she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy even if it makes for a long day for her , I'm so thankful after all we did today that I have no damage or breakage! ❤️ she did my big chop with I cut off 90% of my hair due to years of me damaging it and here i am years later in love with my soft gorgeous healthy hair still. I love Caryn and Shannon! Shannon has babied my hair for nearly 2 years now, everything from long beachy waves to pixie cut (which EVERYONE loved and asked who did that amazing cut), coloring from natural brown, highlights, deep black, purples, and now, a lovely brown color she specifically picked up for me (merry Christmas to me!). She also does my daughter's hair, and treats her like an absolute princess (which the kid is all about). Thankfully, she even squeezed in an emergency fancy do for the kid just before her first violin recital! Stacy did my hair just in time for my fortieth birthday, wasn't so thrilled about turning forty but when she was done with me, I realized I didn't have to look forty! I felt beautiful and was amazed at what a wonderful job she did! Even my teenage daughter and her friends told me my hair looked awesome! Emily, the owner did a great job on my hair, but then she ruined the entire experience by cheating me with the bill.   I had a double prices done, her prices listed $75, she charged my $95 on my bill.  She then told me she had a conditioner I HAD to have on my head and told me it would only cost $15, she charged me $25 on my bill.  She then said I HAD to buy this tiny bottle of conditioner,  so I said "how much? ", she told me $25 and charged me $29.  Then to add insult to injury she added a 20% tip for herself on TOP of the product.   My total bill came to $204.00!!!!!!!  I've NEVER paid that much in a salon,even a high end salon and this is a tiny salon that nobody goes to!   In the 3 or 4 hours I was there, NOBODY came in or showed up.   It was dead.   That should have been my first clue.  And The ONLY thing she didn't overcharge me for was the haircut.  Other than that, she was dishonest and unethical.  When I confronted her on the bill, she refused to refund me for the overcharges and apparently, the money was Wirth more than my continued business.  If you don't want someone to steal from you, don't go here.   This woman is a thief. Emily, the owner, has been cutting my hair for several years since she was at a previous salon. The service here is terrific, I love the cuts and color and the prices are better than the city. I CONSTANTLY get even strangers telling me they love my hair. Love this place!! Read Less
