I've been going to Tru for years not only do he does my nails but some family members and friends! The one and only person I trust to get the job done!! Doesn't rush make sure you will leave satisfied and wanting to come back! I stay getting compliments from everyone! I definitely recommend him to everyone! And Angie does a great pedicure as well! 💕😍💯💅🏼

Horrible experience.. I called to to see of they could take my daughter for a full set. They said yes! We got there, they had her pick her polish out. Then they have us wait 15 mins. Only for the lady...

Only for the lady to tell us she didnt want to do the service we requested. And suggested we come back the next day! Not at all.

Last time I came here, I got a mani/ pedi. The nails were average, but the service was awful. A lady was complaining about her eyebrows and the owner, Steve, got up from doing a customer's nails to lock the door. He locked the door! So that the lady couldn't leave without paying for a service that she obviously didn't like. I did not like that. You do not lock doors in your establishment unless there is a dire emergency. People could not leave all because they wanted to force someone to pay for a service that they did not like. You have no right or authority to keep anyone hostage. Very unprofessional business! I will not return nor recommend to anyone.

Pretty good nail shop & eyebrow wax spot if you're in need of a quick fix. I don't come here regularly, but I have run in on occasions & they take care of the job quickly & efficiently. Yesterday I took my daughter & her bestie to get their mani & pedi fix (both girls are 4). They got them seated immediately and started on their pedi's 1st. They let them choose their colors and glitters. The girls got everything taken care of at 1 station without moving around. And they only charged $40 for both girls! It was a nice treat for the little ladies.

I stopped here for a last minute eyebrow wax. I waited for about 15 minutes. When I was summoned that I can begin my wax I walked to the back of the shop and sat in a swivel chair. I knew it was off to a bad start when I stated, "I would just like cleaned up." And her reply was "Oooooo." She talked over me to another worker, and there was a customer ragging at her saying their pedicure water was cold. She waxed my eyebrows and left one brow with a tail and the other without. This is OK because I can draw in a tail, but I will not be returning.

Does a shotty job on nails and do not charge everyone the same price. Will try and charge an extra $1 for using CC this is illegal. When questioned about charge owner (STEVE) may be hostile.

Last time I came here, I got a mani/ pedi. The nails were average, but the service was awful. A lady was complaining about her eyebrows and the owner, Steve, got up from doing a customer's nails to lock the door. He locked the door!
