Terrible poor service. I will never come back again they don't even greet you at the door. I walked in and no one acknowledged me ask me what I wanted or nothing. The lady who did my pedicure I had to keep asking her to fix my polish she act like that was her first time. Absolutely Terrible

I really wish I could give a a negative 100. This is the worst nail shop period. Rude staff. I came in after work ,I checked out the prices . I asked for a manicure no chip paint on my natural nails. ...
I really wish I could give a a negative 100. This is the worst nail shop period. Rude staff. I came in after work ,I checked out the prices . I asked for a manicure no chip paint on my natural nails. After the nail tech clipped my nails, filed them and I washed my hands, the tech doing my nails moved my phones(personal and work phone) and keys to another table and then tells me that it will be $45 in total . I said why is it higher than the amount shown and he couldn't tell me. I told him I'm leaving and he said ok $20 and he barely did anything. This place should be closed down.

My experience here was TERRIBLE!! The man was very ruff. I asked for a no chip polish change. I had a gel over lay. He took my polish off and rubed something on my nails to cause my gel to melt. And He kept asking if I wanted a manicure. After I noticed my gel was melting I told him and he got a attitude. He reapplied the gel very quickly and polished me and my nails looked like a blind man did my Nails. My nails look terrible. And he had the nerves to charge me for a fill in, when I asked for a polish change. Bad business and sloppy work!!

This place is horrible!!! A little over a week ago I went to get a fill in & no chip polish. Today, my once light pink nails are now brown!! I went in to show them & ask what can they do for me. This has never happened to me before. I believe the top coat polish they used was old/bad. (Other customers in there agreed with me) The lady owner refused to fix my nails! She tried to make me pay when this was not my fault!! CLEARLY the polish they used was a bad batch. And she insisted that it was MY fault. She kept telling me I must've colored my hair or touched something to make my nails turn this color. NO! My hair is black, not brown! And if i touched something it would come right off!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY SHOULD'VE JUST CHANGED MY POLISH WITH NO CHARGE! Do not go to them!! They are RUDE and MONEY GREEDY!!! (I wish I could attach pics)

I'm not sure what the man's made up American name is but he is rude as hell! I wish black people would wise up and realize the power of their hard earned dollars! He talks to us this way because he knows we will keep coming back anyway. Just because it didn't happen to you doesn't mean you shouldn't be offended. Don't assume you are exempt! If it happened in your presence he is not only unprofessional but more than likely racist!

Long waiting...but the woman in the back and the man in the front by the wall does the best nails. The male works faster but still does a great job.I do not recommend the older lady and the other male...

I really wish I could give a a negative 100. This is the worst nail shop period. Rude staff. I came in after work ,I checked out the prices . I asked for a manicure no chip paint on my natural nails. After the nail tech clipped my nails, filed them and I washed my hands, the tech doing my nails moved my phones(personal and work phone) and keys to another table and then tells me that it will be $45 in total . I said why is it higher than the amount shown and he couldn't tell me. I told him I'm leaving and he said ok $20 and he barely did anything. This place should be closed down.

And He kept asking if I wanted a manicure. After I noticed my gel was melting I told him and he got a attitude. I'm not sure what the man's made up American name is but he is rude as hell! I wish black people would wise up and realize the power of their hard earned dollars! He talks to us this way because he knows we will keep coming back anyway. Just because it didn't happen to you doesn't mean you shouldn't be offended. Don't assume you are exempt! If it happened in your presence he is not only unprofessional but more than likely racist!
