While getting my eyebrows done I had to ask Lisa to please get off the phone or I'll wait. She argued stating her hands were free, (since she was holding phone between cheek and shoulder.) I gently explained she was being unprofessional, which was a big mistake on my part. She got off the phone then she intentionally took a chunk out of my eyebrow. That will be my last visit. Sorry Nancy. Despite your excellent manicure/pedicure, I won't be returning. First off, they act like they do not see you coming in & they won't greet you. I received a pedicure & was going out of the country the next day. When I arrived , I got in the pool and 8 out of 10 of my toe nail polish came off completely. Now how am I going to wear sandals on a trip where 8 toes are my regular nail color. I use to go there for almost 10 years on and off and I use to love them but the last two times I've gone they have been extremely rude to customers. The last time I went in was for a fill in and I only went to them because they were close and I was not happy with my service at all. The woman doing my nails had the nerve to argue with me and tell me no about what I wanted. Nice clean atmosphere with up to date products and equipment....but thats where the compliments end. After waiting 30 mins to be serviced yesterday I decided to return today. I walked right into the chair today @ 5:30pm. Once I began to get my nails shaped, filed and cuticles trimmed I ask the gentleman in the 1st chair near the door, could he please clean up my cuticles a lil better. He went back and forth as to why he didn't need to clip my cuticles.  I then asked could he add a lil glue where my nail was broken down pretty far, which he agreed to do, but never did. When I mentioned that he forgot to add the glue he told me that he put a base coat on my nails with a few coats of Polish and a top coat and that should be good enough, smh. When checking out he gave me my credit card slip to sign and walked away. Needless to say I will not be returning. This was both my first and last experience at Star Nails as I am a stickler for great customer service which they failed to provide. Read Less

Great service BUT they do not accept cards! Cash only. I didn't know (based on their Yelp page saying they do accept cards) so when I got ready to pay, the guy said they are cash only. They have an ATM but who wants to pay that surcharge? Besides that, this place will continue to be my backup place. Quick and clean services. Read Less

There is a nail Tech named Leon. He is amazing. My first time visiting, I had a full set done. Leon was very attentive in knowing what I liked and wanted.
