Update: I now use Kevin (the store owner) for my nails and alternate between Maria and Tracy for my pedicures. I have been coming here now for a little over a year I think. Now they are remodeling. I can't wait to check out the new look. The young lady, I think named Maria, did a great job. My gel manicure was ok at best. Prices are extraordinarily high and the finished out come is not worth it. They don’t even try to work with your cuticles AT ALL. My designs chip and the color fades after a couple days. Wouldn’t recommend. The only reason I’ve went numerous times is because it’s close to home. Read Less

Nails literally ALWAYS break everytime i come here. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt when i come because they're good at shaping but the nails never last 24 hrs before they start to break. The worst place I've ever had my nails done at! Most of the techs have bad attitudes, don't do your nails the way you'd like them done, they argue with you, talk ignorant in front of you in their language to the other techs, they have their favorites that they'll put in front of you even if you came in 1st and sitting a long time, tell you that you're banned from there if you keep telling them the way you want your nails, manicures and pedicures done and you argue with them because they aren't listening nor care. Kevin and few of the females are the worst. And they said Kevin was the manager when I asked for manager. Before foreigners come into Our Country and start a business they should be screened, checked and take P.R classes! They forget word-of-mouth is the best advertising! Stopped in this morning for a mani and pedi and am very pleased with the service! Manda Mac provided awesome service, and if I didn't live so far away I'd be back to see her bi-weekly instead of once a month! I didn't give it 5 stars because it's kind of dark in there and instead of organizing materials and products in nice carts or carriers it's in plastic containers the ladies cary to the foot stations and it looks tacky. It saddens me to write this review because they came highly recommended but I have to be honest. I will NEVER go back here. First, I do not like when businesses do not open on time. I went in when they finally opened and expressed I wanted a pedicure and requested Tracy who came recommended. I was initially turned off at this place because it needs to be cleaned but I had waited so long in the lot after just getting off work that I stayed anyway. She started on my feet and she massages great but halfway through the pedicure she says, "You pay $50!" WHAT? For a pedicure? She says she used sea salt. The problem with that is I NEVER requested anything but a simple pedicure. Why would you start using a product I never asked for. I let it go, already furious and knowing I would not be back. Next, she started digging in my toe so much that she cut me and here I am days later still in pain! To top it off I did request gel polish on my toes knowing that was extra and I was ok with that. I'm not new to this. However, I did not expect my skin and cuticles to also be painted. I watched her and the lady next to me and I've never seen such sloppy painting in my life. I have been coming here for months and is always satisfied with my nails. They take there time to make sure my nails are perfect. They have plenty of crystals and add ons. I have been going here for about 2 months. I usually use the same tech but today she was off. A guy did my nails. I had to get a full set as 5 of my nails had broken. Instead of soaking the gel off he used another nail and some pliers and lifted and cracked the nails off. 1st red flag. It hurt too. Ok..I over looked that. He did more of an overlay then a full set because I times him I wanted to keep my nails but I had 5 nails that needed tips.  Ok...maybe everyone does it different. Also I asked him not to use the motorized fore on my natural nail, he said we have to and proceeded to use  it. Lastly I asked for a different shape and he said he didn't think it was good idea for whatever reason. I think it's because he didn't know how to shop it. Ok...still wasn't totally over it because I had been having good experiences so far.The final straw was the paint job. The gel polish they use for the initial set was put on too thick and it bled into my cuticle. This is going to be so ugly when it's time for a fill in. I told the tech this and he ignored me and put my hands under the light. Because of this, the paint job was horrible. I tried to show the manager and the tech got mad and wiped around the nail to "fix" it. I told him it was better. It was better but still bad because there's no fixing it after the gel polish is set. The nails were too wide. It was really thick at the base and the polish bled into my cuticle area. I normally have a good experience there but today was horrible. I went in to this Nail Salon and was hit with the fumes like no other. Please open a window or two. Also I asked for Gel nail refills and received Acrylic Nail refills. No.6 nail tech put clear nail polish on top of my nails & put those under UV light. I told him I asked for Gel & he pretended not to understand English. He did what he wanted. I've been coming to this shop for about two years hadn't been in a while due to illness, come in today just to relax and had the worst experience. The young lady that provided my service (mani /pedi) completed my pedicure then quoted my price I paid & at that point she asked if I required change. I stated yes then she tossed it into the table only to proceed with the worst manicure ever on top of tossing my nail polish bottle into my purse with wet polish all over it. Monday through Thursday this business offers specials for manicure and pedicure for $25.00. I did not know this when I visited. they said that it was posted on the door. I very seldom get pedicures because I do them myself. I was not told by anyone working there that they were running a special. After, I paid one of the customers said, "did you know that they ware running a special?" I inquired to the technician about this special...she started screaming at me saying that... I was too busy talking to someone else and not her therefore, she did not tell me!These people are extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I walked in to get a no chip and pedicure. It was ok. The pedicure wasn't bad at all. But I was upset that she rushed my paint job when I was using a pastel pink. i needed a manicure for an special event and my friend suggested this place to me.. since i was around the area i decided to take her advice and give this place a try..the salon was clean and the ppl that works here are very friendly compare to the other ones that i went before where they usually just stares at me haha ... while the lady was giving me a manicure i decided to get a pedicure also since i had time to kill..  i didn't catch her name but she took her time and did a really good job.i sure would come back out here if i ever needed another pedicure or manicure.. good prices and service here. Took my gf here to get her nails done and she wouldn't stop talking about her positive experience. She loved everything about her manicure and the tech really took her time and didn't rush through it. The service was great and friendly from the start. Prices are also very reasonable.
