This review is for Van. I walked in for a classic mani and was seated promptly by a young man. The lady asked me so many questions about what I did n how I paid for my education, I felt like I was being questioned for my life choices. She was less interested in her job n more interested in mine. Finally I had to cut the questioning by just getting busy on my phone with a call. My nails were cut crooked and polish was all goopy. Should've seen it coming when I saw her spray the tools with alcohol instead of opening a sterilized packet ! Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Read Less

I have had my nails polished 3 different times and was charged 3 different prices. I never had any polish on or had them file my nails. The last time I had it done the person had to put something in the polish because there wasn't enough in the bottle and my nails chipped the next day. Three of my 10 nails were messed up, the tec hit one finger with his hand, I asked him to fix it and he used remover patted it down and then painted clear over it, my nails looked awful. Normally I've never had an issue going here except for recently. Lily did a phenomenal job on my pedicure but one of the ladies who did my fill in, with white tip messed it up horribly. Very uneven, and mismatches my other hand. She didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted a color, which I did and when I tried to explain that it was already to late. Just moved out to this area so I needed to find a new place to get my nails done. I am glad I stopped here. I got a fresh set of nails with a no chip French. They look awesome and they have a 2 week guarantee on them, if they chip I go back to get them fixed for free. I will definitely be making this my new nail salon. Read Less
