I was initially pretty pleased when I started coming here a few months back. Seemed pretty quick reasonably priced etc. recently a different nail tech did (or was going to do) my nails. I had a TERRIBLE nail infection/ fungus under my nails! Almost ALL of my nails were at least a little infected my this fungus. Some being much worse than others. It had been. Month and I still am trying to get rid of it. I feel so gross and embarrassed about my nails. And it is completely not my fault! I’m sorry. I won’t be back to this place. Spent $80 on a Thursday for a nochip mani and a regular polish pedi. 4 days later all of my nails have chips and rough edges. The color was not very dark and you can see the nail quick and streaks from painting the nails. Cuticles we're not pushed back and polish is not holding up like other no chip polishes in the past. I hadn't had a pedicure in forever and needed to unwind a bit and do something for myself. I was looking around the area for nail salons open on a Sunday afternoon and stumbled upon Q. I was surprised they were open so late on a Sunday, wanted a pedicure, checked their reviews online, and decided to give them a shot. I've driven by their business for years so I decided that today was the day!They closed at 5 p.m. so I was hoping they would allow me to get a pedicure as late as 3:45 p.m. and they were happy to take me! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in by a nice gentleman and asked to pick my color. It was busy for a Sunday evening so I waited about 10 minutes up front before being seated in the pedicure chair. I then soaked for another 10 minutes while waiting for an available nail tech. Again, I was in no rush and more concerned about their time and not mine. The spa is pretty typical of local places I've stopped in as far as decor. It was clean and techs were actively cleaning and working the entire time I was there. I wish I had gotten my nail techs name because she was nothing short of professional and amazing. She greeted me promptly and asked my name and if I had been there before. I hadn't and she said that I would enjoy it and she would love for me to just relax. That is a pretty huge departure from most nail spas where I'm usually treated like just another number. I was already pleased and at ease by this point. I opted for the $37 pedicure (can't remember the actual menu name) and my sweet nail tech got started. The sea salt exfoliation, paraffin treatment, and accompanying massages were the best I've ever had in a nail salon. My tech was concerned about my comfort level and told me to let her know if something she did hurt or if the treatments were too hot or rough. No concerns there because everything was perfect! She did a phenomenal job of shaping my short toenails and painted them to perfection. She clearly wanted everything to be the best for me and make a great impression. Mission accomplished! I generally never get a manicure due to the nature of my work, but they offered me one even though they were done for the day. I politely declined, however I will be back! They have a large service menu and I'd love to try the facial and facial waxing someday. All in all a great experience! I'll definitely give them a shot again! well ,I went to get a pedicure and manicure today, my nail tec was great, however the owner of this establishment lacks customer service skills. I did not want the same color on my toes for my nails, so I went to pick out a new color when I sat back down to finish the service that I already paid for the owner sent my nail tec to do another pedicure and told me someone else was going to finish my nails and went to put me in another chair to wait. To say the least I was not happy and told her no, and I will not wait and I will not be back!!!! My time is important to!!!! Read Less

My pedicure was the worst I've had. I had to ask for her to warm up the water 4x. I asked her not to trim my nails ( only polish) but she insisted and cut the way to short and overcut into the sides cutting my skin on 4 toes. I am a licensed nail tech and do nails for a living. If you don't speak English well enough to communicate with your clients to ensure satisfaction and safety, thats not good! The client should decide what shape and length they want their nails!! My mom and I have been coming here for several years. Sara and Nina are our go-to girls for our nails, pedicures, and brows. They are meticulous, timely, funny, and always a joy to be around! It is always relaxing to go there! We can make appointments pretty easily and they are flexible and willing to stay late to finish if need be. When I lived out of state I was never able to find someone to do my nails like these two ladies! Sara is the only one I trust with my brows. I am pretty particular and have done my own to retain my natural arch for years, but having trusted Sara's work, I let her do them and was really happy! I love this nail shop. It is a busy shop with good reason. They are so friendly and skilled. If you want gel nails Huan (the owner) is the best in the business. His wife Liem does a great job and the other girls do a good job also. I 've been going for 5 years now and never had a problem. They sterilize all of their tools and are very clean. They are open on Sundays and are open 7 days a week most of the year which works for my crazy schedule. You may have to wait a bit during their busy times but they are worth it so plan to relax and spend extra sometime in your schedule. Read Less
