Gross!!!! Got eye brows done. They used a small pillow behind my head and tried to use a nasty cloth covered headband to hold my hair out if my eyes. Omg. Who knows how many people's heads have been o...
Gross!!!! Got eye brows done. They used a small pillow behind my head and tried to use a nasty cloth covered headband to hold my hair out if my eyes. Omg. Who knows how many people's heads have been on those things. Nasty! The tools (scissors and tweezers) were kept in a jar, no disinfectant. I didn't know that until I was done and left. I had gone here every 2 weeks a few years back and it was great. I moved so I haven't been in there in a while. Not sure what happened but this place is nasty. Two friends came in for peducres. One had water that was too hot and one not hot enough. The worker told them to just switch spots even though their feet had already been in the water. Solo gross. I will be reporting them to the health dept.

It was amazing! We waited a little longer then usual but besides that it was great! Great conversation, they charged my cousins phone, and when I tried different nail colors on my fingers, they washed them off with nail polish remover!

I just keep coming back. They are nice, they make sure they do a good job, you pay a bit more than an in-and-out salon but the quality and durability are tops.

After going to another salon for 15+ years, I decided to try someplace different. I got in right away with no appointment. Julie was very nice and showed me some beautiful new colors. She listened to me when I said that I like my nails cut short. I was very impressed with the service and how clean the salon was kept. Plus they have a punch card for a discount after so many visits. I've found a new nail salon!

I don't even want to give this 1 star. The service was poor, I had little to no conversation with my "artist".
I asked for a matte color with some design on gel nails. What I got was matte color, no design and jagged corners. Not to mention they didn't have a smooth surface. No chip color began chipping 4 days into wearing the nails.
I proceeded over to VIP nails, they fixed me up with a no chip color AND design. I was given a hot towel, lotion scented like candy and a promised "free of charge" fix on any/all nails that chip within a week.
I will not be returning to "Nails for You". It's a shame, I use to like their work.

I'm giving this a 3 because the staff was friendly and my manicure looked great... for a day. One day after I got a (no chip) manicure, the middle of the purple color I got started to turn an ugly shade of orangey-yellow (see the pictures- my thumb and ring finger). I live about 40 minutes away from this salon so "just going in to get it fixed" isn't easy and takes some planning. I just thought that after paying $35 dollars to treat myself a little, the polish would last more than a day.

My mom, sister and I had appointments for manicures and pedicures and when we came in, the place was a zoo. One of the workers welcomed us and we mentioned we had made appointments and they said "okay, great." We waited around for about 15-20 minutes, and decided to just leave because all of the workers were with someone and it didn't look like they'd be finishing anytime soon. In my experience, having an appointment at a nail salon, means they will start you within 10 minutes at the MOST after whenever your appointment was scheduled for. If I'm making an appointment, it's so that I don't have to sit around waiting. Also, it didn't look like the cleanest place. The nail polish rack was disorganized and was a big mixture of brands and colors. Magazines were all over the place in the waiting area and almost all of the chairs were full with other people waiting. Since we didn't actually get the services we had made appointments for, I can't comment on their nail technicians or cleanliness of their tools/foot bathes or about the technicians themselves, but the waiting area and the fact that they clearly didn't care about keeping appointments on time really didn't make a good impression. We will not be back.

Great mani and pedi + no chipping for a good two weeks--------------------------------------------------= One happy customer!My last visit at a different nail shop was horrible, but I decided to suck it up. I was quite surprised the place was clean inside, friendly staff, a good selection of nail polishes and is way cheaper than other nail salons! I couldn't believe the price and the service...amazing! I have been to high end salons and to hood nail shops, but never had I ever had a manicure last two weeks without a chip!! I recommend this place if you want a great service at a great price!

Gross!!!! Got eye brows done. They used a small pillow behind my head and tried to use a nasty cloth covered headband to hold my hair out if my eyes. Omg. Who knows how many people's heads have been on those things. Nasty! The tools (scissors and tweezers) were kept in a jar, no disinfectant. I didn't know that until I was done and left. She listened to me when I said that I like my nails cut short. I was very impressed with the service and how clean the salon was kept. Plus they have a punch card for a discount after so many visits. I'm giving this a 3 because the staff was friendly and my manicure looked great... for a day. Great mani and pedi + no chipping for a good two weeks--------------------------------------------------= One happy customer!My last visit at a different nail shop was horrible, but I decided to suck it up. I was quite surprised the place was clean inside, friendly staff, a good selection of nail polishes and is way cheaper than other nail salons! I couldn't believe the price and the service...amazing! I have been to high end salons and to hood nail shops, but never had I ever had a manicure last two weeks without a chip!! I recommend this place if you want a great service at a great price!
