LOVE THEIR WORK!!! I took my daughter there on her birthday to get our pedicures done and they had really good service! Definitely go! It may take a while but just schedule an appointment! I took my step daughter she got a full set and I was getting a fill. I didn't have an appt. the website doesn't say appt only and when I called they told me to just come in. We got there and they asked if we had an appt I said no and then they all stared at us like we had done something wrong. My s.daughter had an American girl doing her nails, it took her 3.5hrs!!! I didn't say a word cuz she looked like she was tryin to do an amazing job on her nails. Went there for the first time tonight after work! My friend Lan has been doing my nails for almost two years now and just started here. The atmosphere is great and quite posh (I like posh). Lan always does an amazing job on my nails. They never chip or break! I'm glad she is here at Blush now. She offered me a glass of wine, gave me a mini massage, and wrapped my hands in a warm towel. Decor and location very deceiving! I am person who doesn't normally write reviews but my experience at this place was very disappointing. My 12 year old niece could have done a better job. The "technician" and I use that term very loosely put no effort into the pedicure at all, had little to no communication with me. barely scrubbed my feet, hardly gave me a massage. I had added on services as well and had to get guidance on those services. When we got to the polishing she did not let the polish dry between painting it was gobbed on. The painting of the Nails took longer than then everything else. I complained to another nail tech and she just apologized with "Im sorry you feel that way". i let it dry for 12 min under dryer. I left frustrated and complaining to my friend. I then came back 20min later and spoke with "manager" and he repainted my nails in less than 5 min with 2 coats and a top coat. What should have been relaxing and enjoyable was stressful and time consuming. I should not have been allowed to leave when I voiced my dissatisfaction. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Consumers beware! I called to make an appointment for 10:30 the following day. I got there a few minutes early and no one said a word to me when I walked in. So I made my way to the counter to tell them I was there. Was told to wait and that they'd bring me a palette to choose my color. Which never happened. After waiting 35 mins, I was finally brought to a seat where I waited an additional 25 mins for a tech to multitask with 3 other clients and finally start on me. She then pressured me to opt out of the full manicure that I had made an appointment for. It took me over an hour and 15 mins in total. Maybe 10 mins of which was the service I had paid for. No apologies any of the multiple times I reminded someone I had been booked for a 10:30 appointment. I'm very understanding with having to wait, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Read Less

I had an appointment, I got a flat called and said I would be about 10min late. When I get there I had to wait about 15min then I had 3 different people work on my nails each would sit down and let me know they had an appointment so the wouldn't be the one doing my nails. The last person sat down didn't talk much wasn't very friendly. My nails aren't evenly shaped I have air bubbles, I have lifting after a week later over all HORRIBLE experience I will not be back!! If you have an appointment hopefully you get one person instead of 3. I didn't see them use a new buffer per person so that's also a sanitary issue. For the money you pay service should be better. I am happy with my pedi and mani. I think they did a great job. Great color selection too. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi. They were able to match a regular color for my toes that would go with the gel color on my nails. I called the night before to make a reservation. When we walked in there, they were kind of short with us at first like we were bothering them and like my reservation didn't matter. It really wasn't a good impression at all, however when they got us in a chair, we started talking to nail technician and everything seemed to be kosher. My technician was also swapped out before my toes were done too, and I don't know why. My friend got the same thing as I did and I was charged 60 and she was charged 50. So pay attention to that too. After asking a few different people on where the best place was to get a pedicure this was hands down the only place I got. I was a little spectacle at first cause of the few bad reviews I saw on the main page but I took a chance and I'm so happy I did! Jordan was amazing and my experience with her was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and she kept a conversation with me. Definitely made my girls day a great experience! I hands down recommend her to anyone looking for someone to do their nails. They close at 5pm on Sundays. I went in at 4:10 for a pedicure and they told me they couldn't help me because they already cleaned their tubs for the evening. Apparently, they don't need the business. Although, I find that difficult to believe since only a couple customers were in the shop. The staff was rude and for this reason I would not recommend them. I won't be returning. My gel nail chipped off the same day. It was a pretty place had been there a few times. Decided to also get a pedi. Was not impressed. A week later my friend and I both noticed our toe polish chipping. I can paint my toes at home and not have that problem. Lesson learned. We will be exploring somewhere else. Read Less

We went to a restaurant next door after i got my toenails done and felt to awkward to go back in to take a photo. This place was very clean and the service was so-so. There was a lot of younger individuals sitting around chit chatting so it wasn't super professional looking. However, my nails look absolutely amazing! They did such a wonderful job and really took their time making them super perfect. The massage chairs were ok but not as good as other places. I wish I could post a picture of how my terrible nails look. I simply went in for a no chip on the 15th my nails started chipping the 17th. I went to a blush that was closer to my house and said they wouldn't fix them that I would have to repay for them. I called the other store and they said that I would have to wait for the nail technician that originally did my nails for it to be a free fix, that I couldn't get them fixed with someone else on my only day off. I love this salon! I get new sets almost every two week. They are great! All bomb at shaping, always make sure that im okay with whatever they are doing to my nails. This will be my new nail spot. Very rarely have I seen someone do a perfect job on my french manicure. I also appreciate the fact that they use sealed sterile tools for each new customer.
