I was there for 21/2 hours with someone doing my nails. If you do a dip manicure they don’t do cuticles for whatever reason. There is still the powder all over my hands it looks nothing like the sample shown and the service rep didn’t know that the finishing coats needed to be done. Went there to get a gel soak off gel overlay and pedicure. Well they were rushing this guy came over while my pedi was being done and too a false nail and just started peeling off my current overlay i told him i just wanted this removed and soak he nodded yes and continued after he had did it to the third nail i knew my nails were ruined. So I let the young lady finish my pedicure did even allow her to polish my toes and told them I wanted my bill. One of the workers asked what was wrong and I showed him how the guy just ruined my nails by just ripping the overlay off. He offered to complete my nails but I declined and asked for my bill. When they gave me my bill they charged me for nail soak off on my credit card receipt. I told the lady I will only pay for the pedicure and corrected the price on the receipt and left. Read Less

Their no chip manicure is good and it definitely lasts 2 weeks... maybe 3 depending on the color. Unfortunately if you do the no chip manicure and get a pedicure you HAVE TO ASK for the perfect match. Otherwise the colors don't match. If you are OCD then this may not be the best place to go to. Helen is great since I've been here I haven't stop going. She always looks out and is great on time and at what she does. I will recommend people to go to Kiss nails as the no chip is great lasts the two weeks plus depending how fast your nails grow. Definitely professional and soothing.Read Less
