Absolutely horrible I went and 4 of my fake nails fell off and I went back and they charged my $60 to get it fixed. When they didn’t my nails were all foggy in the color wasn’t right because it was just foggy. And today one chipped pretty majorly and it was just 4 days ago I got them fixed I will never go there again! And they were very rude! I was a walk-in and they got me in pretty quickly.  They were very friendly and accommodating.  The young man who did my mani-pedi did not speak English.  He did cut my cuticle on 3 fingers and drew blood.  I figured they would heal, but they aren't.  I chose the no-chip polish, which is holding up well.  Not sure if I will go back. I REALLY GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO!!!!! Wanted my daughter to have pretty fingers and toes for the first day of school and decided to pamper myself a little. Wish I would have RUN from this place when I read A FB post from earlier that day, but like an idiot I didn't. I thought we're already halfway through it will be ok. WRONG!!! The woman doing my pedicure used a razor scraper (something I agreed to because the calluses on my heels were awful) which she had to go to the back room to get. I'm fairly sure it is AGAINST HEALTH CODE to use these awful tools. The picture below shows my heels now. She sliced one of my heels open and scraped the skin off in about three spots on the other. The pain when I walk is almost unbearable. I had super cushioned sandals on when I got up from the chair so I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and tried to walk barefoot. I'm WARNING EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! It is dirty and disgusting. I realized when I was leaving not a SINGLE tech had a license posted. I truly hope this craphole gets closed down!!! I must say I really really enjoyed my self! Here Sunday morning! I've gone to a few other places for pedicures and this place is cheap and very relaxing! For my first time I got the basic and they did a lot of work! The basic is 25$ and I gave a $15 tip! I could have gotten a mani pedi for $35 but I didn't have the extra time and I didn't want to give just a 5$ tip.... sometimes when you get a "cheap" pedi other places do a decent job but the  workers usually don't talk to you much or they'll talk to the other coworkers in their preferred language and don't necessarily make sure you are relaxed!This place they make sure you're happy and relaxed make this your go to mani pedi location! Last month I have the anniversary of my wedding day so I went Luxury nails & spa for made a mani. Everyone were wonderful. They invited me to sit in a chair with a cold glass of water. After trying Luxury nails & spa in Lockport, I have grown to love this place. I am incredibly happy to have come across this place. The owner and staff were so nice and attentive. I took an acrylics manicure and pedicure also. I didn't feel anything while they did my nails. This was the cleanest salon I have ever been in and the prices were wonderful. I don't know what happened to the regular nail technicians that used to be here but the new ones are horrible. They are rude and I couldn't understand what he asked me and when asked again he got all rude and got really aggressive when he did my pedicure. It wasn't enjoyable at all, he hurt me. Used to loved this place now I will never come back here again. I suggest the same for everyone else. Time to find somewhere new. I have been coming to Luxury Nail and Spa since the new owners took over about 1 year ago. I love that I can make appointments the same day. The staff is always very friendly and offers you something to drink. Kenny is my technician and he always does an excellent job with my nails. He recommends what he thinks is best for me and the health of my nail. He often says that if I'm not happy or they start to chip to come back right away and he will fix it. I have never had to go back. My nails last 2-3 weeks depending on how much I abuse them with water. The prices are great and he often gives discounts through the loyalty program he has in place. One of my requests was to be open on Sundays and the staff has made that possible now. This shows that they really want the customer to be happy. I would highly recommend this place and the staff. Visited Luxury Nails and Spa for the first time yesterday. Called same day to schedule an appointment. Scheduled for 2:00 PM (3 hours ahead of calling) Asked for a quote on the phone for what I wanted, received a fair one. Upon arriving on time (I did check in at 2:01 however) I had to wait an additional 10 because my technician, check this, was EATING!! I was shocked. I'm in the service industry and my comfort comes after a clients. Especially a new client! I would never dream of letting one of my appointments sit there while I ate. I knew he was eating because I could hear glass bowls banging around. However the other tech who was not working on me, came over about 6 minutes into my wait to let me know it would be a few minutes longer because he was eating. Wonderful. I haven't even started yet and I see where I prioritized with this establishment.So we start my nails and I make sure to tell him I like my nails extremely square (the shape I'm currently wearing). I said it a couple times. VERY SQUARE. He didn't want to take length off my nails because in the design I wanted "wouldn't look good". Well they're my nails so I insist he cuts length off. I showed him a photo for reference. In this photo, the design was silver and I wanted gold. He brought back silver... no, gold. Well I ended up with a rounded edge on my nail. I'm super annoyed because that's not how I keep them. I said VERY SQUARE. There's also product on my nails and he didn't bother to touch my cuticles.Come to check out and he adds an ombré fee (BS. I had ombré before this design. And my other tech didn't charge my additional, either. It's bad business to add fees without previously discussing it. So I paid it grouchily. Not sure I'll be back.
