I’ve always loved this place but lately it seems like every time I go there I get sub par service. Not to say they aren’t friendly, they always are!!! (Which is the reason they are getting 3 stars and not lower) I make an appointment and patiently wait my turn only to be rushed out of the chair so they can get the next person in. When I was there yesterday I sat down for a no chip manicure. There was a girl in the chair next to me already getting the same service.... she was there first! I was completely DONE with my manicure before the lady had even started painting hers... I understand the more people you serve the more money you get but come on! You’d get a better tip from me if you took the time to make sure my nails looked good... If you don’t have time to do what I’m paying for then don’t book my appointment. Disappointing. Read Less

Salon is nice and looks clean enough, but the job they do with pedicure is not so nice. They don't do good job with scrubbing heels and toe skin, I come with ruff skin on my heals and i left with ruff skin. Nail job they do nice, but to pay 30$ for painting toes with regular nail paint I think is a little too much.Read Less

I had been a long time customer of Eva nails. I brought in 10 people who became long time customers. I will say the place is very clean & Emma does amazing work. However I feel my experience needs to be shared… I had been unhappy for a while w/how the business was being run (different things I saw & overheard) but continued to go back because Emma does a great job. Two weeks ago I called & said I needed a fill. I went to another salon while out of town for work & because of the powder the other salon used, Emma could not do the shape I requested. Emma recommended me getting a new set. I said okay I would get the new set but Eva Nails refused to do them because they didn’t have enough time. I said okay, I would come back tomorrow. I was bullied into staying because she had already started. I asked over & over if I could please come back tomorrow because I was paying for them to do a service. Over & over I was told “no, tonight we do this because tomorrow we to busy. Next time we will do new set.” I agreed but was upset the whole time. Emma asked what was wrong & I explained that I thought her work was wonderful but how the owners were running that business was unacceptable. And that they should have understood I was paying a good amount of money for a service they provide. In the end I paid $45 for the fill/no chip (which started to chip the next day) & the tip. Tonight I called back to make an appointment w/Emma & was told I was no longer welcome to get my nails done there because I was unhappy w/the owners & it was uncomfortable for him. I really did like this place because of Emma & how clean it is. I will gladly go somewhere else now. Read Less

The lady that did my no chip manicure really took her time and didn't make me feel rushed. I've been to other places and the no chip would peel after two weeks, but this is by far the longest lasting manicure yet. Read Less
