This place is horrible. We used to go all the time my daughters went there on a Wednesday to get their nails done prior to leaving on vacation. They did my little girls fingers within a day the polish was off. My daughter got the no chip on her bails and by Sunday they were all chipped and off. We have. Asked to talk to them and all these people do is hang up the phone on you they say can't guarantee touch up After two weeks it was only four days. I try to call and all the do is pick up the phone and don't say anything or hang up. I will never go back will report business and I will tell everyone I know and then some about this place people are very rude.i understand they cannot guarantee nails for a long period but u don't spend that kind of money for them to be ruined in four days. When I came in for my eyelash extensions I was greeted immediately, and taken to a room that was very relaxing. Since this service takes a significant amount of time, it is important to be comfortable. They had me lay down on a bed that was incredibly comfortable and my lash technician did everything possible to ensure I had a great experience. Ever since I moved to this area, Zazen has been my go-to place for gel manicures, pedicures and waxing. Everyone there is so amazing and friendly. I leave happyevery time! I highly recommend Zazen, it is a huge upgrade from your typical nail salon. Read Less

I have been going to this salon for over 5 years. I have always been very happy with the service and quality of work. Lately, there seems to be many different owners and my visit this week will be the last time I ever go to this salon. The new girl--or new owner RIPPED off every nail on my 10 fingers. When I complained that I wanted them soaked off and not ripped off she had the nerve to complain and tell me it would take too long and then she charged me $5.00 to do it. First off she never told me that I needed a new set and did not give me the choice of torture or soaking them off. On top of that she charged me for a few minutes of soaking them. I have had my nails done for 10 years and I have never, never, never paid to have them removed--especially ribbed off of every single finger. Mostly because you are already paying a lot to have a new set put on. What a rip off! I payed her and now she has lost me as a steady customer. I am going to try a new nail salon.
